Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于运行内燃机的高压燃料泵,该高压燃料泵由一个泵壳体(1)和至少两个泵缸头(2a-2c)组成,在所述泵缸头中各有一个泵活塞(3a-3c)在一个活塞导向装置(4a-4c)中导向,其中,在所述泵活塞(3a-3c)上方各设置有一个压力室(5a-5c),所述压力室分别与低压输入管(6a-6c)和高压接管(7a-7c)连接,并且所述泵活塞(3a-3c)与一个共同的泵凸轮轴接触,由此能产生所述泵活塞(3a-3c)的平移运动,因而能将燃料吸入到相应的压力室(5a-5c)中,能将燃料压缩至高压并且能向相应的高压接管(7a-7c)输送燃料,其中,此外所述至少两个泵缸头(2a-2c)相互间以等距离的角度设置在绕所述泵凸轮轴的同一个圆周线(12)上,并且,所述压力室(5a-5c)能分别经过所述活塞导向装置(4a-4c)中的一个输入孔(8a-8c)通过所述低压输入管(6a-6c)被供给燃料。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于运行内燃机的高压燃料泵,其由一个泵壳体和至少两个泵缸头组成,在这些泵缸头中各有一个泵活塞在一个活塞导向装置中导向,其中,在所述泵活塞上方各设置有一个压力室,所述压力室分别与低压输入管和高压接管连接,并且所述泵活塞与一个共同的泵凸轮轴接触,由此可产生泵活塞的平移运动,因而可将燃料吸入到相应的压力室中、可将燃料压缩至高压并且可向相应的高压接管输送燃料。
背景技术
由WO 2005/052356 A2已经公开了一种高压燃料泵,该高压燃料泵由一个分体式泵壳体组成,一个泵凸轮轴支承在该泵壳体中。该泵凸轮轴配有一个具有多边形构造的偏心轮,该偏心轮与一个或多个泵活塞接触。在所述一个或多个泵活塞的上方各设置有一个压力室,在所述压力室上面又设置有吸入阀,并且所述压力室与高压存储器的高压接管连接。在此,相应的吸入阀与内燃机的低压回路连接。
在高压燃料泵的运行中,通过泵凸轮轴的旋转并且借助偏心轮的多边形构造产生所述一个或多个泵活塞的平移运动,这导致在活塞向下运动时通过吸入阀将处于低压下的燃料吸入到各个压力室中,在活塞接下来向上运动时压缩所述燃料并且最后向高压存储器的高压接管输送所述燃料。
这类装置的缺点是:吸入阀在各个泵活塞的压力室上面的设置是费劲的。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种高压燃料泵,其中,泵活塞的压力室的填充可以用简单的方式实现,因此可以减少该高压燃料泵的制造耗费。
根据本发明,该目的通过以下方式实现:高压燃料泵的泵缸头绕泵凸轮轴旋转对称地设置,并且这些压力室各经由所述活塞导向装置中的一个输入孔通过燃料输入管被供给燃料。因此,可以实现紧凑的高压燃料泵结构,同时能够省去压力室上方的吸入阀,这减少了必要的结构空间并且降低了制造耗费。
在本发明的扩展结构中,相应的输入孔位于相应的泵活塞的导向装置的面向通过泵凸轮轴的旋转产生的横向力的一侧。通过该措施良好地封闭了该输入孔并且减少了高压泄露,因为泵活塞由于泵凸轮轴的旋转和由此产生的横向力而倾斜并且在该区域中压紧到活塞导向装置上。
在本发明的另一种构造方案中,相应的压力室通过密封垫片相对于泵壳体密封。这里的优点是,实现了相对于泵内室的更好的密封。
在本发明的扩展结构中,设置一个高压阀类型的隔膜阀作为与相应的高压接管的连接。在该实施方式中,可以省去在发动机静止时用于封闭该阀的弹簧,这降低了制造耗费。
在本发明的另一种构造方案中,所述隔膜阀组合到密封垫片中。由此可以在压力室的区域中实现更紧凑的构造并且能够节省结构空间。

具体实施方式
图1示出根据本发明的高压燃料泵的示意图,该高压燃料泵设有三个泵活塞3a、3b和3c。这些泵活塞3a-3c分别在活塞导向装置4a、4b和4c中导向并且相互间以等距离的角度设置在绕未示出的泵凸轮轴的同一个圆周线(12)上,通过该泵凸轮轴的多边形构造共同地驱动这些泵活塞。在每个泵活塞3a-3c上方各设置一个压力室5a、5b和5c。这些压力室5a-5c又分别与低压输入管6a、6b和6c并且与高压接管7a、7b和7c连接,所述低压输入管是活塞导向装置4a-4c中的输入孔8a、8b和8c的形式。
在图2中能看到一个压力室5a和一个泵活塞3a的细部剖视图。该压力室5a通过输入孔8a和低压管6a被供给燃料,该低压管穿过泵壳体1和泵缸头2a。为了实现压力室5a相对于泵内室10的优化密封,此外在该压力室5a的区域中设置一个密封垫片9。此外,该压力室5a通过设置在泵缸头2a中的管路与高压接管7a连接,其中,在这种情况下通过一个高压球阀建立连接。
与此不同,在图3中高压阀作为隔膜阀11,该隔膜阀在泵壳体1与泵缸头2a之间作为密封垫片9的元件实现。由此在通过相应的泵活塞3a产生高压时建立与未示出的高压存储器的高压接管7a的连接。
在高压燃料泵的运行中,泵活塞3a-3c通过未示出的泵凸轮轴驱动。在此,当输入孔8a-8c不受相应的泵活塞3a-3c封闭时,燃料从相应的低压输入管6a-6c和输入孔8a-8c吸入。在相应的活塞3a-3c的压缩运动和通过该活塞封闭输入孔8a-8c的过程中,吸入的燃料被压缩至高压并且通过相应的高压接管7a-7c向共同的、未示出的高压存储器输送。
Claims (2)
1.用于运行内燃机的高压燃料泵,该高压燃料泵由一个泵壳体(1)和至少两个泵缸头(2a-2c)组成,在所述泵缸头中各有一个泵活塞(3a-3c)在一个活塞导向装置(4a-4c)中导向,其中,在所述泵活塞(3a-3c)上方各设置有一个压力室(5a-5c),所述压力室分别与低压输入管(6a-6c)和高压接管(7a-7c)连接,并且所述泵活塞(3a-3c)与一个共同的泵凸轮轴接触,由此能产生所述泵活塞(3a-3c)的平移运动,因而能将燃料吸入到相应的压力室(5a-5c)中,能将燃料压缩至高压并且能向相应的高压接管(7a-7c)输送燃料,其特征在于,所述至少两个泵缸头(2a-2c)相互间以等距离的角度设置在绕所述泵凸轮轴的同一个圆周线(12)上,并且,所述压力室(5a-5c)能分别经过所述活塞导向装置(4a-4c)中的一个输入孔(8a-8c)通过所述低压输入管(6a-6c)被供给燃料,相应的压力室(5a-5c)通过密封垫片(9)相对于泵内室(10)密封,设置一个高压阀类型的隔膜阀(11)作为与相应的高压接管(7a-7c)的连接,所述隔膜阀(11)组合到所述密封垫片(9)中。
2.根据权利要求1的高压燃料泵,其特征在于,相应的输入孔(8a-8c)位于相应的泵活塞(3a-3c)的所述导向装置(4a-4c)的面向通过所述泵凸轮轴的旋转产生的横向力的一侧。
