Description

热封包装材料以生产可倾倒食品密封包装的感应密封设备
技术领域
本发明涉及对用于生产可倾倒食品产品的密封包装的包装材料进行热密封的感应密封设备。
背景技术
许多可倾倒的食品产品,诸如果汁、UHT奶、酒、番茄酱等,是在由灭菌包装材料制成的包装中销售的。
这种类型的包装的典型实例是被称作Tetra Brik Aseptic(注册商标)的用于液体或者可倾倒的食品产品的平行六面体形包装,其通过对层压条带包装材料加以折叠和密封而制成。
包装材料具有多层结构,其基本上包括用于提供刚度和强度的基底层,以及包括一定数目的热密封塑料材料层,所述基底层可包括纤维材料(例如,纸)层或者矿物质填充聚丙烯材料层;所述一定数目的热密封塑料材料层,例如聚乙烯薄膜,其覆盖着基底层的两侧。
在用于诸如UHT奶这样的长期储存产品的无菌包装的情况下,包装材料还包括阻挡气体和光的阻挡材料层,例如,铝箔或者乙基乙烯醇(EVOH)薄膜,其叠置于热密封塑料材料层上,且其继而被形成最终接触着食品产品的包装内面的另一热密封塑料层所覆盖。

通过切割相关的横向密封带而将枕包分开,且然后将枕包进给到最终折叠站,在最终折叠站,枕包以机械方式被折叠为成品平行六面体形。
夹持于每对钳夹之间的管部分由装配到钳夹之一(被称作密封钳夹)上的加热装置进行热密封,且加热装置使夹持于钳夹之间的两层热密封塑料材料局部熔化。
更具体而言,其中阻挡材料层包括着例如铝这样的导电材料的薄片的包装材料通常是通过所谓的感应热密封工艺来热密封的,其中,当由两个钳夹夹持住管时,在铝薄片中感应出损耗电流,并且损耗电流对铝薄片进行局部加热,从而局部熔化热密封塑料材料。
更具体而言,在感应热密封中,加热装置基本上包括感应器,感应器由高频电流发电机供电且基本上包括平行于第二方向延伸的由导电材料制成的一或多个感应器棒,且感应器与管材料相互作用以在管材料中感应出损耗电流并将管材料加热到必需的密封温度。
另一方面,被称作对立钳夹(counter-jaw)的另一钳夹装配有由弹性体材料制成的压力衬垫,且压力衬垫与感应器棒协同工作以沿着相关的横向密封带来热密封该管。
包括上述类型感应器的密封钳夹密封设备是已知的。
更具体而言,已知密封设备基本上包括塑料支承体以及插件,所述塑料支承体一体地连接到密封钳夹且限定用于容纳相应感应器棒的两个前部支座,所述插件由磁通集中材料(特别是包括铁氧体的复合材料)制成且靠近感应器棒而容纳于支承体内。
更具体而言,塑料支承体与插件协同工作,且限定包围着感应器棒和磁通集中材料所制成插件的密封设备的外围部分。
本申请者注意到,由于在使用中所经受的机械负荷,支承体易于开裂,这会缩短密封设备的工作寿命并限制该设备在高速包装单元上的使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于对生产可倾倒食品产品的密封包装的包装材料进行热密封的感应密封设备,其被设计成提供一种用以克服通常与前述已知密封设备相关联的上述缺陷的直接的、低成本方案。
根据本发明,提供一种用于对生产可倾倒食品产品的密封包装的包装材料进行热密封的感应密封设备,如权利要求1所主张保护的。

图1中的数字1整体上表示用于从包装材料管3生产诸如经巴氏杀菌奶或UHT奶、果汁、酒等可倾倒食品产品的无菌密封包装2的包装单元。
该包装材料具有多层结构(未图示),且包括纤维材料(通常为纸)层,在其两侧上覆盖有相应的热密封塑料材料(例如,聚乙烯)层;并且,最终接触着包装2中食品产品的包装材料的侧部还具有例如铝的导电阻挡材料层,该导电阻挡材料层继而被一或多个热密封塑料材料层所覆盖。
管3通过在纵向折叠并密封热密封薄带材料的带材而在单元1上游以已知方式形成,所述管3被灌装经灭菌或经无菌加工的食品产品,并且由已知设备(未图示)在方向A上沿着竖直路径而进给。
单元1包括两个成形组件4,其沿着相应轨道(未图示)竖直地移动且与管3循环地且连续地相互作用以在等间隔的截面处夹持住管3并对其执行感应热密封和切割操作。
