本发明涉及信息技术领域,特别涉及一种用户设备以及通话内容分享的方法及装置。
背景技术
随着信息技术的发展,越来越多的不法分子通过电话进行诈骗,大多数用户无法识别不法分子的诈骗行为,因此需要在与不法分子通话的过程中,求助第三方,以实现将通话内容分享给第三方,并使第三方一块判断是否为诈骗电话。
目前,一种分享通话内容的方法,在双方进行通话的过程中,用户设备首先接收用户输入的添加通话信息,其中,该添加通话信息携带有用户输入的第三方的号码信息或者用户从联系人列表中选择的第三方的号码信息,该添加通话信息用于用户告知该用户设备拨打上述第三方的用户设备,然后拨打上述第三方的用户设备,以使得对方与第三方建立通话连接,进而将双方的通话内容分享至第三方。
然而,当用户设备通过用户输入的添加通话信息,将双方的通话内容分享至第三方时,由于用户设备需要用户手动输入第三方的号码信息或者从联系人列表中选择第三方的号码信息,并且手动拨打第三方的电话,才可以建立与第三方之间的通话连接,并将双方的通话内容分享至第三方,从而导致分享通话内容的复杂度较高,进而导致用户的体验度较低。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用户设备以及通话内容分享的方法及装置,可以降低分享通话内容的复杂度。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种通话内容分享的方法,所述方法包括:
第一用户设备接收用户输入的第一信息,所述第一信息为当所述第一用户设备与所述第二用户设备进行通话连接时,告知所述第一用户设备, 此时需要与其他用户的用户设备建立通话连接;
所述第一用户设备获取所述其他用户对应的号码信息;

对于本发明实施例,第一用户设备的触摸屏上设置有求助紧急联系人的按钮,当用户需要将与第二用户之间的通话内容分享至其他用户时,用户按压该求助紧急联系人的按钮,以使得告知用户设备此时需要与其他用户的用户设备建立通话连接。
对于本发明实施例,当用户与第二用户进行通话,并且用户与第二用户不挂断电话时,需要紧急求助联系人,以确定第二用户对应通话内容的真伪或者需要求助联系人来回答第二用户的问题时,用户按压该求助紧急联系人的按钮,以使得告知用户设备此时需要与其他用户的用户设备建立通话连接。
对于本发明实施例,当第一用户设备与其它联系人的用户设备建立通话连接后,此时,用户、第二用户以及该其它联系人之间可以进行三方沟通,该其它联系人可以获知用户与第二用户之间的通话内容,即用户将与第二用户之间的通话内容分享至该其他联系人。

对于本发明实施例,用户设备根据用户与其联系人列表中各个联系人之间的通话次数、短信次数或者号码关联的微信联系频次,确定联系人列表中存储的各个号码信息分别对应的优先级信息,或者用户可以手动设置联系人列表中各个号码信息分别对应的优先级信息。在本发明实施例中不做限定。在本发明实施例中,若用户手动设置联系人列表中各个号码信息分别对应的优先级信息,则用户手动设置各个号码信息的优先级信息之后,并可以按照优先级高低顺序,作为号码信息在联系人列表中的存储顺序。
例如,该联系人列表中存储有3个号码信息,分别为用户1对应的号码信息、用户2对应的号码信息以及用户3对应的号码信息,其中,用户与用户1之间的通话次数为5次,用户与用户2之间的通话次数为7次,用户与用户3之间的通话次数为4次,因此,联系人列表中各个联系人对应号码信息的优先级的顺序为:用户2对应的号码信息、用户1对应的号码信息以及用户3对应的号码信息。
对于本发明实施例,第一用户设备先向优先级较高的号码信息对应的 用户设备发送呼叫请求信息,若上述优先级较高的号码信息对应的用户设备未响应该呼叫请求信息,则第一用户设备向优先级较低的号码信息对应的用户设备发送呼叫请求信息,直至存在用户设备响应该呼叫请求信息或者用户设备向联系人列表中的联系人的用户设备均发送呼叫请求信息,但是未存在用户设备响应该呼叫请求信息结束。
对于本发明实施例,第一用户设备通过按照优先级的顺序向联系人列表中的号码信息对应的用户设备发送呼叫请求信息,直至存在用户设备响应该呼叫请求信息,即用户设备自动向联系人列表中各个号码信息分别对应的用户设备发送呼叫请求信息,直至存在用户设备响应该呼叫请求信息,而不需要用户依次手动输入或者选择需要发送呼叫请求信息的号码信息,从而可以进一步地降低分享通话内容的复杂度,进而可以进一步地提升用户的体验度。

