一种复合式辐条 技术领域
本发明涉及一种辐条, λ其是用于自行车或摩托车轮圈的辐条。 背景技术
现有的普通辐条如图 1所示,通常包括端部的弯头部 1、 中部的主体部 2 和另一端的螺牙部 3, 主体部 1截面通常为圓形, 但是这种辐条通常全部是 金属材质, 重量较大, 不能适应一些要求较高场合, 另外也有一些辐条是全 碳纤材质, 如图 2 , 此种辐条虽然重量轻, 但是性能不足, 使用中断裂率较 高 ( 10%甚至以上)。 发明的公开
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合式辐条,在保证强度的基础上降低重量, 防止断裂。
本发明是这样实现的: 一种复合式辐条, 包括弯头部、 主体部和螺牙部, 主体部外表面包覆有碳纤层。
所述主体部外表面开有多条环形槽,主体部沿长度方向截面形成鱼骨状。 所述主体部截面形状为长方形、 椭圓形或者由上下两条横向的平行直线 和左右两条外凸的弧线构成的封闭图形。
所述主体部最大直径大于弯头部与主体部连接位置的直径 , 主体部与弯 头部连接处形成一段正面视图为梯形的连接段;
主体部最大直径大于螺牙部与主体部连接位置的直径, 主体部与螺牙部 连接处形成一段正面视图为梯形的连接段。
所述主体部上开有多个小孔。

实施例一
参见图 3, 一种复合式辐条, 包括弯头部 1、 主体部 2和螺牙部 3 , 如 图 3a和 3b , 主体部 2外表面包覆有碳纤层 4。 实施例二

1、 一种复合式辐条, 包括弯头部、 主体部和螺牙部, 其特征在于, 主 体部外表面包覆有碳纤层。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的复合式辐条, 其特征在于, 所述主体部外表面 开有多条环形槽, 主体部沿长度方向截面形成鱼骨状。
3、 如权利要求 1 所述的复合式辐条, 其特征在于, 所述主体部截面形 状为长方形、 椭圆形或者由上下两条横向的平行直线和左右两条外凸的弧线 构成的封闭图形。
4、 如权利要求 3 所述的复合式辐条, 其特征在于, 所述主体部最大直 径大于弯头部与主体部连接位置的直径, 主体部与弯头部连接处形成一段正 面视图为梯形的连接段;
