Abstract

本发明公开了一种聚氯乙烯和环氧树脂共混物及其制备方法,该共混物中含有聚氯乙烯、稳定剂和加工助剂,还有环氧树脂、环氧树脂固化剂和促进剂,所述含量为质量百分含量,本发明在聚氯乙烯中加入少量环氧树脂,环氧树脂与聚氯乙烯形成半互穿网络结构,解决了普通填料难以同时提高聚氯乙烯的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、缺口冲击强度及维卡软化温度的问题,提高了聚氯乙烯合金的综合性能,是一种价格低廉、性能优异的合金材料,并且可以实现产业化大批量生产。

Description

聚氯乙烯和环氧树脂共混物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及聚氯乙烯共混物技术领域,特别是涉及一种聚氯乙烯和环氧树脂共混物及其制备方法。
背景技术
在聚氯乙烯(PVC)的共混改性中,一般是加入弹性体来增韧PVC:有的用丁晴橡胶(NBR)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)等进行网络增韧,有人则以丙烯睛-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)、甲基丙烯酸甲脂-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(MBS)、聚丙烯酸脂(ACR)等通过“剪切屈服-银纹化”机理进行增韧,均可以显著提高PVC的韧性,但这些弹性体的加入却会导致刚性、尺寸稳定性及耐热性极大的降低。无机填料虽能提高PVC的刚性和耐热性,但韧性却降低。纳米填料虽可同时提高PVC的韧性和刚性,但价格却是十分昂贵。
申请号为200810037272.3的专利申请公开了一种废弃热固塑料(环氧树脂)的循环利用和循环再塑技术和工艺,它是将废弃环氧树脂、聚氯乙烯和加工助剂一起混合挤出以达到废物利用的目的。该专利申请中所用的是废弃环氧树脂(已固化),其技术方案的本质是在聚氯乙烯中加入一种固体填料,加入量很大,只能使最终产品的硬度和刚性得到提高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种价格低廉、性能优异的聚氯乙烯共混物,并且该共混物可以工业化大批量生产。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
本发明聚氯乙烯和环氧树脂共混物,含有聚氯乙烯、稳定剂和加工助剂,在该共混物中还有2~6%的环氧树脂和1.6~4.8%的环氧树脂固化剂,所述含量为质量百分含量。聚氯乙烯、稳定剂和加工助剂之间的配比为常规量。环氧树脂可以选择双酚A型或酚醛型环氧树脂等。
在上述共混物中还可以含有0.004~0.012%的固化促进剂以更好的提高共混物的综合性能。
前述聚氯乙烯和环氧树脂共混物的制备方法:将聚氯乙烯、稳定剂、环氧树脂、环氧树脂固化剂和加工助剂在共混设备中混合均匀,然后在锥形双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒即得,挤出机温度为:机筒Ⅰ区160℃、机筒Ⅱ区165℃、机筒Ⅲ区168℃、模头Ⅰ区170℃、模Ⅱ区175℃、模头Ⅲ区170℃,转速为10转/分。
当共混物中还加有固化促进剂时,将固化促进剂加入共混设备中与其它原料混合均匀。
前述制备方法中,将双螺杆挤出机中挤出的粒料在110~130℃固化,固化时间控制在10个小时以内。
在聚氯乙烯和环氧树脂共混时,需要解决如下几个问题:(1)聚氯乙烯是热塑性树脂,而环氧树脂是热固性树脂,通常它们不易共混加工。(2)要使环氧树脂和PVC在加工过程中完成固化,并不是容易的事情,共混温度过高,环氧树脂可以固化,但固化放热过快过猛就会导致挤出加工的真实温度远高于设定温度,这样极易使聚氯乙烯发生分解;如果共混温度过低,聚氯乙烯不会分解但环氧树脂达不到固化温度,难以发生固化反应,所以,必须控制合适的共混温度才能制备共混物。
首先,本发明的技术方案不是将环氧树脂固化后再与聚氯乙烯混合,而是将没有固化的液体环氧树脂加入PVC中,再加入固化剂,使液体环氧树脂和PVC在加工过程中进行固化,形成半互穿网络结构,以实现热固和热塑性树脂的共混加工。
其次,环氧树脂在加工过程中会固化放热,必须控制合适的环氧树脂用量和控制合适的固化速度,保证聚氯乙烯不分解、环氧树脂能固化,申请人通过大量的实验筛选出了本发明的技术方案。
与现有技术相比,本发明在聚氯乙烯中加入少量环氧树脂,环氧树脂与聚氯乙烯形成半互穿网络结构,解决了普通填料难以同时提高聚氯乙烯的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、缺口冲击强度及维卡软化温度的问题,提高了聚氯乙烯合金的综合性能,是一种价格低廉、性能优异的合金材料,并且可以实现产业化大批量生产。其综合性能指标如下:

