立式减速机及其上出轴防漏密封装置
技术领域
本发明涉及机械技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种立式减速机及其上出轴防漏密封装置。
背景技术
减速机一般用于低转速大扭矩的传动设备,把电动机、内燃机或其它高速运转的动力通过减速机的输入轴上的齿数少的齿轮啮合到输出轴上的大齿轮,以达到减速的目的。
立式减速机上出轴就是指输入轴。在减速机运行过程中,电机转动带动所述立式减速机上出轴转动,随着轴的高速旋转会使少量的用来润滑上出轴上齿轮的润滑油透过所述立式减速机的端盖渗出。
为了防止漏油,现有技术方案是通过油封和V型圈的组合进行防漏密封,油封在透盖内,防油渗出,V型圈在透盖外,起到防尘作用。
然而,在所述立式减速机实际运行中,润滑油因齿轮旋转带动具有较高的压力,会对油封造成冲击,时间长了也会有漏油的隐患。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种立式减速机及其上出轴防漏密封装置,以解决现有采用油封和V型圈的组合对立式减速机进行防漏密封时,因具有较高压力的润滑油对油封造成冲击,进而带来漏油隐患的问题。
所述立式减速机上出轴防漏密封装置,包括:设置在所述立式减速机透盖内的油封以及设置在所述立式减速机透盖外的V型圈,还包括:装配在所述上出轴上的挡油环,该挡油环下端顶在所述立式减速机轴承内圈上,其外沿和所述立式减速机透盖之间存有间隙。
优选地,在所述立式减速机箱体轴承座上还设置有回油孔,其与所述立式减速机端盖上的油路相配合,构成回油通路。
所述立式减速机,其防漏密封装置包括:设置在所述立式减速机透盖内的油封以及设置在所述立式减速机透盖外的V型圈,还包括:装配在所述上出轴上的挡油环,该挡油环下端顶在所述立式减速机轴承内圈上,其外沿和所述立式减速机透盖之间存有间隙。
优选地,在其箱体轴承座上还设置有回油孔,其与所述立式减速机端盖上的油路相配合,构成回油通路。
从上述的技术方案可以看出,本发明公开的立式减速机上出轴防漏密封装置中,装配在所述上出轴上的挡油环可以有效阻挡具有较高压力的润滑油,避免其直接对油封的冲击,从而解决了因具有较高压力的润滑油对油封造成冲击,带来漏油隐患的问题。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例公开了一种立式减速机上出轴防漏密封装置,以解决现有采用油封和V型圈的组合对立式减速机进行防漏密封时,因具有较高压力的润滑油对油封造成冲击,进而带来漏油隐患的问题。
所述立式减速机上出轴防漏密封装置,如图1所示,包括:设置在立式减速机透盖4内的油封3、设置在立式减速机透盖4外的V型圈2,以及装配在上出轴1上的挡油环5,挡油环5下端顶在所述立式减速机轴承内圈上,其外沿和立式减速机透盖4之间存有间隙。
装配在上出轴1上的挡油环5可以有效阻挡具有较高压力的润滑油,避免其直接对油封3的冲击,从而解决了因具有较高压力的润滑油对油封造成冲击,带来漏油隐患的问题。
一般情况下,立式减速机的油封3为唇式油封,即旋转轴唇形油封,是用于挡油防泄漏的密封件。V型密封圈即横截面形状为V型的密封圈。
同样如图1所示,所述立式减速机的单列圆锥滚子轴承6内圈与上出轴1紧配合,其下端顶在轴肩上,并且,单列圆锥滚子轴承6外圈与箱体轴承座(轴承座是指安装轴承的位置)紧配合。单列圆锥滚子轴承6本身有泵油的功能,可以将油封腔体内的冗余润滑油泵回所述立式减速机箱体。但是,单列圆锥滚子轴承6的泵油功能只是一个附带功能,其作用不算十分明显,不能完全将冗余润滑油泵回所述立式减速机箱体。
为此,所述立式减速机上出轴防漏密封装置还包括回油孔7,回油孔7为设置在所述立式减速机箱体轴承座上的通孔,其与立式减速机端盖8上的油路相配合,构成回油通路,这样,油封腔体内的冗余润滑油可以沿着回油孔7流入油路,最终流回所述立式减速机箱体内,进一步减少了所述立式减速机上出轴漏油的概率。
本发明实施例还公开了一种立式减速机,其防漏密封装置包括:设置在所述立式减速机透盖内的油封、设置在所述立式减速机透盖外的V型圈,以及装配在所述上出轴上的挡油环,该挡油环下端顶在所述立式减速机轴承内圈上,其外沿和所述立式减速机透盖之间存有间隙。
与上述实施例相同,挡油环可以有效阻挡具有较高压力的润滑油,避免其直接对油封的冲击,从而解决了因具有较高压力的润滑油对油封造成冲击,带来漏油隐患的问题。
并且,为了进一步降低所述立式减速机上出轴漏油的概率,在箱体轴承座上设置有回油孔,该回油孔为箱体轴承座上的通孔,可以与端盖上的油路相配合,构成回油回路。
具体的,回油孔的功能与上述实施例公开的内容相同,请参见上述实施例的内容,此处不再赘述。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims (4)

1.一种立式减速机上出轴防漏密封装置,包括:设置在所述立式减速机透盖内的油封以及设置在所述立式减速机透盖外的V型圈,其特征在于,还包括:装配在所述上出轴上的挡油环,该挡油环下端顶在所述立式减速机轴承内圈上,其外沿和所述立式减速机透盖之间存有间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述立式减速机箱体轴承座上还设置有回油孔,其与所述立式减速机端盖上的油路相配合,构成回油通路。
3.一种立式减速机,其防漏密封装置包括:设置在所述立式减速机透盖内的油封以及设置在所述立式减速机透盖外的V型圈,其特征在于,所述防漏密封装置还包括:装配在所述上出轴上的挡油环,该挡油环下端顶在所述立式减速机轴承内圈上,其外沿和所述立式减速机透盖之间存有间隙。
4.根据权利要求3所述的立式减速机,其特征在于,在其箱体轴承座上还设置有回油孔,其与所述立式减速机端盖上的油路相配合,构成回油通路。