本发明实施例提供另一种通话内容分享的方法,第一用户设备通过按照优先级的顺序向联系人列表中的号码信息对应的用户设备发送呼叫请求信息,直至存在用户设备响应该呼叫请求信息,即用户设备自动向联系人列表中各个号码信息分别对应的用户设备发送呼叫请求信息,直至存在用户设备响应该呼叫请求信息,而不需要用户依次手动输入或者选择需要 发送呼叫请求信息的号码信息,从而可以进一步地降低分享通话内容的复杂度,进而可以进一步地提升用户的体验度;第一用户设备通过按照第二优先级信息的顺序向紧急联系人列表中的号码信息对应的用户设备发送呼叫请求信息,而不需要用户手动输入或者手动选择紧急联系人的号码信息,从而可以降低分享通话内容的复杂度,进而可以进一步地提升用户体验;第一用户设备通过将与第三用户设备建立通话连接之前,第一用户设备与第二用户设备之间的通话内容发送至第三用户设备,从而可以使得第三用户设备获取并显示上述通话内容,进而提升用户的体验度。
进一步地,作为对图1、图2、图3及图4所示方法的实现,本发明实施例还提供了一种通话内容分享的装置,用于降低分享通话内容的复杂度。如图5所示,该通话内容分享的装置包括:接收单元51、获取单元52、发送单元53。
接收单元51,位于第一用户设备中,用于接收用户输入的第一信息。
其中,第一信息为当第一用户设备与第二用户设备进行通话连接时,告知第一用户设备,此时需要与其他用户的用户设备建立通话连接。
获取单元52,位于第一用户设备中,用于获取其他用户对应的号码信息。
发送单元53,位于第一用户设备中,用于根据其他用户对应的号码信息,逐个向其他用户的用户设备发送呼叫请求信息,直至与其他用户的用户设备中的一个用户设备建立通话连接。
其中,呼叫请求信息用于第一用户设备请求与其他用户的用户设备建立通话连接。
进一步地,如图6所示,获取单元52具体包括:判断模块521、确定模块522、获取模块523。
判断模块521,位于第一用户设备中,用于判断紧急联系列表中是否存储有号码信息。
确定模块522,位于第一用户设备中,用于当紧急联系列表中未存储号码信息时,确定联系人列表中各个号码信息分别对应的第一优先级信息。
获取模块523,位于第一用户设备中,用于按照第一优先级由高到低的顺序依次获取联系人列表中的号码信息。
其中,第一优先级信息为第一用户设备向联系人列表中的号码信息分别对应的用户设备发送呼叫请求信息的优先级。
进一步地,如图6所示,该通话内容分享的装置包括:确定单元61。
确定单元61,位于第一用户设备中,用于当紧急联系人列表中存储有号码信息时,确定紧急联系人列表中的号码信息分别对应的第二优先级信息。
其中,第二优先级信息为第一用户设备向紧急联系人列表中的号码信息分别对应的用户设备发送呼叫请求信息的优先级。
获取单元52,位于第一用户设备中,还用于按照第二优先级由高到低的顺序,依次获取紧急联系人列表中的号码信息。
发送单元53,位于第一用户设备中,还用于当其他用户的用户设备存在用户设备与第一用户设备建立通话连接时,按照特定的方式,将通话内容发送至第三用户设备,以使得第三用户设备显示通话内容。
其中,特定的方式包括:短信或者微信,通话内容为第一用户设备与第三用户设备建立通话连接之前,第一用户设备存储的第一用户设备与第二用户设备之间的通话内容,第三用户设备为其他用户的用户设备中与第一用户设备建立通话连接的用户设备。
本发明实施例提供的通话内容分享的装置,第一用户设备首先接收用户输入的第一信息,其中,第一信息为当第一用户设备与第二用户设备进行通话连接时,告知第一用户设备,此时需要与其他用户的用户设备建立通话连接,其次获取其他用户对应的号码信息,最后根据其他用户对应的号码信息,逐个向其他用户的用户设备发送呼叫请求信息,直至与其他用户的用户设备中的一个用户设备建立通话连接,呼叫请求信息用于第一用户设备请求与其他用户的用户设备建立通话连接。与目前用户设备通过用户输入的添加通话信息,将双方的通话内容分享至第三方相比,本发明实施例通过用户设备接收用户输入的第一信息,能够自动获取联系人的号码信息并发送呼叫请求信息,以实现与上述联系人分享通话内容的目的,而 不需要用户手动添加或者选择需要分享通话内容的联系人的号码信息,并手动向上述联系人发送呼叫请求信息,从而可以降低分享通话内容的复杂度,进而可以提升用户的体验度。