每个成形组件4基本上包括滑动件(未图示)以及两个钳夹5、6(仅因为它们是清楚地理解本发明所必需的而加以图示),所述滑动件沿着相应轨道运行;所述两个钳夹5、6绕相应水平轴线而铰接到该滑动件,并且可在闭合位置与完全打开位置之间移动。
在所示实例中,每个成形组件4的钳夹5、6具有相应的臂7、8,其与管3相互作用,平行于与方向A垂直的方向B而延伸,且位于管3的相对侧上。
每个成形组件4还包括两个面对的成形壳体9、10,其铰接到相应钳夹5、6上并且可在打开位置与闭合位置之间移动,它们由弹性装置(未图示)推入打开位置,且它们在闭合位置中配合以形成空间,该空间限定将要形成于其间的包装2的形状和体积。
每个成形组件4还包括感应密封设备15和切割设备16,分别用于沿着截面的中心线对夹持于相对钳夹5、6之间的包装材料管3的每个截面执行感应热密封操作和切割操作。
参看图2,密封设备15包括两对感应器20、21,其借助于相应作用表面25、26与包装材料相互作用以对材料执行所述感应热密封操作。
密封设备15有利地包括(图2至图4):
-支承体24,其由导热材料制成且容纳着感应器20、21;
-插件20,其由磁通集中材料制成且被容纳于支承体24内;以及
-构件23(在图3和图4中未示出),其由塑料材料制成且具有在方向A上插置于支承体24与插件30之间的两个部分19,从而至少部分地由支承体24包围。
更具体而言,支承体24由导热材料制成以通过将热密封操作所产生的热传到钳夹6来对感应器20、21进行冷却,钳夹6具有比感应器20、21更大的热容量。
支承体24的导热率优选地为至少10W/mK。
在所示实例中,支承体24由铝制成。
或者,支承体24可以由复合材料、陶瓷或除了铝之外的金属材料制成。
构件23通过注射塑料材料而制成。
在所示实例中,每个密封设备15的感应器20、21由相应导电棒限定,导电棒在方向B上延伸且成对地位于支承体24的中平面M的相对侧上。更具体而言,平面M垂直于方向A且平行于方向B。
更具体而言,感应器20相对于平面M对称且插置于感应器21之间,感应器21对称地位于平面M的相对侧上。
感应器20、21优选地具有矩形截面。
如图3所示,在平面M的相同侧上的每对感应器20、21在相应第一端处由平行于方向A延伸的桥接件27连接。
在平面M的第一侧上的感应器21由桥接件28连接到平面M的与第一侧相对的第二侧上的感应器20,桥接件28平行于方向A延伸且在使用中位于不同于桥接件27和感应器20的高度(比桥接件27和感应器20、21更低的高度)。
更具体而言,桥接件28连接分别位于平面M的第一侧和第二侧上的感应器20、21的与第一端相对的第二端。
感应器20、21的作用表面25、26(仅在图2中示出)优选地为矩形,在方向B中为细长的,且在垂直于平面M的相同平面中延伸。
作用表面25在方向A上插置于作用表面26之间。
如图2所示,在方向B中细长的相应突起29从作用表面25朝向包装材料管3突出。突起29可为连续的或分段的,延伸了相应作用表面25的基本上整个长度,且在热密封期间用于增加管3上的夹持压力。
在未图示的变型中,作用表面26也可具有相应的连续或分段的纵向突起。
如图3和图4所示,感应器20的平行于平面M的侧壁具有一定数目的燕尾支座40。
支座40为贯通支座且在平行于方向A的方向上敞开。
为形成构件23而注入的塑料材料填充着支座40,所述支座40向塑料材料施加力,用以在一旦塑料材料凝固时防止构件23与感应器20、21分开。
在未图示的变型中,感应器21也可具备支座40。
支承体24由常规紧固装置一体地连接到相关成形组件4的钳夹6的臂8。或者,支承体24可与钳夹6的臂8一体地形成。
更具体而言,支承体24包括在方向B上细长的基本上平行六面体形的主要部分50;以及,两个翅片51,其从主要部分50突出,限定一个容纳着感应器20、21和插件30的腔体22,并相对于平面M而对称地延伸。
主要部分50包括在平行于平面M的相应平面中的两个平行壁52;且主要部分还包括两个壁53、54,它们插置于壁52之间且在平行于方向A的相应平面中。
