Abstract

一种通信方法及其通信装置。此通信方法包括下列步骤。当通信装置的一使用者与一通话者进行通话时,显示一通话视窗。显示一通信录视窗,通信录视窗显示对应到至少一个联络人的至少一个联络人选项。从通信录视窗拖拉至少一个联络人选项之一至通话视窗。执行一通信功能,通信功能与通话者及被拖拉的联络人选项相关。

通信方法及其通信装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种通信方法及其通信装置,且特别涉及一种使用拖拉动作来达成的一种通信方法及其通信装置。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,通信装置的使用已愈趋于普遍。使用者除了通过通信装置来进行沟通之外,也常常使用通信装置来进行信息的交换。
在某些情况下,使用者会接到对方来电询问其他人的电话。这时候,使用者必需先请对方等待,然后使用者开启所使用的通信装置的通信录,并且查询通信录中是否有此笔被询问者的电话,然后再告诉对方。
然而,在使用者花很长的时间找到被询问者的电话之后,使用者必需将电话号码默记下来,或是使用纸笔等方式记下被询问者的电话号码,然后再用口述的方式告诉对方。如此一来,这种转述被询问者的电话号码的方式,对于使用者而言,除了使用上相当不便之外,所告知的讯息也很容易因为使用者的误记而产生错误。此外,这种方式也使得通话中的另一方要花很长的时间来等待,而增加通信费用。
此外,通信装置通常提供有多方通话(conference call)的功能。然而,在传统的通信装置中,如果使用者要进行多方通话的话,使用者通常需于接通电话之后,再开启通信录,选择一个联络人的电话号码。然后,在拨通此电话号码之后,再进行三方通话的设定。由于必需开启多个视窗来进行设定,使用者往往会因为误触屏幕,或是不熟悉三方通话的设定方式,而不小心将对方的电话挂断。这种使用上的不便往往让使用者产生了一些不必要的困扰。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种通信方法及其通信装置系具有使用者容易操作,不易出错,而且可以有效率地的执行与通话者及被拖拉的联络人选项相关的通信功能,以节省使用者与通话者的等待时间的优点,极具市场竞争力。。
根据本发明,提出一种通信方法,包括下列步骤。当一通信装置的一使用者与一通话者进行通话时,显示一通话视窗。显示一通信录视窗,通信录视窗显示对应到至少一个联络人的至少一个联络人选项。从通信录视窗拖拉至少一个联络人选项之一至通话视窗。执行一通信功能,通信功能与通话者及被拖拉的联络人选项相关。
根据本发明,还提出一种通信装置,包括一屏幕、一控制模块、及一通信模块。屏幕用以当一通信装置的一使用者与一通话者进行通话时,显示一通话视窗,并用以显示一通信录视窗,通信录视窗显示对应到至少一个联络人的至少一个联络人选项。控制模块用以控制屏幕,并用以回应于一使用者事件,从通信录视窗拖拉至少一个联络人选项之一至通话视窗。而通信模块则是用以执行一通信功能,通信功能与通话者及被拖拉的联络人选项相关。
为让本发明的上述内容能更明显易懂,下文特举优选实施例,并配合附图,作详细说明如下:

