Abstract

本发明属于阻燃发泡材料技术开发及应用领域,公开了一种阻燃型环氧/聚氯乙烯复合发泡材料及其制备方法和应用。该复合发泡材料包含以下按重量份数计的组分:环氧树脂100份,固化剂60~90份,无机粒子3~10份,化学发泡剂0.05~5份,聚氯乙烯10~30份。其成型工艺是:将环氧树脂和聚氯乙烯现在高温下高速混合均匀,然后加入固化剂和无机粒子在低温下预固化一定时间,最后加入发泡剂,然后发泡成型。本发明阻燃型环氧/聚氯乙烯复合发泡材料是一种轻质阻燃微孔发泡材料,泡孔尺寸规则均匀,无需添加其他阻燃剂,具有很好的物理机械性能和阻燃性能。

技术领域
本发明属于阻燃发泡材料技术开发及应用领域,特别涉及一种阻燃型环氧/聚氯乙烯复合发泡材料及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
环氧发泡材料具有较好的热稳定性、力学性能、绝缘性能、隔热性能以及轻质等优点,已经广泛应用在汽车、电子灌封、飞机制件、船体外壳等领域。然而传统发泡方法制备的环氧树脂基泡沫材料泡孔尺寸较大、泡孔数量较少,从而使得发泡材料的力学性能降低;另一方面,由于环氧树脂本身易燃,其制备的发泡材料更易燃烧,这限制了环氧发泡材料的应用。聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂具有难燃,便宜等优点,是一种应用广泛和种类很多的树脂。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术中环氧发泡材料易燃、泡孔尺度大和冲击韧性差的缺点与不足,本发明的首要目的在于提供一种阻燃型环氧/聚氯乙烯(EP/PVC)复合发泡材料。
本发明另一目的在于提供一种上述阻燃型环氧/聚氯乙烯复合发泡材料的制备方法。
本发明再一目的在于提供一种上述阻燃型环氧/聚氯乙烯复合发泡材料的应用。
本发明的目的通过下述方案实现:
一种阻燃型环氧/聚氯乙烯复合发泡材料,该复合发泡材料包含以下按重量份数计的组分:环氧树脂100份,固化剂60~90份,无机粒子3~10份,化学发泡剂0.05~5份,聚氯乙烯10~30份。
该复合发泡材料的泡孔尺寸小于100μm,阻燃等级达到V-0级。
所述环氧树脂为液体树脂,是双酚A型环氧树脂和阻燃型环氧树脂的混合物,其中阻燃型环氧树脂为三聚氰胺环氧树脂、酚醛型环氧树脂和溴化环氧树脂中的任一种,阻燃型环氧树脂在复合发泡材料中质量含量不高于10%。
所述无机粒子为纳米蒙脱土、三氧化二锑和氧化锌中一种以上。
所述聚氯乙烯为粉状树脂。
所述化学发泡剂为碳酸氢钠、4,4-氧代双苯磺酰肼、偶氮二甲酰胺或N,N’-二亚硝基五次甲基四胺。
所述固化剂为羧酸酐。
上述的一种阻燃型环氧/聚氯乙烯复合发泡材料的制备方法,包括以下具体步骤:将环氧树脂和聚氯乙烯在150~200℃下以1000~1500转/分钟的转速混合均匀,然后加入固化剂和无机粒子在60~100℃预固化,最后加入发泡剂搅拌1~3min,在90~160℃发泡成型2~4h;然后升高温度至180~200℃后处理2h,冷却后脱模即可得到阻燃型环氧/聚氯乙烯复合发泡材料。
上述的一种阻燃型环氧/聚氯乙烯复合发泡材料在吸声隔热领域中的应用。
所述吸声隔热领域包括建筑的隔热保温层、输油管的保温材料或浮力材料。
本发明的工作原理:聚氯乙烯本身是一种难燃的树脂,将其均匀分散到环氧树脂中,能够赋予复合材料较好的阻燃性,其与一定量的阻燃性环氧树脂和无机粒子复配,能够使得材料的阻燃等级达到V-0级;另一方面,微米级的PVC树脂能够起到成核剂的效果,改善泡孔质量;此外,由于软质PVC具有优良的柔韧性,因而使得复合发泡材料的冲击韧性大幅提高。
本发明相对于现有技术,具有如下的优点及有益效果:
本发明无需添加其他阻燃剂,就能使得材料具有很好的阻燃性,因而可以克服大量阻燃剂的加入而大幅降低材料力学性能的缺点,改善环氧树脂的冲击韧性,而且能够大幅降低材料的成本;此外,PCV树脂可以调控泡孔结构,使得复合材料的泡孔尺寸达到微孔级别。

