Abstract

背景技术
由EP0 175 211 A1已知一个具有上述特征的插销锁。这个插销锁由待安装在门或窗的对应截段中的外壳组成,它在外侧具有外螺纹,用于从背面旋上固定螺母直到顶靠在门页或窗页上,由此通过固定螺母使外壳固定在门页或窗页上。在外壳内部可旋转地支承着操纵轴,把手(Zunge)可与之形状配合连接在其端部上,并且可以利用旋入到操纵轴中的螺栓固定在操纵轴上。由此,使插销锁以不利的方式由至少五个独立的零部件组成,它们分别独立地制成,并且将其装配成满足功能的插销锁需要多个步骤,因此是烦琐的。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,在具有此类特征的插销锁中减少独立零部件的数量,并减少插销锁的装配费用。
这个目的由在说明书中优先考虑的权利要求的内容(包括本发明的有利扩展结构和改进方案)得以实现。
本发明在其基本思想中规定,所述把手与操纵轴一体地构成,该操纵轴支承在外壳内部,该外壳可利用固定部件固定在门页或窗页上,此固定部件可以平行于门页或窗页平面而插入到外壳中且相对于门页或窗页进行支承,该固定部件在插销锁完成装配时作用在操纵轴上,并由此使操纵轴锁定并固定在外壳中。本发明的优点是减少零部件数量,因为插销锁只由三个零部件组成,即外壳、具有把手的操纵轴和固定部件。由此不仅易于各个零部件的加工,而且易于其装配。在第一装配步骤中所述操纵轴必须插入到外壳中,其中在第二装配步骤中外壳利用固定部件固定在门页或窗页上,其中通过这个固定同时也得到操纵轴在外壳中的可靠固定。
在本发明的具体实施例中可以规定,所述操纵轴通过轴承套支承在外壳中,所述固定部件在其插入到外壳中的位置上接合到操纵轴的轴承套中。
为了可以补偿在插销锁中可能的不同板厚和/或误差,按照本发明的实施例规定,所述固定部件在其插入到外壳中的位置上使外壳相对于门页或窗页根据建立的预应力进行张紧。在此可以具体地规定,所述固定部件通过弹性构成的肩状部(Ansatz)相对于门页或窗页进行支承,并由此使所述外壳相对于门页或窗页进行夹紧。
按照第一实施例,所述固定部件构成为叉状的,带有两个平行的、相互间隔设置的凸起,其中该凸起分别穿过外壳的相互对置的孔,并且分别容纳在空隙中,此空隙设置在操纵轴的轴承套中。在此以适宜的方式使所述空隙由环形槽构成,由此可以使操纵轴相对于穿过它的固定部件的凸起进行旋转。
因为所述固定机构同时要负责使外壳与门页或窗页的夹紧,按照本发明的一个实施例,所述肩状部通过两个与凸起平行延伸的且从外面包围外壳的支承凸起构成;在此为了建立所期望的弹性功能,规定所述支承凸起构成双壁状的,带有分别弹性地顶靠在门页或窗页上的桥接片。
备选地可以规定,所述支承凸起拱起地、即通过在门页或窗页的方向上凸起的拱曲构成,由此在插入到外壳中的位置上建立预应力;通过各个支承凸起的这种预拱曲,同样能够以简单的方式建立所需的预应力。

按照一个备选的实施例,为了建立所需的预应力可以规定,每个销具有在门页或窗页方向上凸起的拱曲,即凸起地构成,并由此在插入到外壳中的销中建立预应力。
按照本发明的一个实施例可以规定,在操纵轴和固定部件上分别设置止动件,此止动件在打开和在锁闭插销锁时指示操纵轴的两个90°位置;这个措施能够使操纵轴在外壳中的装配更加容易,可以感觉到操纵轴在外壳中的两个旋转位置。

具体实施方式
插销锁由外壳12构成,此插销锁在图1中通过其各个零部件表示且待装配在具有开孔11的门页10上,此外壳12可以插进到开孔11中,直到外侧径向突出的外壳法兰13顶靠在门页10上。为了使外壳12相对于门页10实现密封,在外壳法兰13的底面上设置密封件14(图2)。所述开孔11具有拐角形状,其中外壳12具有适配的外轮廓,由此使外壳12不可旋转地固定在开孔11中。

