一种贮液器端盖多工位多工序多工件交替加工卡具,装卡在机床上的底板上定位连接有可拆卸移动的夹具主体,底板上的定位销与夹具主体上销孔定位配合连接;由连接在底板连接螺孔上的螺栓可将夹具主体固定在底板上;夹具主体上有多个均布排列的工件孔位,在每个工件孔位的上表面上固定有工件定位法兰盘;在夹具主体的底面上连接有多个压紧螺钉,夹具主体的底面上的压紧螺钉上有压紧工件的压板和开口垫圈。使用它在加工机床下面进行在夹具主体上装卡固定工件,再装在已经固定在加工机床上的底板上,整体加工后,更换另外的已经将装卡好工件的夹具主体。大大地减少了单位工件在机床上的装卡时间,大大地提高了机床有效加工工时的利用率。降低产品成本。

对于像贮液器端盖的多工位、多工序的小工件的加工,如果采用单件加工,其中工件的在机床上装卸所占用时间要比机械进行有效加工所占的时间不小,其加工机床的有效加工使用率很低。这样是对设备资源的很大浪费。直接影响产品成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种贮液器端盖多工位多工序多工件交替加工卡具。解决小工件贮液器端盖多工位、多工序加工过程中的在机床上装卸所占用时间要比机械进行有效加工所占的时间不小的问题。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种贮液器端盖多工位多工序多工件交替加工卡具,其特征在于:有一个装卡在机床上的底板,底板上定位连接有可拆卸移动的夹具主体,底板上有定位销,底板上的定位销与夹具主体上销孔定位配合连接;在底板上有连接螺孔,由连接在底板连接螺孔上的螺栓可将夹具主体固定在底板上;夹具主体上有多个均布排列的工件孔位,在每个工件孔位的上表面上固定有工件定位法兰盘;在夹具主体的底面上连接有多个压紧螺钉,夹具主体的底面上的压紧螺钉上有压紧工件的压板和开口垫圈;
夹具主体侧面有提手。
一个底板上有两个可拆卸移动的夹具主体。
可拆卸移动的夹具主体上均布有两排工件孔位,每排四个工件孔位。
定位销是圆柱销或菱形销。
底板底面有与加工机床的定位键。
本发明效果是:
本贮液器端盖多工位多工序多工件交替加工卡具,可在加工机床下面进行在夹具主体上装卡固定工件,将装卡好工件的夹具主体再定位装在,已经固定在加工机床上的底板上,绷紧固定进行加工。整体加工后,在将夹具主体整体卸下,装入另外的已经将装卡好工件的夹具主体,进行加工。这样大大地减少了单位工件在机床上的装卡时间,大大地提高了机床有效加工工时的利用率。降低产品成本。

具体实施方式
对于多工位多工序小工件如图4、5其上有多个工位、每个工位上又有多道工序。采用加工中心进行加工,单件进行加工时,机床的有效加工时间和之比装卡的时间不高,加工成本太高。
如图1、2、3所示的一种贮液器端盖多工位多工序多工件交替加工卡具,有一个装卡在机床上的底板3,底板上定位连接有可拆卸移动的夹具主体16,底板上有定位销4,底板上的定位销与夹具主体上销孔定位配合连接;在底板上有连接螺孔,由连接在底板连接螺孔上的螺栓5可将夹具主体固定在底板上;夹具主体上有多个均布排列的工件孔位1,在每个工件孔位的上表面上固定有工件定位法兰盘10;在夹具主体的底面上连接有多个压紧螺钉12,夹具主体的底面上的压紧螺钉上有压紧工件的压板11和开口垫圈13;
夹具主体侧面有提手2。定位销是圆柱销7或菱形销。底板底面有与加工机床定位的定位键14。定位键由开槽圆柱头螺钉15固定在底板底面上。底板3由六角螺栓8和六角螺母将底板固定在机床面17上。
根据加工工件的大小,一个底板上有两个或多个可拆卸移动的夹具主体。根据加工工件的大小,可拆卸移动的夹具主体上均布有两排或多排工件孔位,每排四个或多个工件孔位。

3.根据权利要求1所述的贮液器端盖多工位多工序多工件交替加工卡具,其特征在于:一个底板上有两个可拆卸移动的夹具主体。
4.根据权利要求3所述的贮液器端盖多工位多工序多工件交替加工卡具,其特征在于:可拆卸移动的夹具主体上均布有两排工件孔位,每排四个工件孔位。