图1为实施例1所得阻燃型环氧/聚氯乙烯(EP/PVC)复合发泡材料复合发泡材料的泡孔结构图,其中(a)为实施例1所制备的发泡材料的低倍泡孔结构图(200倍),(b)为实施例1所制备的发泡材料的高倍泡孔结构图(1000倍)。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1:
取环氧组合物(双酚A环氧树脂90重量份,溴化环氧树脂10重量份)和聚氯乙烯20重量份在160℃搅拌分散均匀,冷却到80℃,加入羧酸酐固化剂80重量份,纳米蒙脱土5重量份,三氧化二锑5重量份,预固化6h后,加入N,N’-二亚硝基五次甲基四胺2重量份,在110℃下发泡,经过4h后,提升烘箱温度至180℃,保温4h后自然冷却至室温脱模得到EP/PVC复合发泡材料。
采用显微镜观察EP/PVC复合发泡材料的泡孔结构,实验结果:泡孔结构如图1所示,(a)(b)为不同的放大倍数。
通过改变聚氯乙烯的重量份数可以得到不同性能的复合发泡材料,结果如表1所示。
实施例2:
取环氧组合物(双酚A环氧树脂90重量份,酚醛环氧树脂10重量份)和聚氯乙烯30重量份在180℃搅拌分散均匀,冷却到80℃,加入羧酸酐固化剂90重量份,纳米蒙脱土3重量份,氧化锌5重量份,预固化5h后,加入碳酸氢钠4重量份,在150℃下发泡,经过2h后,提升烘箱温度至180℃,保温4h后自然冷却至室温脱模得到EP/PVC复合发泡材料。
经测试,本实施例制备的发泡材料的泡孔直径为70μm,阻燃等级为V-0级,冲击强度为4.1kJ/m2
实施例3:
取环氧组合物(双酚A环氧树脂95重量份,三聚氰胺环氧树脂5重量份)和聚氯乙烯15重量份在180℃搅拌分散均匀,冷却到80℃,加入羧酸酐固化剂85重量份,纳米蒙脱土5重量份,预固化5h后,加入偶氮二甲酰胺2重量份,在180℃下发泡,经过4h后,自然冷却至室温脱模得到EP/PVC复合发泡材料。
经测试,本实施例制备复合发泡材料的泡孔直径为50μm,阻燃等级为V-0级,冲击强度为3.5kJ/m2
实施例4:
取环氧组合物(双酚A环氧树脂90重量份,三聚氰胺环氧树脂10重量份)和聚氯乙烯10重量份在180℃搅拌分散均匀,冷却到80℃,加入羧酸酐固化剂85重量份,纳米蒙脱土5重量份,三氧化二锑5重量份,预固化6h后,加入偶氮二甲酰胺2重量份,在180℃下发泡,经过4h后,自然冷却至室温脱模得到EP/PVC复合发泡材料。
经测试,本实施例制备复合发泡材料的泡孔直径为60μm,阻燃等级为V-0级,冲击强度为3.2kJ/m2
表1为材料冲击性能及阻燃性能表
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种阻燃型环氧/聚氯乙烯复合发泡材料,其特征在于:该复合发泡材料包含以下按重量份数计的组分:环氧树脂100份,固化剂60~90份,无机粒子3~10份,化学发泡剂0.05~5份,聚氯乙烯10~30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型环氧/聚氯乙烯复合发泡材料,其特征在于:该复合发泡材料的泡孔尺寸小于100μm,阻燃等级达到V-0级。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型环氧/聚氯乙烯复合发泡材料,其特征在于:所述环氧树脂为液体树脂,是双酚A型环氧树脂和阻燃型环氧树脂的混合物,其中阻燃型环氧树脂为三聚氰胺环氧树脂、酚醛型环氧树脂和溴化环氧树脂中的任一种,阻燃型环氧树脂在复合发泡材料中质量含量不高于10%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型环氧/聚氯乙烯复合发泡材料,其特征在于:所述无机粒子为纳米蒙脱土、三氧化二锑和氧化锌中一种以上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型环氧/聚氯乙烯复合发泡材料,其特征在于:所述聚氯乙烯为粉状树脂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型环氧/聚氯乙烯复合发泡材料,其特征在于:所述化学发泡剂为碳酸氢钠、4,4-氧代双苯磺酰肼、偶氮二甲酰胺或N,N’-二亚硝基五次甲基四胺。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型环氧/聚氯乙烯复合发泡材料,其特征在于:所述固化剂为羧酸酐。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型环氧/聚氯乙烯复合发泡材料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下具体步骤:将环氧树脂和聚氯乙烯在150~200℃下以1000~1500转/分钟的转速混合均匀,然后加入固化剂和无机粒子在60~100℃预固化,最后加入发泡剂搅拌1~3min,在90~160℃发泡成型2~4h;然后升高温度至180~200℃后处理2h,冷却后脱模即可得到阻燃型环氧/聚氯乙烯复合发泡材料。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型环氧/聚氯乙烯复合发泡材料在吸声隔热领域中的应用。
10.根据权利要求9所述的应用,其特征在于:所述吸声隔热领域包括建筑的隔热保温层、输油管的保温材料或浮力材料。