本发明实施例提供另一种通话内容分享的装置,第一用户设备通过按照优先级的顺序向联系人列表中的号码信息对应的用户设备发送呼叫请求信息,直至存在用户设备响应该呼叫请求信息,即用户设备自动向联系人列表中各个号码信息分别对应的用户设备发送呼叫请求信息,直至存在用户设备响应该呼叫请求信息,而不需要用户依次手动输入或者选择需要发送呼叫请求信息的号码信息,从而可以进一步地降低分享通话内容的复杂度,进而可以进一步地提升用户的体验度;第一用户设备通过按照第二优先级信息的顺序向紧急联系人列表中的号码信息对应的用户设备发送呼叫请求信息,而不需要用户手动输入或者手动选择紧急联系人的号码信息,从而可以降低分享通话内容的复杂度,进而可以进一步地提升用户体验;第一用户设备通过将与第三用户设备建立通话连接之前,第一用户设备与第二用户设备之间的通话内容发送至第三用户设备,从而可以使得第三用户设备获取并显示上述通话内容,进而提升用户的体验度。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中提供的通话内容分享的中各单元所对应的其他相应描述,可以参考图1、图2、图3以及图4中的对应描述,在此不再赘述。
再进一步地,本发明实施例还提供了一种用户设备,如图7所示,该装置包括:接收器71、处理器72、发送器73及存储器74、,所述接收器71、发送器72、存储器74分别与处理器72相连接,图7描述了本发明另一个实施例提供的用户设备的结构,用于执行前述图1至图4所述实施例的用户设备实施的授权方法。
接收器71,用于接收用户输入的第一信息。
其中,第一信息为当第一用户设备与第二用户设备进行通话连接时,告知第一用户设备,此时需要与其他用户的用户设备建立通话连接。
处理器72,用于获取其他用户对应的号码信息。
发送器73,用于根据其他用户对应的号码信息,逐个向其他用户的用 户设备发送呼叫请求信息,直至与其他用户的用户设备中的一个用户设备建立通话连接。
其中,呼叫请求信息用于第一用户设备请求与其他用户的用户设备建立通话连接。
处理器72,具体用于判断紧急联系列表中是否存储有号码信息。
处理器72,具体还用于当紧急联系列表中未存储号码信息时,确定联系人列表中各个号码信息分别对应的第一优先级信息。
处理器72,具体还用于按照第一优先级由高到低的顺序依次获取联系人列表中的号码信息。
其中,第一优先级信息为第一用户设备向联系人列表中的号码信息分别对应的用户设备发送呼叫请求信息的优先级。
处理器72,还用于当紧急联系人列表中存储有号码信息时,确定紧急联系人列表中的号码信息分别对应的第二优先级信息。
其中,第二优先级信息为第一用户设备向紧急联系人列表中的号码信息分别对应的用户设备发送呼叫请求信息的优先级。
处理器72,还用于按照第二优先级由高到低的顺序,依次获取紧急联系人列表中的号码信息。
发送器73,还用于当其他用户的用户设备存在用户设备与第一用户设备建立通话连接时,按照特定的方式,将通话内容发送至第三用户设备,以使得第三用户设备显示通话内容。
其中,特定的方式包括:短信或者微信,通话内容为第一用户设备与第三用户设备建立通话连接之前,第一用户设备存储的第一用户设备与第二用户设备之间的通话内容,第三用户设备为其他用户的用户设备中与第一用户设备建立通话连接的用户设备。

本发明实施例提供另一种用户设备,第一用户设备通过按照优先级的顺序向联系人列表中的号码信息对应的用户设备发送呼叫请求信息,直至存在用户设备响应该呼叫请求信息,即用户设备自动向联系人列表中各个号码信息分别对应的用户设备发送呼叫请求信息,直至存在用户设备响应该呼叫请求信息,而不需要用户依次手动输入或者选择需要发送呼叫请求信息的号码信息,从而可以进一步地降低分享通话内容的复杂度,进而可以进一步地提升用户的体验度;第一用户设备通过按照第二优先级信息的顺序向紧急联系人列表中的号码信息对应的用户设备发送呼叫请求信息,而不需要用户手动输入或者手动选择紧急联系人的号码信息,从而可以降低分享通话内容的复杂度,进而可以进一步地提升用户体验;第一用户设备通过将与第三用户设备建立通话连接之前,第一用户设备与第二用户设备之间的通话内容发送至第三用户设备,从而可以使得第三用户设备获取并显示上述通话内容,进而提升用户的体验度。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中提供的通话内容分享中各设备所对应的其他相应描述,可以参考图1、图2、图3或图4中的对应描述,在此不再赘述。
