本发明涉及一种具有漆(Lack)和材料添加物(Materialzusatz)的绝缘材料(Isolationsmaterial)以及一种绝缘带(Isolationsband),该绝缘带在两个面状的侧面中的至少一个上带有根据本发明的绝缘材料的层。
通常已知的是,在塑料袋的制造中(尤其在医药技术中),采用高频焊接法。在此,多个彼此重叠放置的薄膜截段(Folienabschnitte)借助于至少部分地围绕其外边界而伸延的焊缝而被连接成袋。待连接的薄膜通常在滚轮上被供给,并且作为连续的带材料而彼此相叠地在传输带上被供应给高频焊接装置。带状的被焊接的薄膜截段在位于焊接过程之后的生产步骤中相应于包围该袋的焊缝的几何尺寸而被彼此分离。
高频焊接法以如下这点为基础,即,电能以无线电频率场的形式被供应给待连接的面。由此,将材料中的分子置于运动中。通过由此产生的在分子间的摩擦,生成了对于材料的熔化而言所必须的热量。由此,产生了与周围的材料具有相同强度的焊缝。
通过高频焊接的工作原理,决定了对传送带(其同样充当用于高频焊接过程的基底(Untergrund))的有所提高的要求。
一方面,传送带的表面必须具有一定的表面粗糙度

以便接收在位于传送带上的薄膜的焊接期间所产生的熔液。举例而言,合适的粗糙度值处在粗糙度指数(Rauzahl)Rz 2.5与Rz 10之间。这对于实现焊缝的高质量而言是必需的。此外,存在对传送带的电绝缘能力的要求。
作为用于这种目的的传送带,根据现有技术,使用这样一种绝缘带,即,该绝缘带包括聚酯薄膜(Polyesterfolie),该聚酯薄膜在两侧上被涂覆以压制木屑(Pressspan)或其它合适的纤维素材料(Zellstoffmaterial)。此外,该两个压制木屑层为了其固定而在其外侧面处被覆盖以各一个光漆(Glanzlack)(尤其是2组分光漆(2-Komponenten-Glanzlack))的层,该层在干燥的状态下首先是不具有该所要求的表面粗糙度的。
为了达到光漆层的所要求的表面粗糙度,在传送带中,在传送带的在生产运行中的第一次使用之前,光漆层手动地被磨削(angeschliffen)。
这种操作方法的不利之处在于为磨削所必需的时间需求以及由这种手动的工序所决定的、被磨削的传送带的表面的高的公差(Toleranzen)。
以该现有技术为出发点,本发明的目的是,提供一种用于改善绝缘带的表面粗糙度的、避免了磨削过程的可能性。此外,本发明的目的还在于,提供一种相应的绝缘带,其可作为传送带来使用。
根据本发明,该目的通过带有权利要求1的特征的、具有漆和材料添加物的绝缘材料来实现。
相应地,之前提到的类型的材料添加物的特征在于,其具有硅石

和接下来被称为PE蜡的聚乙烯蜡(Polyethylenwachs)。
以特别有利的方式,通过硅石提高了漆表面的微粗糙度(Mikrorauhigkeit),并且,通过PE蜡降低了(尤其是焊缝的)在漆表面处的附着。
在本发明的一种优选的实施形式中,使用2组分光漆作为该漆材料,其中,在湿状态下,硅石的重量份为绝缘材料的9%至14%,并且PE蜡的重量份为绝缘材料的0.5%至4%,在已硬化的状态中,也就是说,在绝缘材料的挥发性的成分挥发掉之后,各自的份额相应地发生改变。

相应地,一种具有2组分光漆并具有材料添加物(硅石和PE蜡)的绝缘材料作为绝缘材料而被使用。
以特别有利的方式,由此,无需磨削过程而同样实现了绝缘带(其可作为传送带而被使用)的经限定的表面粗糙度。由此,液化的塑料材料(其例如在位于绝缘材料上的多个塑料薄膜的焊接过程期间产生)可渗入到由表面粗糙度所决定的、传送带的表面的空穴或凹部中。当相应的塑料袋被与传送带分离时,已干燥的熔融材料以变粗糙的(angerauten)表面的形式而留在袋的焊缝处,从而使得,由传送带的表面粗糙度所决定的空穴或凹部再次地是可用的。在绝缘带的、仅单侧地进行的利用绝缘材料的涂覆的情形下,须注意的是,在该绝缘带作为传送带而被使用的情形下,这样的侧面被涂覆以绝缘材料,即,该侧面充当用于高频焊接工序的基底。优选的实施形式是绝缘带的利用绝缘材料的在双侧上的涂覆。
在本发明的另一种设计方案中,绝缘芯具有双侧地被纤维素的层(Schicht Zellstoff)所包围的聚酯薄膜。
以这种方式,实现了绝缘材料的高的电绝缘能力和高的机械强度。
借助于在图纸中示出的实施例,本发明、其它实施形式、以及其它优点将进一步地被说明。

的要求而定,聚酯薄膜的厚度大约处在23μm与100μm之间。压制木屑材料的厚度视要求而定相应地大约在100μm与300μm之间变化。双侧地在外侧被涂敷的光漆层在干燥状态下具有大约为8μm至20μm的层厚度。通过具有光漆和大约为11.6%的第一重量份的硅石的材料添加物的绝缘材料的使用,实现了绝缘材料层(Isolationsmaterialschicht)的经限定的表面粗糙度而无需在干燥后磨削该绝缘材料层。通过为1.4%的另一重量份的PE蜡,其它材料在绝缘材料层的表面处的附着变得困难。这尤其地同样地涉及焊缝在绝缘带的表面处的附着。
此外有利的是,根据本发明的绝缘带的表面表现为无光泽的。在焊接工序中引入的能量的通过发亮的

表面而被反射的份额,明显地被降低,并且,该焊接方法更有效。这种类型的不利的发亮的表面例如由于使用无材料添加物的光漆而产生。
作为2组分光漆,举例而言,DuPont公司的含溶剂且基于聚氨酯的产品GL3335/硬化剂GU106是合适的。举例而言,型号“Sylsia 350”或还有型号“Syloid 244”适宜作为用于材料添加物(硅石)的材料。举例而言,微粒化的PE蜡(型号“DM”或还有型号“Luwax AF 30”)适合作为PE蜡。

Claims (4)

1.一种具有漆和材料添加物的绝缘材料,其特征在于,所述材料添加物包括硅石和PE蜡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘材料,其特征在于,使用2组分光漆作为漆,并且/或者,硅石的重量份为所述绝缘材料的PE 9%至14%且所述PE蜡的重量份为所述绝缘材料的PE 0.5%至4%。
3.一种绝缘带,带有绝缘芯并带有在两个面状的侧面中的至少一个上的绝缘材料的层,其特征在于,该绝缘材料具有权利要求1或2的特征。
4.根据权利要求3所述的绝缘带,其特征在于,所述绝缘芯包括双侧地被纤维素的层所包围的聚酯薄膜。
