Abstract
用于机动车辆的通风单元包括:管状件(5),其穿过机动车辆底盘(1)上开口(4)配装,和毂(8),其与管状件(5)同轴线并安装用于驱动配装有叶片(15)的叶轮机(12)的电动机(10);电动机和叶轮机由设置在管状件(5)与毂(8)之间并限定用于保护开口(4)的格栅(20)的连接装置(7)支承;这些连接装置适当地定形成限定用于调节由叶轮机(12)产生的气流的装置,从而增加效率并降低噪声;该单元(2)还包括用于保护电动机(10)的盖(21),该盖配装有用于快速连接到毂(8)/从毂(8)快速脱开的装置(24)并在毂与电动机之间限定开口(26)以使由叶轮机移动的气流能够穿过以冷却电动机。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及尤其用于机动车辆的通风单元,且更具体地涉及用在巴士和类似车辆的空调系统的类型的通风单元。
背景技术
在该类现有技术空调系统中,使用通风设备的组件,每个组件包括配装在车辆顶部上圆形开口内的管状件。
该管状件配装有支承同轴线毂的多个径向臂,同轴线毂容纳电动机,电动机的输出轴驱动包括多个叶片的叶轮机或风机。
现有技术中还已知,这些支承臂的形状适于做成调节由叶轮机产生的气流,由此提高空调系统的效率并与管状件一起形成风道。
为了保护电动机并防止有阻塞叶轮机风险的外物进入管状件,车辆顶部上的圆形开口由保护性格栅封闭。
更详细地考虑现有技术,在第一种技术方案中,管状件和电动机安装成使叶轮机面向车辆外部,而电动机基部延伸到车辆内。在该情况下,风机受到格栅的适当保护,格栅阻挡到叶轮机叶片的通路。
在第二技术方案中,风道和电动机基部从车辆向外延伸,而叶轮机在车辆内部。
在该技术方案中,风机风道也受到格栅的保护,该格栅防止外物进入管状件。
但这些现有技术方案具有固有的缺点。
除了制造和组装保护性格栅的显著成本之外,这些格栅抵消空气流量调节装置的作用,因此不利地降低系统效率。
此外,该格栅还增加由通风系统所产生的噪声。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是提供一种尤其用于机动车辆的通风单元,该通风单元可克服现有技术的上述缺点。
根据本发明,以上目的通过所附权利要求书中任一项描述的一种尤其用于机动车辆的通风单元来实现。

具体实施方式
参照图1和2,附图标记1标示例如巴士的机动车辆的顶部的一部分。
顶部1包括通风单元3的组件2的支承件,组件2沿轴线A对齐并容纳在顶部1上形成的圆形开口4内,从而从车辆抽取热量。
每个通风单元3包括具有轴线B的管状件5,该管状件5安装成使轴线B本身横向于顶部1形成的平面,并配装在相应的圆形开口4内。
通风单元3具体在管状件5的外侧上具有环形突起部6,通风单元3由环形突起部6支承在顶部1上,使得其下端延伸到机动车辆内。
如图所示,环形突起部6具有用于将通风单元3固定到底盘1的多个隆起6a。
管状件5设有整体标以附图标记7的连接装置,管状件5通过连接装置7来支承与之同轴线的圆筒形毂8并形成其中安装有电动机10的圆筒形壳体9,电动机10的输出轴11赋予叶轮机12以旋转运动。
如图5所示,电动机10具有设计成使用也如图5所示的、基本上已知类型的固定装置32来联接到形成在毂8上相应扩大部分31的多个脊30。
叶轮机12包括:具有直接固定到轴11的中心圆柱形块13的毂14,以及一端固定到毂14且另一端固定到环16的多个大致径向叶片15,环16的直径接近管状件5的直径。
环16在管状件5内延伸,并在其下边缘具有直径大致与管状件5相同的环形突起部16a(见图2)。
连接装置7定位在与管状件5的上端大致相同的高度处(见图2)。
如图3具体所示,连接装置7包括在毂8与管状件5之间的多个连接臂17。
图6基本上具体示出每个臂17怎样与大体在管状件5上和臂17本身相交的每个半径形成角α1、α2......αn。
换言之,每个臂17与在实践中对应于管状件5的圆的周界处相应的半径形成角α1、α2......αn。
在所示实施例中,角α1、α2......αn相等。
还应当注意,各臂17以相等的角间距定位。
在其它实施例中,各臂17可能是不同角度的角间距。
各臂17通过弧形层叠件18彼此连接在一起而形成多个同心环19。
各径向臂17和各环19共同形成具有圆形冠形状的格栅20,该格栅20将管状件5刚性地连接到毂8。
各径向臂17和各环19的形状适当地做成形成用于调节由叶轮机12强制从外部通过管状件5进入车辆内的气流。应当注意,限定同心环19的弧形层叠件18较佳地也形状做成形成气流调节件。
周界处角α1、α2......αn的大小无论是否相等、以及各臂17的间隔是由相等或不相等的角间距限定,都共同调节气流以优化通风单元3的性能。
