背景技术
随着造船业的崛起、港口的拓展,远洋运输、海上石油钻井事业的迅速发展,对船用化纤绳索质量要求不断提高,以满足大型、特型船舶装备需要。为提高化纤绳索在使用中耐磨性能,一般通过增加绳索直径来实现,其副面影响是绳索重量增加,使用不便和成本加大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于设计一种成本较低,耐磨性能强的复合绳索。
本实用新型包括由几股合成纤维长丝或线拧绞制成,在复合绳索的表层布置尼龙粗单丝。
本实用新型绳索呈基本圆柱形,拧绞紧密,结构合理,其绳股的表面具有尼龙粗单丝略微凸于化纤长丝或线,使得其首先与接触面接触,而尼龙粗单丝的耐磨性能高出合成纤维长丝或线的几十倍,明显提高绳索的耐磨性。经实验表明,相同直径的绳索,本实用新型的耐磨性及强度高于普通绳索数十倍。
为进一步增加尼龙租单丝绳索的强度,本实用新型每股合成纤维长丝或线的表层布置若干的尼龙粗单丝。

具体实施例
将合成纤维长丝或线1初捻、加捻,加入尼龙粗单丝2置表层合股,该股线尼龙粗单丝2略凸出于外表面,以达到增加耐磨性的目的,然后将一股不加尼龙粗单丝2的合成纤维长丝或线1作为芯线股3,以六股拧绞制成七股复合绳索。