壁53连接到钳夹6,且壁54具有平行六面体形支座55,平行六面体形支座55平行于方向B为细长的,并且填充着形成构件23的塑料材料。
或者,支座55可为燕尾形。
每个壁52具有半圆形凹口56(图4),其由包装材料上的相应开口设备接合。
更具体而言,凹口56相对于彼此偏移。
翅片51相对于平面M且沿着垂直于方向A和B的方向、从壁54朝向感应器20、21而岔开,且因此远离壁53而分岔。
因此腔体22是杯形,在方向A上在壁54处为最小的,且在方向A上从壁54朝向感应器20、21大小增加。
翅片51沿着与壁53相反的方向从壁54和相应壁52而突出,且翅片各自包括平坦表面61和在侧向限定腔体22的表面60。
更具体而言,每个翅片51的表面60面朝着平面M,且在对应表面60的相对侧上,每个翅片51的表面61背朝着平面M。
每个表面61在第一端处连接到相关表面60,且在与第一端相对的第二端处由垂直于平面M的边缘联结到相关壁52。
每个表面60包括邻近着壁54且与插件30协同工作的部分62(在图2的部分中图示于在平面M的右边);以及与构件23的部分19协同工作并在方向A上与插件30分开的部分63。
部分62、63相对于平面M倾斜。更具体而言,部分63相对于平面M的倾斜小于部分62。
部分62、63、凹口56和壁52具有一定数目的通孔64,形成构件23的塑料材料在凝固时流经通孔64。
更具体而言,凹口56和在壁52中的孔64具有平行于方向A的相应轴线,且在部分62、63中的孔64具有平行于平面M的轴线。
部分62、63的一个孔64在图2的部分中图示于平面M的左边,其示出沿着孔64轴线的截面。
构件23由玻璃纤维填充的聚苯硫醚制成。
聚苯硫醚优选地包含40%的玻璃纤维,且其黏度使得能在注射期间正确地流动。
有利地,聚苯硫醚不包含磁通集中材料,例如铁氧体,以避免有损于构件23的机械阻力和韧性(toughness)。
参看图2,构件23在方向B中是细长的,且除了部分19之外,还包括部分71以及两个部分72,所述部分71插置于感应器20之间且具有接合着支座55的端部附件;所述两个部分72位于平面M的相对侧上,且各自插置于相对应的感应器20、21之间。
更具体而言,部分19位于平面M的相对侧上,且各自插置于相应翅片51与插件30之间。
更具体而言,每个部分19包括附件65;附件65平行于平面M为细长的,与平面M侧部上的插件30协同工作,且在插件30的相对侧上与相关翅片51的部分63协同工作。
每个部分19还包括部分76;部分76与相应翅片51协同工作,且与作用表面25、26及部分71、72一起限定位于钳夹5相对侧上的密封设备15的外围边缘。
部分71限定凹口33,凹口33相对于平面M对称,平面M穿过凹口33延伸,且所述凹口33的功能将在下文中解释。
部分72比相应部分19更靠近平面M。
构件23还包括两个部分77,每个部分77各自与支承体24的相应壁52协同工作。
构件23由塑料材料的单次注射形成,塑料材料流经孔64、以及插件30中的另外的孔以形成部分19、71、72和77。
随着塑料材料凝固,支座40、55分别有利地辅助塑料材料在感应器20和主要部分50里渗透,且一旦构件23凝固,支座40、55防止构件23与支承体24和感应器20、21分开。
表面61、及部分76的与平面M相对的对应端部、以及相对应部分77一起限定出位于平面M的相对侧上的密封设备15的相应相对外围边缘。
插件30由包含铁磁材料(例如铁氧体)的复合材料制成。
更具体而言,插件30是杯形,且包括在方向B上细长且与壁54协同工作的主要部分,以及包括两对突起80、81;所述两对突起80、81在壁54的相对侧上从所述主要部分突出,并且相对于平面M对称。
每个突起80插置于相应感应器20与相对应的感应器21之间,且在与壁54相对侧上与构件23的相应部分72协同工作。
每个突起81插置于相应感应器21与相关部分19之间,且在与平面M相对侧上与相关部分19的附件65协同工作。
突起80插置于突起81之间。