1.一种用于门或窗页的插销锁,具有能够固定在门页或窗页上的外壳,还具有操纵轴,此操纵轴可旋转地设置在外壳中且一端抗扭转地与把手连接而另一端可与锁闭操纵体联接,其特征在于,所述把手(16)与操纵轴(15)一体地构成,该操纵轴(15)支承在外壳(12)内部,该外壳(12)能够利用固定部件(20,35)固定在门页(10)或窗页上,此固定部件(20,35)能够平行于门页(10)或窗页的平面而插入到外壳(12)中并支承在门页(10)或窗页上,该固定部件(20,35)在插销锁完成装配时作用在操纵轴(15)上,并由此使操纵轴(15)锁定并固定在外壳(12)中。
2.如权利要求1所述的插销锁,其特征在于,所述操纵轴(15)通过轴承套(17)支承在所述外壳(12)中,所述固定部件(20,35)在其插入到外壳(12)中的位置上接合到操纵轴(15)的轴承套(17)中。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的插销锁,其特征在于,所述固定部件(20,35)在其插入到外壳(12)中的位置上使外壳(12)根据所建立的预应力夹紧在门页(10)或窗页上。
4.如权利要求3所述的插销锁,其特征在于,所述固定部件(20,35)通过弹性构成的肩状部(22,38)支承在门页(10)或窗页上,并由此使所述外壳(12)相对于门页(10)或窗页进行夹紧。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的插销锁,其特征在于,所述固定部件(20)构成为叉状的,带有两个平行的、相互间隔设置的凸起(21),其中该凸起(21)分别穿过外壳(12)的相互对置的孔(25),并且分别容纳在空隙(26)中,此空隙(26)设置在操纵轴(15)的轴承套(17)中。
6.如权利要求5所述的插销锁,其特征在于,所述空隙(26)由环形槽构成。
7.如权利要求4所述的插销锁,其特征在于,所述肩状部通过两个支承凸起(22)构成,此支承凸起(22)与所述凸起(21)是平行延伸的且从外面包围所述外壳。
8.如权利要求7所述的插销锁,其特征在于,所述支承凸起(22)构成为双壁状的,带有分别弹性地顶靠在门页(10)或窗页上的桥接片(24)。
9.如权利要求7所述的插销锁,其特征在于,所述支承凸起(22)构成为带有在门页(10)或窗页的方向上凸起的拱曲,并由此在插入到外壳(12)中的位置上建立预应力。
10.如权利要求7所述的插销锁,其特征在于,所述支承凸起(22)分别形状配合地固定在通道(29)中,此通道(29)分别构成在外壳(12)的外侧面上。
11.如权利要求3所述的插销锁,其特征在于,所述外壳(12)在其外侧面上具有容纳部(30),用于形状配合地容纳固定部件(20)。
12.如权利要求1或2所述的插销锁,其特征在于,所述把手(16)或操纵轴(15)具有径向突出的且接合到月牙槽(32)中的突出部(31),此月牙槽(32)使操纵轴(15)及把手(16)的旋转角相对于外壳(12)进行固定。
13.如权利要求2所述的插销锁,其特征在于,所述固定部件由至少一个销(35)构成,此销(35)横向地在两个相互对置的通孔(36)中穿过外壳(12),所述操纵轴(15)的轴承套(17)配有两个四分之一圆的槽(37),用于以能够使操纵轴(15)旋转90°的方式来容纳销(35)。
14.如权利要求13所述的插销锁,其特征在于,两个销(35)能够分别从相互对置的侧面插入到外壳(12)的通孔(36)中。
15.如权利要求13所述的插销锁,其特征在于,每个销(35)在其外端部上具有利用倒切(39)而弹性构成的肩状部(38)。
16.如权利要求13所述的插销锁,其特征在于,每个销(35)具有在门页(10)或窗页方向上凸起的拱曲,并由此在插入到外壳(12)中的销(35)上建立预应力。
17.如权利要求1或2所述的插销锁,其特征在于,在操纵轴(15)和固定部件(20)上分别设置止动件(27,28),此止动件(27,28)在打开和在锁闭插销锁时指示操纵轴(15)的两个90°位置。
18.如权利要求1或2所述的插销锁,其特征在于,所述操纵轴(15)能够利用定位结构轴向可拆卸地定位在外壳(12)中。
19.如权利要求2所述的插销锁,其特征在于,所述操纵轴(15)在其轴承套(17)面对要安装的锁闭操纵体的区域中具有密封槽(18),该密封槽(18)具有安装在其中的、相对于外壳(12)密封的密封件(19)。
