Claims (6)
- 自動車の内燃機関(1)の混合弁(6)であって、吸気通路(4)内に配置された吸気フラップ(10)と、排ガス通路(5)内に配置された排ガスフラップ(11)とが設けられており、前記吸気通路(4)および前記排ガス通路(5)が共通の集合通路(7)に開口しており、前記吸気フラップ(10)および前記排ガスフラップ(11)を駆動する駆動装置(8)が設けられており、第1の位置では、前記排ガス通路(5)は閉じられていて、かつ前記吸気通路(4)は開かれており、前記排ガスフラップ(11)の調節レバー(13)と、前記吸気フラップ(10)の調節レバー(12)とに連結された連結装置(14)が設けられている、自動車の内燃機関(1)の混合弁(6)において、
前記連結装置(14)は、前記調節レバー(12,13)の運動を直接に伝達するために形成された連結レバー(15)を有しており、前記第1の位置では、前記排ガスフラップ(11)の前記調節レバー(13)と前記連結ロッド(15)とは互いに対して鈍角で配置されていて、前記吸気フラップ(10)の前記調節レバー(12)と前記連結ロッド(15)とは、互いに対して鋭角で配置されていることを特徴とする、自動車の内燃機関(1)の混合弁。 - 前記調節レバー(12,13)および前記連結ロッド(15)は、前記第1の位置を起点として、前記排ガスフラップ(11)の運動と前記吸気フラップ(10)との運動が逆向きに行われ、かつ所定の部分運動後に同一方向に行われるように、配置されている、請求項1記載の混合弁。
- 前記排ガスフラップ(13)の前記調節レバー(11)は、前記第1の位置において、該調節レバー(11)が前記連結ロッド(15)と直線を形成する死点の手前に位置している、請求項1または2記載の混合弁。
- 前記前記吸気フラップ(10)の前記調節レバー(12)は、前記排ガスフラップ(11)の前記調節レバー(13)とは異なる長さを有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の混合弁。
- 前記駆動装置(8)は、前記排ガスフラップ(11)を駆動するサーボモータ(9)を有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の混合弁。
- 前記排ガス通路(5)は、前記吸気通路(4)に対して直角に配置されており、前記第1の位置では、前記排ガスフラップ(11)は、前記吸気フラップ(10)に対してほぼ平行に配置されており、前記調節レバー(12,13)は、互いに向かい合っている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の混合弁。