密封设备15还包括两个压力衬垫31(图1),其由耐热弹性体材料制成,优选地为丁腈橡胶,且容纳于相同形状的相应前部腔体中,相应前部腔体形成于相关成形组件4的钳夹5中、且对称地位于平面M的相对侧上。每个钳夹5的压力衬垫31与相关钳夹6的感应器20、21的作用表面25、26协同工作以在平面M的相对侧上夹持并热密封管3。
参看图1,切割设备16包括基本上平坦的切割构件32;切割构件32以滑动方式容纳于相关成形组件4的钳夹5上的前支座内,可沿着平面M移动,且通过建置于钳夹5内的液压缸以未图示的已知方式加以致动。
切割构件32通常由已知的弹性装置(未图示)维持于缩回闲置位置(withdrawn rest position),完全容纳于钳夹5内,且由相关液压缸移动到前部切割位置内;在该前部切割位置中中,切割构件32从钳夹5向前突出,接合着相关钳夹6的密封设备15中的凹口33,并沿着管3的相关截面的中心线进行切割。
切割构件32包括与致动液压缸的输出构件一体的板状基底部分;以及,在方向A上的厚度小于基底部分的切割器,以确保高切割压力并避免损坏包装材料。
上述密封设备15特别适合于包装单元,包装材料管3的截面在经受感应热密封之前在该包装单元上加以切割。
通过前文的描述,根据本发明的密封设备15的优点将显而易见。
特别地,由于构件23的部分19插置于支承体24的翅片51与插件30之间,则插件30使构件23经受的大部分应力被卸放到翅片51上。
换言之,翅片51形成围绕着构件23的相应部分19的一种箍。
因此,构件23被加应力至较小程度,从而延长密封设备15的工作寿命、和/或可以用比介绍中所述的已知密封设备的更快的输出速率来操作密封设备15。
支承体24在加强塑料构件23方面也极其有效,且因此改进了密封设备15的效果。
显然,可对本文所述和所示的密封设备做出变化,但并不偏离如所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的范畴。
特别地,密封设备15可包括一对感应器20、21或者一个感应器20、21。

Claims (18)

1.一种用于对生产可倾倒食品产品的密封包装(2)且在第一方向(A)中进给的包装材料进行热密封的感应密封设备(15),所述密封设备(15)包括感应器装置(20,21),感应器装置(20,21)借助于至少一个作用表面(25,26)与所述包装材料相互作用;
还包括:
-支承体(24),其由导热材料制成并容纳所述感应器装置(20,21),所述支承体(24)包括与所述第一方向(A)横向交叉的中平面(M);
-插件(30),其由磁通集中材料制成且容纳于所述支承体(24)中;以及,
-构件(23),其由塑料材料制成,且具有在所述第一方向(A)上插置于所述支承体(24)与所述插件(30)之间的至少第一部分(19)从而至少部分地由所述支承体(24)包围,
所述支承体(24)包括:在与所述第一方向(A)横向交叉的第二方向(B)上为细长的主要部分(50);以及,两个翅片(51),其从所述主要部分(50)突出且限定出容纳着所述感应器装置(20,21)和所述插件(30)的腔体(22),其特征在于,
所述第一部分(19)包括平行于所述中平面(M)且细长的附件(65),所述附件(65)与所述中平面(M)的侧部上的所述插件(30)协同工作,且在所述插件(30)相对侧上与至少一个所述翅片(51)的另一部分(63)协同工作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述支承体(24)由至少10W/mK导热率的材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的设备,其特征在于,所述支承体(24)由选自包括以下材料的组中的材料制成:陶瓷材料、导热复合材料和金属材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的设备,其特征在于,所述金属材料是铝。
