Abstract

本发明公开了一种甘蔗渣资源化综合循环利用方法,以甘蔗渣为主料,麸皮为辅料,按3∶1比例称取甘蔗渣和麸皮混匀,调整含水量60%-65%,调整pH6.0-6.5,装袋灭菌后种植秀珍菇。采收所述秀珍菇子实体后,将秀珍菇菌渣粉碎成0.5-1.0cm的粒状,辅以5%-6%麸皮和0.5%蔗糖,调整含水量50%-55%,接种0.2%的酿酒酵母菌和植物乳酸杆菌,充分混合均匀后,转入青贮发酵池,压实、覆盖,青贮45天,即获得了优良的秀珍菇菌渣青贮饲料。

一种甘蔗渣资源化综合循环利用方法
技术领域
本发明涉及农产品循环利用技术领域,尤其涉及一种甘蔗渣资源化综合循环利用方法。
背景技术
我国是甘蔗种植大国,产量仅次于巴西和印度,居世界第三位,每年甘蔗产量约5000多万吨,榨糖后的甘蔗渣约为1800余万吨。因而,如何科学地利用我国丰富的甘蔗渣资源,实现蔗渣资源化,是一项亟待解决的问题。
蔗渣的利用方式很多。巴西生产蔗渣燃料酒精已经产业化;美国开发出了甘蔗渣膨化生产微囊养虾饵料,以及以甘蔗渣和酒糟为原料,接种复合微生物菌剂发酵,风干后生产牛饲料。我国对蔗渣的利用方式包括作为燃料,用于造纸、生产CMC、活性炭、人造纤维板的原料,以及作为养牛的饲料。
我国是世界上最大的食用菌生产国,食用菌产量占世界产量的70%左右,每年需要大量的食用菌生产原材料。据测定,蔗渣含干物质90%~92%,粗蛋白质2.0%,粗脂肪0.7%,纤维素44%~46%,半纤维素23%~25%,木质素18%~20%,C/N=120,适当调整C/N比例后,蔗渣是种植食用菌的优质原材料。我国已开展了蔗渣种植金针菇、鲍鱼菇的研究,但尚未见蔗渣生产秀珍菇的报道。
另一方面,我国也是世界上第一养牛大国,牛的存栏量及出栏量多年居世界第一,约占全球总量的50%。随着经济的快速发展及养牛科技的不断提高,我国的养牛方式从农村散养为主逐渐向规模化集约化养牛转变,对饲料的需求量越来越大。尽管已有将蔗渣经氨化处理后作为养牛原料,但由于蔗渣中木质素含量较高,作为养牛的主料效果欠佳。
秀珍菇又称环柄侧耳、白环柄侧耳,其子实体肉质脆嫩、纤维含量少,口感佳,是一种营养价值极高的珍稀食用菌。
发明内容
基于上述现状,本发明利用蔗渣为主要原料,适量添加辅料种植秀珍菇获得珍稀食用菌子实体;进而以秀珍菇菌渣为青贮原料,接种酿酒酵母和植物乳酸杆菌,经发酵后得到了优良的青贮饲料用于养牛。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种甘蔗渣资源化综合循环利用方法,以甘蔗渣为主料,麸皮为辅料,按3∶1比例称取甘蔗渣和麸皮混匀,调整含水量60%-65%,调整pH6.0-6.5,装袋灭菌后种植秀珍菇。
所述的方法,辅料还包括磷酸氢二钾和生石灰,分别占甘蔗渣和麸皮总重量的比例为:0.5%的石灰,0.1%的K2HPO4
所述的方法,还包括以下步骤,采收所述秀珍菇子实体后,将秀珍菇菌渣粉碎成0.5-1.0cm的粒状,辅以5%-6%麸皮和0.5%蔗糖,调整含水量50%-55%,接种0.2%的酿酒酵母菌和植物乳酸杆菌,充分混合均匀后,转入青贮发酵池,压实、覆盖,青贮45天后,即获得了优良的秀珍菇菌渣青贮饲料。
本发明中,种植秀珍菇,一方面将甘蔗渣中的营养物质转化为秀珍菇子实体;另一方面,利用秀珍菇菌丝体降解蔗渣中木质素和纤维素能力强的特性,降低蔗渣中的木质素和纤维素含量,有利于提高菌渣青贮饲料质量。在青贮阶段,添加0.5%蔗糖,接种酿酒酵母和植物乳酸杆菌后,有利于促进迅速繁殖,降低菌渣材料pH,防止杂菌生长。而青贮阶段产生的酒精和乳酸等呈味物质,提高了青贮饲料的适口性
秀珍菇是木腐类食用菌,可很好地利用甘蔗渣中的木质素和纤维素。种植秀珍菇后的废弃蔗渣中含有大量的菌丝体蛋白,同时将木质素分解为小分子化合物,可作为养牛的原料。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例,对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
称取75kg蔗渣与25kg麸皮混匀,添加0.5%的石灰,0.1%的K2HPO4,调节含水量60%,调整pH6.5左右,充分混匀,装入20×35×0.05cm低压聚乙烯塑料袋,常压灭菌,冷却后接种秀珍菇栽培种,25℃培菌40天,菌丝长满后,出菇管理,采收3潮菇,共采收了80kg鲜菇。
秀珍菇采收完毕后,选取未受污染的菌袋,粉碎成0.8cm的颗粒,菌渣含水量在40%,添加5%-6%麸皮,0.5%的蔗糖,调整含水量50%,接种0.2%的酿酒酵母菌和植物乳酸杆菌,充分混合均匀后,转入青贮发酵池,压实、覆盖,青贮45天后,即获得了优良的秀珍菇菌渣青贮饲料。
实施例2
在本发明中,以甘蔗渣为主要原料,麸皮为辅料,按照甘蔗渣∶麸皮=3∶1的比例称取原料,调节含水量至65%,添加适量生石灰,调节培养料pH 6.5,装袋灭菌,冷却备用。
选择质量好的秀珍菇栽培种,接种秀珍菇,22-26℃发菌管理,期间不需光线,培养30-40天后菌丝满袋,即进行出菇管理,此时注意出菇温度范围控制在23-25℃,湿度85%-95%,增加通风、温差刺激和散射光照,促使菌丝扭结形成原基。当子实体菌盖长至2-3厘米,菌盖边缘内卷,孢子尚未弹射时即可采收。
采收2-3潮秀珍菇子实体后,选择未受杂菌污染的秀珍菇菌袋,将其粉碎成0.5-1.0cm颗粒,添加0.5%(m/m)的蔗糖,调整含水量55%。按0.2%(m/m)比例接种酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)和植物乳酸杆菌(Lactobacillusplantarum),混匀后将菌渣原料转移至青贮窖内,充分压实,尽量排除原料间的空气。顶层用塑料布密封,青贮发酵45天后,即可得到pH4.0左右,具有酒香和乳酸香味的菌渣青贮饲料。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种甘蔗渣资源化综合循环利用方法,其特征在于,以甘蔗渣为主料,麸皮为辅料,按3∶1比例称取甘蔗渣和麸皮混匀,调整含水量60%-65%,调整pH6.0-6.5,装袋灭菌后种植秀珍菇;采收所述秀珍菇子实体后,将秀珍菇菌渣粉碎成0.5-1.0cm的粒状,辅以5%-6%麸皮和0.5%蔗糖,调整含水量50%-55%,接种0.2%的酿酒酵母菌和植物乳酸杆菌,充分混合均匀后,转入青贮发酵池,压实、覆盖,青贮45天,即获得了优良的秀珍菇菌渣青贮饲料。
