Abstract

本发明涉及一种绳缆的制造技术领域，特别涉及一种复合化纤绳缆的制造技术领域。
背景技术
现有的化纤绳缆是由若干化纤单丝、复丝捻合成绳纱，再由绳纱拧绞成绳股后，再拧绞成绳缆，故绳缆产品性能单一，其强力指标较低，耐磨性较差，伸长率高，不适用于我国船舶、海工的配套产品需求。
发明内容
为了解决现有绳缆性能单一、强度低、耐磨性差、伸长率高的缺点，本发明提供一种复合绳缆。
本发明包括绳芯，在所述绳芯的外周绞合至少3股复合绳股，所述复合绳股由化纤绳纱和尼龙粗单丝组成，所述尼龙粗单丝复合拧绞在所述化纤绳纱外表面。
本发明采用1-5.5mm的尼龙粗单丝拧绞在化纤绳纱的外周，这种设置使得本绳缆具有高的强度、好的耐磨性以及低的伸长率。
本发明可为三股绳、四股绳、六股绳、八股绳、十二股绳、二十四股绳。
另外，本化纤绳纱的材料可选用丙纶长丝，涤纶、锦纶复丝、锦纶帘子线等品种。
本复合绳缆在绳股拧绞过程中，需在复合绳股的前端设置预张力装置，这种设置可使尼龙粗单丝与化纤绳纱同步受力，可提高强力，降低伸长率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本复合绳缆包括绳芯1，在绳芯1的外周绞合至少3根复合绳股2，复合绳股2由化纤绳纱3和尼龙粗单丝4组成，尼龙粗单丝4复合拧绞在化纤绳纱3外表面。

1.一种复合绳缆，包括绳芯，其特征在于在所述绳芯的外周绞合至少3股复合绳股，所述复合绳股由化纤绳纱和尼龙粗单丝组成，所述尼龙粗单丝复合拧绞在所述化纤绳纱外表面。