5.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述翅片(51)从所述主要部分(50)朝向相互作用区域(A;25,26)发散,在所述相互作用区域中所述感应器装置(20,21)与所述包装材料相互作用。
6.根据权利要求5所述的设备,其特征在于,所述翅片(51)限定出在所述中平面(M)的相应相对侧上的所述腔体(22)。
7.根据权利要求5所述的设备,其特征在于,从所述主要部分(50)朝向所述相互作用区域(A;25,26),至少一个所述翅片(51)包括:与所述插件(30)协同工作的第一部分(62);与所述构件(23)的所述第一部分(19)协同工作、且沿着所述第一方向(A)与所述插件(30)分开的第二部分(63)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述感应器装置(20,21)包括:限定所述作用表面(25)的导电的第一棒(20);以及,限定另一作用表面(26)的导电的第二棒(21)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第二棒(21)在所述第一方向(A)上插置于所述构件(23)的第一部分(19)与第二部分(72)之间;以及,所述第一棒(20)在所述第一方向(A)上插置于所述构件(23)的所述第二部分(72)与第三部分(71)之间。
10.根据权利要求9所述的设备,其特征在于,所述中平面(M)延伸穿过所述构件(23)的所述第三部分(71);且所述支承体(24)的所述主要部分(50)限定出由所述构件(23)的所述第三部分(71)的一端接合着的支座(55)。
11.根据权利要求9所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第一棒和所述第二棒(20,21)在所述第二方向(B)上延伸,由导电材料制成的第一桥接件(27)连接且皆位于所述中平面(M)的第一侧上。
12.根据权利要求11所述的设备,其特征在于,其包括另外的第一棒和另外的第二棒(20,21),它们都位于所述中平面(M)的与所述第一侧相对的第二侧上,且由另外的所述第一桥接件(27)连接。
13.根据权利要求12所述的设备,其特征在于,位于所述中平面(M)的所述第一侧与所述第二侧之一上的所述第一棒(20)由所述第二桥接件(28)电连接到位于所述中平面(M)的所述第一侧与所述第二侧中的另一个上的所述第二棒(21)。
14.根据权利要求8所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第一棒和所述第二棒(20,21)中的至少一个限定出由所述构件(23)接合着的至少一个燕尾形支座(40)且用于防止所述构件(23)与所述第一棒和所述第二棒(20,21)中的所述至少一个分开。
15.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述支承体(24)包括侧壁(52),所述侧壁(52)限定出凹口(56),所述凹口(56)位于所述中平面(M)的侧部上、且被成形为至少部分地容纳着在所述包装材料上的开口设备。
16.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述构件(23)由聚苯硫醚制成。
17.根据权利要求16所述的设备,其特征在于,所述聚苯硫醚包含玻璃纤维填料且不包含磁通集中材料。
18.一种利用在第一方向(A)上进给且被连续灌装食品产品的包装材料管(3)来生产可倾倒食品产品的密封包装(2)的包装单元(1),所述单元(1)包括至少两对钳夹(5,6),所述至少两对钳夹(5,6)循环地且连续地作用于所述管(3)上以在等间隔的截面处夹持所述管(3);以及,感应密封设备(15),其装配到每对所述钳夹(5,6)上以在所述截面处热密封所述包装材料;其特征在于,所述密封设备(15)是如前述权利要求中任一项所述的密封设备。