本发明实施例提供的通话内容分享的装置可以实现上述提供的方法实施例,具体功能实现请参见方法实施例中的说明,在此不再赘述。本发明实施例提供的用户设备以及通话内容分享的方法及装置可以适用于当用户需要第三方用户分享其与第二用户之间的通话信息时,与第三方用户的用户设备建立通话连接,以使得第三方用户获知用户与第二用户之间全 部的通话内容。但不仅限于此。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种通话内容分享的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第一用户设备接收用户输入的第一信息,所述第一信息为当所述第一用户设备与所述第二用户设备进行通话连接时,告知所述第一用户设备,此时需要与其他用户的用户设备建立通话连接;
    所述第一用户设备获取所述其他用户对应的号码信息;
    所述第一用户设备根据所述其他用户对应的号码信息,逐个向所述其他用户的用户设备发送呼叫请求信息,直至与所述其他用户的用户设备中的一个用户设备建立通话连接,所述呼叫请求信息用于所述第一用户设备请求与所述其他用户的用户设备建立通话连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的通话内容分享的方法,其特征在于,所述第一用户设备获取所述其他用户对应的号码信息的步骤,具体包括:
    所述第一用户设备判断紧急联系列表中是否存储有号码信息;
    若所述紧急联系列表中未存储所述号码信息,则第一用户设备确定联系人列表中各个号码信息分别对应的第一优先级信息,并按照第一优先级由高到低的顺序依次获取所述联系人列表中的号码信息,所述第一优先级信息为所述第一用户设备向所述联系人列表中的号码信息分别对应的用户设备发送呼叫请求信息的优先级。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的通话内容分享的方法,其特征在于,所述第一用户设备判断紧急联系列表中是否存储有所述联系人的号码信息的步骤,之后还包括:
    若所述紧急联系人列表中存储有号码信息,则所述第一用户设备确定所述紧急联系人列表中的号码信息分别对应的第二优先级信息,所述第二优先级信息为所述第一用户设备向紧急联系人列表中的号码信息分别对应的用户设备发送呼叫请求信息的优先级;
    所述第一用户设备按照所述第二优先级由高到低的顺序,依次获取所述紧急联系人列表中的号码信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的通话内容分享的方法,其特征在于,所述第一用户设备根据所述其他用户对应的号码信息,逐个向所述其他用 户的用户设备发送呼叫请求信息,直至与所述其他用户的用户设备中的一个用户设备建立通话连接的步骤之后,还包括:
    若所述其他用户的用户设备存在用户设备与所述第一用户设备建立通话连接,则所述第一用户设备按照特定的方式,将通话内容发送至第三用户设备,以使得所述第三用户设备显示所述通话内容,所述特定的方式包括:短信或者微信,所述通话内容为所述第一用户设备与所述第三用户设备建立通话连接之前,所述第一用户设备存储的所述第一用户设备与所述第二用户设备之间的通话内容,所述第三用户设备为所述其他用户的用户设备中与所述第一用户设备建立通话连接的用户设备。
  5. 一种通话内容分享的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,位于第一用户设备中,用于接收用户输入的第一信息,所述第一信息为当所述第一用户设备与所述第二用户设备进行通话连接时,告知所述第一用户设备,此时需要与其他用户的用户设备建立通话连接;
    获取单元,位于所述第一用户设备中,用于获取所述其他用户对应的号码信息;
    发送单元,位于所述第一用户设备中,用于根据所述其他用户对应的号码信息,逐个向所述其他用户的用户设备发送呼叫请求信息,直至与所述其他用户的用户设备中的一个用户设备建立通话连接,所述呼叫请求信息用于所述第一用户设备请求与所述其他用户的用户设备建立通话连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的通话内容分享的装置,其特征在于,所述获取单元具体包括:判断模块、确定模块、获取模块;