具体实施方式
请参照图1,其绘示一种通信方法的流程图。此方法包括步骤102、104、106及108。在步骤102中,当一通信装置的一使用者与一通话者进行通话时,显示一通话视窗。在步骤104中,显示一通信录视窗,此通信录视窗显示对应到至少一个联络人的至少一个联络人选项。在步骤106中,从通信录视窗拖拉(drag and drop)至少一个联络人选项之一至通话视窗。在步骤108中,执行一通信功能,通信功能与通话者及被拖拉的联络人选项相关。
上述的通信功能可为传送被拖拉的联络人选项的至少部分的联络人信息(vCard/Versitcard)给通话者的功能,或者为将被拖拉的联络人选项的联络人,与使用者和通话者进行三方通话的功能。
用以执行图1的通信方法的通信装置的一个例子的方块图被绘制于图2中。通信装置200包括一屏幕202、一控制模块204与一通信模块206。屏幕202用以当通信装置的使用者与通话者进行通话时,显示通话视窗,并用以显示通信录视窗。控制模块204用以控制屏幕202,并用以回应于一使用者事件,从通信录视窗拖拉至少一个联络人选项的至通话视窗。通信模块206用以执行上述的通信功能。上述的使用者事件例如为使用者操作屏幕时所产生的事件。现在详述如下。
当使用者正与一通话者进行通话,且通话者向使用者询问一第三者的联络人信息,或使用者主动要向通话者传送第三者的联络人信息时,使用者只需通过一个简单的拖拉的动作,即可快速地将第三者的联络人信息传送给通话者。此法可快速且正确地传送第三者的联络人信息,让使用者在使用上享受到高度的便利性,并且可以减少通话者的等待时间。
请参照图3A至3D,其绘示为图1的通信方法的屏幕画面的一个例子的示意图。如图3A的屏幕202上的通话视窗302所示,当使用者正与通话者(例如是Amy)进行通话时,Amy可能向使用者询问第三者(例如是Kelly)的联络人信息。此时,使用者可开启通信装置的通信录来寻找Kelly的联络人信息。开启通信录之后,屏幕202将显示通信录视窗304,以显示出分别对应至多个联络人的多个联络人选项。
在使用者搜寻到Kelly的联络人选项306之后,使用者将对应至Kelly的联络人选项306拖拉至通话视窗302中。此时,屏幕202将会出现一选择视窗308,选择视窗308会列出至少一个选项以供使用者选择。所列的选项例如为「传送联络人信息」选项、「三方通话」选项、及「返回」选项,如图3B所示。
之后,在使用者选择「传送联络人信息」选项之后,屏幕202将会出现询问视窗310,询问使用者是否确定要传送Kelly的联络人信息给Amy,如图3C所示。如果使用者选择「确定」选项,则通信装置会将通信录中的联络人Kelly的联络人信息传送给通话者Amy。在传送完毕之后,通信装置将会于屏幕202上显示讯息视窗312,以告知使用者Kelly的联络人信息已经传送完毕。
在上述的传送Kelly的联络人信息的动作中,通信装置可以将对应至联络人Kelly的所有联络人信息全部传送给Amy,也可以仅传送对应至联络人Kelly的部分的联络人信息给Amy。例如,通信装置可以传送Kelly的所有联络人信息,包括住址、家里电话号码、公司电话号码、移动电话号码、生日、电子邮件帐号、与Kelly相关的文字档或记事(notes)的信息等等。通信装置也可仅传送Kelly的部分联络人信息,例如仅传送Kelly的电话号码,或是上述的其他信息之一。
此外,在上述的传送Kelly的联络人信息的动作中,通信装置例如是以传送简讯的方式,将Kelly的联络人信息作为一则简讯传送给Amy。此简讯的内容可以包含Kelly的所有联络人信息、部分的联络人信息、或是与Kelly相关的文字档或记事的内容。
通信装置200的屏幕202例如是触控式屏幕,然亦不限于此。如此,使用者可使用触控笔来完成上述的拖拉的动作以产生使用者事件,使用者也可直接用手指来完成上述的拖拉的动作。
如此,当使用者选择到通信录中的联络人Kelly时,使用者甚至可以不需开启Kelly的联络人项目,便可直接将Kelly的联络人项目直接地拖拉至通话视窗302中,通信装置300即可快速地将Kelly的联络人信息传送给Amy。这样的操作方式,不仅可以快速且正确地传送联络人信息,让使用者于操作时感受到极佳的便利性,更可避免通话者因过长的等待所产生的烦躁情绪。
上述的拖拉动作除了可用于传送联络人信息之外,也可使用于建立多方通话的机制当中。请参照图4A至4D,其绘示为图1的通信方法的屏幕画面的另一例的示意图。如图4A中的屏幕202的通话视窗402所示,当使用者正与通话者(例如是Amy)进行通话时,使用者可能希望让第三者(例如是Kelly)加入通话。此时,使用者可开启通信装置200的通信录,来选择所要加入通话的联络人。开启通信录之后,屏幕202将显示通信录视窗404,以显示出分别对应至多个联络人的多个联络人选项。
在使用者搜寻到Kelly的联络人信息之后,使用者将对应至Kelly的联络人选项406拖拉至通话视窗402中。此时,屏幕202将会出现一选择视窗408,选择视窗408会列出至少一个选项以供使用者选择。所列出的选项例如为「传送联络人信息」选项、「三方通话」选项、及「返回」选项,如图4B所示。
之后,在使用者选择「三方通话」选项之后,屏幕202将会出现讯息视窗412,以告知使用者通信装置目前正在进行拨打电话给Kelly的动作,如图4C所示。
接着,如图4D所示,当成功地形成多方通话之后,通信装置的屏幕202上的通话视窗402将显示出目前正同时与Amy和Kelly进行多方通话的状态。
在上述的进行拨打电话给Kelly的动作中,较佳地包含了数个子动作。这些子动作例如包括有:(1)通信装置200先将使用者与Amy的通话进入保留(hold)的状态;(2)然后,通信装置依照Kelly的联络人信息中的电话号码,进行拨号;以及(3)于与Kelly接通之后,恢复与Amy的通话,并将使用者与Kelly的通话和使用者与Amy的通话结合(combine)起来,以形成一通多方通话。
也就是说,当使用者选择了选择视窗408的「三方通话」选项之后,通信装置200将会自动地执行上述的子动作(1)至(3),使用者可以省去复杂的三方通话的设定过程。较佳地,通信装置200于背景中执行上述的子动作(1)至(3),不需使用者介入,通信装置200即可自行完成三方通话的设定。
此外,较佳地,在使用者选择了「三方通话」选项之后,屏幕202可先出现另一个询问视窗(未绘示于图中),让使用者确定是否进行多方通话。在使用者选择「确定」之后,通信装置200再进行拨打给Kelly的动作,并于拨打成功并完成多方通话后,出现讯息视窗412。
通过同时显示通话视窗402与通信录视窗404,可以让使用者以直觉的方式,通过拖拉动作来建立多方通话。此方法可以快速地将所要建立多方通话的联络人加入通话视窗402之中来建立多方通话。与传统作法相较,本方法可避免使用者因为误按到画面的选项,或是不熟悉多方通话的操作而不小心把通话者的通话挂断的情形,故具有操作方便、快速、容易的优点。
此外,图3B中的选择视窗308虽然以列出「传送联络人信息」选项、「三方通话」选项、及「返回」选项为例作说明,然「三方通话」选项也可不显示于选择视窗308中。类似地,图4B中的选择视窗408虽然以列出「传送联络人信息」选项、「三方通话」选项、及「返回」选项为例作说明,然「传送联络人信息」选项也可不显示于选择视窗408中。
上述的通信装置可以为移动电话、个人数字助理(Personal DigitalAssistant,PDA)、或是可携式计算机。只要是具有可显示出两个视窗的屏幕,以供使用者进行拖拉的操作的电子装置,即可应用上述的通信方法及其通信装置。
上述的通信方法及其通信装置系具有使用者容易操作,不易出错,而且可以有效率地的执行与通话者及被拖拉的联络人选项相关的通信功能,以节省使用者与通话者的等待时间的优点,极具市场竞争力。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以一实施例公开如上,然其并非用以限定本发明。本发明所属领域技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作各种的更动与润饰。因此,本发明的保护范围当视所附权利要求书所界定者为准。