注:聚氯乙烯100份、有机锡热稳定剂3份、加工助剂(聚乙烯蜡0.5份、EBS0.5份、DOP5份;)、环氧树脂变量、环氧树脂固化剂(甲基四氢苯酐)用量为环氧树脂的80%。

注:聚氯乙烯100份、有机锡热稳定剂3份、加工助剂(聚乙烯蜡0.5份、EBS0.5份、DOP5份)、环氧树脂变量、环氧树脂固化剂(甲基四氢苯酣)用量为环氧树脂的80%、固化促进剂(DMP-30)用量为环氧树脂的0.2%。
具体实施方式
实施例1:将双酚A型环氧树脂(环氧当量为180~220)4.5份在120℃预热20分钟,取出,加入固化剂(甲基四氢苯酣)3.6份,调匀作为料1;在料1中加入促进剂(DMP-30)0.009份,调匀作为料2;取聚氯乙烯100份、有机锡热稳定剂3份和加工助剂(其中聚乙烯蜡0.5份、EBS0.5份、DOP5份)1.5份,置于100℃的高混机中,混合5分钟,加入料2,在100℃共混10分钟,转入冷混机中,冷混至室温得料3;将料3加入锥形双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,即得本发明共混物,挤出机参数设置:机筒Ⅰ区160℃、机筒Ⅱ区165℃、机筒Ⅲ区168℃、模头Ⅰ区170℃、模Ⅱ区175℃、模头Ⅲ区170℃,转速为10转/分。
将共混物在120℃下固化8小时后性能更好。
实施例2:将酚醛型环氧树脂(环氧当量为200)7份在120℃预热20分钟,取出,加入固化剂(甲基四氢苯酣)5.6份,调匀作为料1;取聚氯乙烯100份、有机锡热稳定剂3份和加工助剂(其中聚乙烯蜡0.5份、EBS0.5份、DOP5份)1.5份,置于100℃的高混机中,混合5分钟,加入料1,在100℃共混10分钟,转入冷混机中,冷混至室温得料2;将料2加入锥形双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,即得本发明共混物,挤出机参数设置:机筒Ⅰ区160℃、机筒Ⅱ区165℃、机筒Ⅲ区168℃、模头Ⅰ区170℃、模Ⅱ区175℃、模头Ⅲ区170℃,转速为10转/分。
将共混物在120℃下固化8小时后性能更好。

Claims (5)

1.一种聚氯乙烯和环氧树脂共混物,含有聚氯乙烯、稳定剂和加工助剂,其特征在于:在该共混物中还有2~6%的环氧树脂和1.6~4.8%的环氧树脂固化剂,所述含量为质量百分含量。
2.按照权利要求1所述聚氯乙烯和环氧树脂共混物,其特征在于:在所述共混物中还含有0.004~0.012%的固化促进剂。
3.权利要求1或2所述聚氯乙烯和环氧树脂共混物的制备方法,其特征在于:将聚氯乙烯、稳定剂、环氧树脂、环氧树脂固化剂和加工助剂在共混设备中混合均匀,然后在锥形双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒即得,挤出机温度为:机筒Ⅰ区160℃、机筒Ⅱ区165℃、机筒Ⅲ区168℃、模头Ⅰ区170℃、模Ⅱ区175℃、模头Ⅲ区170℃,转速为10转/分。
4.按照权利要求3所述聚氯乙烯和环氧树脂共混物的制备方法,其特征在于:在共混设备中还加入固化促进剂。
5.权利要求3或4所述聚氯乙烯和环氧树脂共混物的制备方法,其特征在于:将双螺杆挤出机中挤出的粒料在110~130℃固化,固化时间控制在10个小时以内。
