Abstract

本发明涉及一种辐条,尤其是用于自行车或摩托车轮圈的辐条。一种复合式辐条,包括弯头部、主体部和螺牙部,主体部外表面包覆有碳纤层。主体部外表面开有多条环形槽,主体部沿长度方向截面形成鱼骨状。所述主体部截面形状为长方形、椭圆形或者由上下两条横向的平行直线和左右两条外凸的弧线构成的封闭图形。所述主体部上开有多个小孔。本发明一种复合式辐条在保证强度的基础上降低重量,防止断裂。

一种复合式辐条
技术领域
本发明涉及一种辐条,尤其是用于自行车或摩托车轮圈的辐条。 
背景技术
现有的普通辐条如图1所示,通常包括端部的弯头部1、中部的主体部2和另一端的螺牙部3,主体部1截面通常为圆形,但是这种辐条通常全部是金属材质,重量较大,不能适应一些要求较高场合,另外也有一些辐条是全碳纤材质,如图2,此种辐条虽然重量轻,但是性能不足,使用中断裂率较高(10%甚至以上)。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合式辐条,在保证强度的基础上降低重量,防止断裂。 
本发明是这样实现的:一种复合式辐条,包括弯头部、主体部和螺牙部,主体部外表面包覆有碳纤层,且该主体部截面形状为长方形、椭圆形或者由上下两条横向的平行直线和左右两条外凸的弧线构成的封闭图形。 
所述主体部外表面开有多条环形槽,主体部沿长度方向截面形成鱼骨状。 
所述主体部最大直径大于弯头部与主体部连接位置的直径,主体部与弯头部连接处形成一段正面视图为梯形的连接段; 
主体部最大直径大于螺牙部与主体部连接位置的直径,主体部与螺牙部连接处形成一段正面视图为梯形的连接段。 
所述主体部上开有多个小孔。 
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明为碳纤和金属复合辐条,在保证强度的基础上,降低重量,并且防止断裂,辐条主体部开有的小孔 或者外表面开有的环形槽可以进一步减轻重量。

实施例一 
参见图3,一种复合式辐条,包括弯头部1、主体部2和螺牙部3,如图3a和3b,主体部2外表面包覆有碳纤层4。 
实施例二 
参见图4,图5,一种复合式辐条,包括弯头部1、主体部2和螺牙部3,主体部2外表面包覆有碳纤层4。 
如图5b,主体部2截面形状(此截面是垂直于纸面并且垂直于辐条长度方向的平面)为由上下两条横向的平行直线和左右两条外凸的弧线构成的封闭图形。 
如图5a,主体部2最大直径大于弯头部1与主体部2连接位置的直径,主体部2与弯头部1连接处形成一段正面视图为梯形的连接段,也就是直径和截面形状渐变的过渡段。主体部2最大直径大于螺牙部3与主体部2连接位置的直径,主体部2与螺牙3部连接处形成一段正面视图为梯形的连接段。 
实施例三 
如图6,图7,一种复合式辐条,包括弯头部1、主体部2和螺牙部3,如图6b,主体部截面(此截面是垂直于纸面并且垂直于辐条长度方向的平面)为椭圆形,主体部2上开有多个小孔21,主体部2外表面包覆有碳纤层4。主体部2开有的小孔21可以进一步减轻重量。 
实施例四 
如图8,一种复合式辐条,包括弯头部1、主体部2和螺牙部3,主体部2外表面开有多条环形槽,主体2部沿长度方向截面(此截面是平行于纸面的平面)形成鱼骨状。 

Claims (4)

1.一种复合式辐条,包括弯头部、主体部和螺牙部,其特征在于,主体部外表面包覆有碳纤层,且该主体部截面形状为长方形、椭圆形或者由上下两条横向的平行直线和左右两条外凸的弧线构成的封闭图形。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合式辐条,其特征在于,所述主体部外表面开有多条环形槽,主体部沿长度方向截面形成鱼骨状。
3.如权利要求1所述的复合式辐条,其特征在于,所述主体部最大直径大于弯头部与主体部连接位置的直径,主体部与弯头部连接处形成一段正面视图为梯形的连接段;
主体部最大直径大于螺牙部与主体部连接位置的直径,主体部与螺牙部连接处形成一段正面视图为梯形的连接段。
4.如权利要求1所述的复合式辐条,其特征在于,所述主体部上开有多个小孔。