应当注意,在另一较佳实施例中,各臂17可能从毂8径向延伸,在该情况下,角α1、α2......αn应当为零。
应当注意,管状件5的高度使得沿径向(即是说,沿轴线B)的气流最大,使得暖空气在通常形成在车辆顶部1上搁置通风单元3的区域内的侧向通风通道(未示出)内的循环最小。
附图标记21标示放置在电动机10的壳体9上的圆形盖。
位于大致与格栅20相同平面内的盖21在电动机10的与叶轮机12相反侧上配装在毂8的上边缘上,且呈杯形。
盖21内具有较佳地布置成环形的多个间隔件23,以将其保持在距毂8适当距离处。
盖21的边缘22(图4)配装有用于其快速连接/脱开的装置24,从而其可牢固地放置在毂8上。
更详细地说,快速连接/脱开装置24包括挠性凸片25,该凸片25在其自由端具有设计成与毂8本身的下边缘、具体是与上述扩大部分31处配合的齿。
如图3和4所示,由盖21与毂8之间的间隔件23限定的开口26与形成在毂14与中心圆柱形块13接触的区域的管道以及相应的电动机10一起使冷却电动机10所必须的气流F能够具体在电动机10的后部进行循环。
如上所述根据本发明的通风单元具有显著的优点。
消除放置在气流调节装置上的常规保护性格栅不仅能够降低生产成本,而且还能够改进系统效率并降低噪声。此外,可认为格栅20是适当定形成增加效率并降低噪声的流量调节专用件。
最后,应当注意格栅20形成通风单元3的一体部分,且不仅保护该单元而且还支承电动机10和叶轮机12。
上述的本发明易于进行工业应用且可以若干方式来变化和改适而不脱离本发明概念的范围。而且,本发明的所有细节方面都可用技术上等效的部件来替代。
Claims (16)
1.一种用于机动车辆的通风单元,其特征在于,所述通风单元包括:管状件(5),所述管状件(5)穿过机动车辆底盘(1)上开口(4)配装以延伸到所述车辆内部;毂(8),所述毂(8)与所述管状件同轴线并限定容纳电动机(10)的壳体(9);叶轮(12),所述叶轮(12)配装有叶片(15)并与所述毂同轴线并安装在所述电动机的输出轴(11)上;用于安装所述电动机和所述叶片叶轮机的装置(5,7,8,9),所述安装装置(5,7,8,9)包括所述管状件(5)与所述毂(8)之间的连接装置(7),所述安装装置(5,7,8,9),且具体地是所述连接装置(7),限定保护所述开口(4)的格栅(20)。
2.如权利要求1所述的通风单元,其特征在于,所述安装装置(5,7,8,9)限定用于调节由所述叶轮机(12)产生的气流的装置。
3.如权利要求1所述的通风单元,其特征在于,所述连接装置(7)限定用于调节由所述叶轮机(12)产生的气流的装置。
4.如权利要求1所述的通风单元,其特征在于,所述格栅(20)限定用于调节由所述叶轮机(12)产生的气流的装置。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的通风单元,其特征在于,所述连接装置(7)包括在所述毂(8)与所述管状件(5)之间的多个连接臂(17)。
6.如权利要求5所述的通风单元,其特征在于,每个臂(17)与在实践中对应于所述管状件(5)的圆的周界处相应的半径形成角(α1、......αn)。
7.如权利要求6所述的通风单元,其特征在于,在所述周界处所有的角(α1、......αn)都相等。
8.如权利要求6所述的通风单元,其特征在于,在所述周界处的角(α1、......αn)包括与其它角不同的至少一个角(α1、......αn)。
9.如权利要求5所述的通风单元,其特征在于,所述臂(17)从所述毂(8)径向延伸。
10.如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的通风单元,其特征在于,所述臂(17)以相等的角间距间隔开。
11.如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的通风单元,其特征在于,所述臂(17)以不相等的角间距间隔开。
12.如权利要求1至11中任一项所述的通风单元,其特征在于,所述连接装置(7)包括用于连接所述臂(17)的多个弧形层叠件(18)。
13.如权利要求12所述的通风单元,其特征在于,所述弧形层叠件(18)共同形成多个同心环(19)。
14.如权利要求1至13中任一项所述的通风单元,其特征在于,所述通风单元包括用于保护所述电动机(10)并与所述毂(8)同轴线的盖(21)。
15.如权利要求14所述的通风单元,其特征在于,所述盖(21)安装在所述毂(8)上,并具有置于所述盖(21)与所述毂(8)之间的间隔件(23),所述间隔件设计成允许冷却空气流穿过。
16.如权利要求14或15所述的通风单元,其特征在于,所述盖(21)包括使其能够定位和移除的快速连接/脱开装置(24)。