Claims (11)

1.一种通信方法,包括:
当一通信装置的一使用者与一通话者进行通话时,显示一通话视窗;
显示一通信录视窗,该通信录视窗显示对应到至少一个联络人的至少一个联络人选项;
从该通信录视窗拖拉该至少一个联络人选项之一至该通话视窗;以及
执行一通信功能,该通信功能与该通话者及被拖拉的该联络人选项相关。
2.如权利要求1所述的通信方法,其中,该通信功能为传送被拖拉的该联络人选项的至少部分的联络人信息给该通话者的功能。
3.如权利要求2所述的通信方法,其中,被拖拉的该联络人选项的该至少部分的联络人信息以简讯的方式传送给该通话者。
4.如权利要求2所述的通信方法,其中,该至少部分的联络人信息包括对应的该联络人的住址、电话号码、公司电话号码、移动电话号码、生日、电子邮件帐号、与该联络人相关的文字档或记事的信息的至少其中之一。
5.如权利要求1所述的通信方法,其中,该通信功能为将被拖拉的该联络人选项的该联络人,与该使用者和该通话者进行三方通话的功能。
6.如权利要求5所述的通信方法,其中,执行该通信功能的步骤包括:
将与该通话者的通话进入保留的状态;
依照被拖拉的该联络人选项的联络人信息中的电话号码,进行拨号;以及
在与该被拖拉的该联络人选项所对应的该联络人接通之后,恢复与该通话者的通话,并将该使用者与该联络人的通话和该使用者与该通话者的通话结合起来,以形成一通多方通话。
7.一种通信装置,包括:
一屏幕,用以当一通信装置的一使用者与一通话者进行通话时,显示一通话视窗,并用以显示一通信录视窗,该通信录视窗显示对应到至少一个联络人的至少一个联络人选项;
一控制模块,用以控制该屏幕,并用以回应于一使用者事件,从该通信录视窗拖拉该至少一个联络人选项之一至该通话视窗;以及
一通信模块,用以执行一通信功能,该通信功能与该通话者及被拖拉的该联络人选项相关。
8.如权利要求7所述的通信装置,其中,该通信功能为传送被拖拉的该联络人选项的至少部分的联络人信息给该通话者的功能。
9.如权利要求8所述的通信装置,其中,被拖拉的该联络人选项的该至少部分的联络人信息以简讯的方式传送给该通话者。
10.如权利要求8所述的通信装置,其中,该至少部分的联络人信息包括对应的该联络人的住址、电话号码、公司电话号码、移动电话号码、生日、电子邮件帐号、与该联络人相关的文字档或记事的信息的至少其中之一。
11.如权利要求10所述的通信装置,其中,该通信功能为将被拖拉的该联络人选项的该联络人,与该使用者和该通话者进行三方通话的功能。
