技术领域
本发明涉及眼内晶状体(IOL),更具体地涉及用于将眼内晶状体注射到眼睛内的装置。
背景技术
人眼最简单的功能是由被称为角膜的清澈的外部部分通过光传送和折射来提供视觉,并进一步通过晶状体在眼睛后面的视网膜上聚焦成像。聚焦成像的质量取决于包括眼睛的尺寸、形状和长度以及角膜和晶状体的形状和透明度的许多因素。
当由于外伤、年龄或疾病而导致晶状体变成具有较小的透明度时,视觉由于可以传递到视网膜的减少的光而变差。在医学上,眼睛的晶状体的这种缺陷被称为白内障。这种状况的治疗是晶状体的外科手术去除以及人造晶状体或IOL的移植。
而早期的IOL由硬塑料制成,例如聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA),由硅酮、柔软的丙烯酸树脂和水凝胶制成的柔软的、可折叠的IOL变得更加流行,因为这些柔软的晶状体具有可折叠或可卷起的能力,并可穿过更小的切刀插入。使用了将晶状体卷起或折叠的多种方法。一种普遍的方法是注射器盒,所述注射器盒将晶状体折叠并提供相对小直径的内腔,晶状体通常由柔软的尖端柱塞穿过所述内腔推到眼睛内。最通常使用的注射器盒设计在美国专利NO.4,681,102(Bartell)中描述,并包括纵向裂口、纵向铰接盒。相似设计在美国专利NO.5,494,484和5,499,987(Feingold)以及5,616,148and 5,620,450(Eagles等人)中描述。在一种尝试中为避开美国专利No.4,681,102的保护范围,研究了几种坚固的盒,例如参见美国专利No.5,275,604(Rheinish等人)和5,653,715(Reich等人)

发明内容
本发明通过提供一种具有带球形锁环的螺旋柱塞杆的晶状体传送系统手持件,而对现有技术进行了改进。锁定所述球形锁环使得柱塞通过旋转指旋螺钉或按钮前进。对所述球形锁环解锁使得柱塞以与注射器相似的方式通过在指旋螺钉或按钮上推动而前进。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种具有带锁环的手持件的晶状体传送系统。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种具有带柱塞的手持件的晶状体传送系统,所述柱塞可以通过推动或者使按钮旋转而前进。

具体实施方式
如在图1和图4中最好示出的,本发明的晶状体传送系统10通常包括盒12和手持件14。手持件14通常包括筒16、球形锁环18(在图1中以部分横截面示出)和柱塞杆20。如在图1和图5中最好示出的,柱塞杆20包括远侧尖端22和近端23,所述柱塞20可旋转地轴颈连接带槽的外部轴杆24中,使得外部轴杆24在柱塞杆20的近端23上自由旋转。刚性连接到外部轴杆24的是按钮26。销35抵靠柱塞杆20的平坦部分37安装,使得按钮26和外部轴杆24的旋转不会引起柱塞杆20旋转,但是柱塞杆20可以在筒16内自由往复运动。筒16包括凹口部分28,盒12接收在凹口部分28内,使得柱塞杆20的尖端22在盒12的孔30内往复运动。
如在图2和3中最好示出的,球形锁环18包括多个球形物34,所述球形物的尺寸加工成装配在外部轴杆24的槽32内。环18还包括多个与球34的位置相对应的、与槽32相对的释放角落36。如在图2中所示,球形锁环18逆时针旋转迫使球形物34进入槽32并防止柱塞杆20由于在按钮26上推动而向前推进。而是,按钮26的旋转引起球形物34骑跨在带槽的外部轴杆24的槽32内,由此在柱塞杆的近端23上螺旋式推动或者拉动,并引起柱塞杆20的尖端22在盒12的孔30内的相应往复运动。如在图3中最好示出的,顺时针旋转球形锁环18迫使球形物34从槽32中出来,并使得柱塞杆20通过在按钮26上推动而向前推进。分度销38和狭槽40防止球形锁环18过度旋转。

Claims (3)

1.一种眼内晶状体传送系统,包括:
a)具有孔的盒;
b)手持件,所述手持件具有用于接收所述盒的凹口部分;
c)共轴线接收在手持件中的柱塞,所述柱塞具有远侧尖端和与远侧尖端相对的近端,当所述盒接收在所述手持件的凹口部分中时,所述尖端在所述盒的孔内往复运动;
d)带槽的外部轴杆,所述带槽的外部轴杆接收在柱塞的近端上;
e)球形锁环,所述球形锁环可旋转地安装在手持件上,所述球形锁环具有多个锁定球形物,所述球形物骑跨在外部轴杆的槽内;和
f)与锁定球形物相对应的在球形锁环内的多个释放角落,可选择地,所述释放角落迫使锁定球形物响应于球形锁环的旋转进入和离开外部轴杆中的槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的晶状体传送系统,其中迫使锁定球形物离开外部轴杆中的槽以在手持件内推动柱塞。
3.如权利要求1所述的晶状体传送系统,其中带槽的外部轴杆的旋转引起柱塞在手持件内往复运动。
