本发明属于一种涂料焊条制造工艺,本发明的工艺可以提高特细涂料焊条的同心度。本工艺的特征是:将焊条钢丝经拉丝机拉拔成直径0.4毫米至2.0毫米的焊芯后,送到调直机进行调直,调直后的焊丝由两个送丝轮将其送到压涂机中压涂,压涂后再通过切割机切割成焊条湿坯,再经过磨头、磨尾、烘干制成焊条成品。

Description

本发明涉及一种制造涂料焊条的新工艺。世界上制造涂料焊条工艺都是先把焊条钢材拉成一定规格直径的焊丝,经过调直切割成一段一段的焊芯,再把焊芯装入送丝机中送到压涂机压涂药皮,最后磨头、磨尾、烘干,而得电焊条。这种制造工艺称为“先切后涂”工艺。这种工艺存在3个缺点:
1.由于焊丝要先切断成一根一根的焊芯,再压涂药皮,因此无法连续生产。
2.送丝机输送焊芯是依靠相互顶压传动的,如果焊心端部切得不平直时,就会造成顶压力不均匀使焊芯扭曲变形。
3.在压涂过程中,由于焊芯是分段的,因此焊芯在压涂成型时不能承受径向力,当压涂力不均匀时会造成严重的不同心现象。特别是细焊条。同心度很难保证。
本发明的目的,是提供一种制造涂料焊条的新工艺。它不但能克服“先切后涂”工艺的各种缺点,同时还能大大提高生产效率,提高成品率。
发明是这样实现的:
将焊条钢丝经拉丝机拉拔成其直径为0.4毫米至2.0毫米 的焊芯后,送到调直机进行调直,调直后的焊丝由两个送丝轮将其送到压涂机中压涂,压涂后再通过切割机切割成焊条湿坯,再经过磨头、磨尾、烘干,制成焊条成品。
本发明的新工艺有两个十分明显的优点:
1.由于焊芯在压涂时是连续的,焊芯在整个压涂过程中都能承受一定的径向负荷,因此压涂后的焊条药皮和焊芯的同心度很好。
2.由于焊芯的调直、送丝、压涂都是连续的,因此效率大大提高。
下面通过对实施例及其附图的叙述,详细说明本发明。
附图为“先涂后切”工艺部分流程示意图,其中:
(1)焊条钢材盘元架    (2)定位轮
(3)旋转调直机    (4)送丝机
(5)压涂机    (6)导丝管及钨钢尖头子
(7)焊条药皮钨钢模    (8)园盘剪切机
把拉成一定规格直径的焊丝盘元套在钢材盘元架(1)中,焊丝穿过定位轮(2),进入旋转调直机(3),经调直后的焊丝直接通过导丝管和钨钢尖头子(6)在压涂机(5)中压涂药皮,当焊丝连同药皮穿出药皮钨钢模时就得到成型很好、同心度很高的连续焊条,此时再经过园盘切割机(8)切割后,得到焊条湿坯,以后再经过磨头、磨尾、烘干就得到涂料焊条成品。

  1. 一种生产涂料焊条的工艺,其特征在于:将焊条钢丝经拉丝机拉拔成其直径为0.4毫米至2.0毫米的焊芯后,送到调直机进行调直,调直后的焊丝由两个送丝轮将其送到压涂机中压涂,压涂后再通过切割机切割成焊条湿坯,再经过磨头、磨尾、烘干制成焊条成品。
