本发明公开了一种异收缩双组份网络复合丝,由预取向丝和全拉伸丝组成,预取向丝由8~144根长丝纤维组成,且预取向丝的截面为“米”形,全拉伸丝由8~96根长丝纤维组成,且全拉伸丝的截面为“十”形,本例条干均匀、染色一致,且具有吸湿、排汗的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺丝,尤其是一种可吸湿、排汗的异收缩网络复合丝。
背景技术
目前市场上的异收缩网络复合丝,其单丝的截面形状为圆形,即前纺产生的POY、FDY或UDY的截面形状为圆形,这种异收缩网络复合丝在下游针织、机织用户中存在不能彻底解决的疵点,如夹心单丝、夹心三根丝、白条丝等,只能用于中、低档产品。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种异收缩双组份网络复合丝,该异收缩双组份网络复合丝条干均匀、染色一致,且具有吸湿、排汗的效果。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种异收缩双组份网络复合丝,由预取向丝(POY)和全拉伸丝(FDY)组成,所述预取向丝由8~144根长丝纤维组成,且所述预取向丝的截面为“米”形,所述全拉伸丝由8~96根长丝纤维组成,且所述全拉伸丝的截面为“十”形。
本发明的有益效果是:由于本例由预取向丝和全拉伸丝组成,预取向丝由8~144根长丝纤维组成,且预取向丝的截面为“米”形,全拉伸丝由8~96根长丝纤维组成,且全拉伸丝的截面为“十”形,本例条干均匀、染色一致,且具有吸湿、排汗的效果。

具体实施方式
实施例:一种异收缩双组份网络复合丝,由预取向丝1和全拉伸丝2组成,所述预取向丝由8~144根长丝纤维组成,且所述预取向丝的截面为“米”形,所述全拉伸丝由8~96根长丝纤维组成,且所述全拉伸丝的截面为“十”形。
本例的生产过程如下:
预取向丝(POY)和全拉伸丝(FDY)分别由原料经干燥、螺杆溶融、组件出丝、侧吹风冷却和导丝盘牵引得到;
生产预取向丝1的过程中,组件出丝环节所用的组件,其喷丝板上的孔为“米”形;产生全拉伸丝2的过程中,组件出丝环节所用的组件,其喷丝板上的孔为“十”形;
上述步骤可得到10~150分特、8~144孔且截面为“米”形的预取向丝(POY)和10~150分特、8~96孔且截面为“十”形的全拉伸丝(FDY);
上述预取向丝(POY)和全拉伸丝(FDY)再经冷却网络、卷绕后得到30~300分特、24~196孔的异收缩双组份网络复合丝。

1.一种异收缩双组份网络复合丝,其特征在于:由预取向丝(1)和全拉伸丝(2)组成,所述预取向丝由8~144根长丝纤维组成,且所述预取向丝的截面为“米”形,所述全拉伸丝由8~96根长丝纤维组成,且所述全拉伸丝的截面为“十”形。