    所述判断模块,位于所述第一用户设备中,用于判断紧急联系列表中是否存储有号码信息;
    所述确定模块,位于所述第一用户设备中,用于当所述紧急联系列表中未存储所述号码信息时,确定联系人列表中各个号码信息分别对应的第一优先级信息;
    所述获取模块,位于所述第一用户设备中,用于按照第一优先级由高到低的顺序依次获取所述联系人列表中的号码信息,所述第一优先级信息为所述第一用户设备向所述联系人列表中的号码信息分别对应的用户设备 发送呼叫请求信息的优先级。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的通话内容分享的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:确定单元;
    所述确定单元,位于所述第一用户设备中,用于当所述紧急联系人列表中存储有号码信息时,确定所述紧急联系人列表中的号码信息分别对应的第二优先级信息,所述第二优先级信息为所述第一用户设备向紧急联系人列表中的号码信息分别对应的用户设备发送呼叫请求信息的优先级;
    所述获取单元,位于所述第一用户设备中,还用于按照所述第二优先级由高到低的顺序,依次获取所述紧急联系人列表中的号码信息。
  8. 根据权利要求5-7任一项所述的通话内容分享的装置,其特征在于,
    所述发送单元,位于所述第一用户设备中,还用于当所述其他用户的用户设备存在用户设备与所述第一用户设备建立通话连接时,按照特定的方式,将通话内容发送至第三用户设备,以使得所述第三用户设备显示所述通话内容,所述特定的方式包括:短信或者微信,所述通话内容为所述第一用户设备与所述第三用户设备建立通话连接之前,所述第一用户设备存储的所述第一用户设备与所述第二用户设备之间的通话内容,所述第三用户设备为所述其他用户的用户设备中与所述第一用户设备建立通话连接的用户设备。
  9. 一种用户设备,其特征在于,包括:
    接收器,用于接收用户输入的第一信息,所述第一信息为当所述第一用户设备与所述第二用户设备进行通话连接时,告知所述第一用户设备,此时需要与其他用户的用户设备建立通话连接;
    处理器,用于获取所述其他用户对应的号码信息;
    发送器,用于根据所述其他用户对应的号码信息,逐个向所述其他用户的用户设备发送呼叫请求信息,直至与所述其他用户的用户设备中的一个用户设备建立通话连接,所述呼叫请求信息用于所述第一用户设备请求与所述其他用户的用户设备建立通话连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,具体用于判断紧急联系列表中是否存储有号码信息;
    所述处理器,具体还用于当所述紧急联系列表中未存储所述号码信息时,确定联系人列表中各个号码信息分别对应的第一优先级信息;
    所述处理器,具体还用于按照第一优先级由高到低的顺序依次获取所述联系人列表中的号码信息,所述第一优先级信息为所述第一用户设备向所述联系人列表中的号码信息分别对应的用户设备发送呼叫请求信息的优先级。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于当所述紧急联系人列表中存储有号码信息时,确定所述紧急联系人列表中的号码信息分别对应的第二优先级信息,所述第二优先级信息为所述第一用户设备向紧急联系人列表中的号码信息分别对应的用户设备发送呼叫请求信息的优先级;
    所述处理器,还用于按照所述第二优先级由高到低的顺序,依次获取所述紧急联系人列表中的号码信息。
  12. 根据权利要求9-11任一项所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述发送器,还用于当所述其他用户的用户设备存在用户设备与所述第一用户设备建立通话连接时,按照特定的方式,将通话内容发送至第三用户设备,以使得所述第三用户设备显示所述通话内容,所述特定的方式包括:短信或者微信,所述通话内容为所述第一用户设备与所述第三用户设备建立通话连接之前,所述第一用户设备存储的所述第一用户设备与所述第二用户设备之间的通话内容,所述第三用户设备为所述其他用户的用户设备中与所述第一用户设备建立通话连接的用户设备。
