Abstract

配量机构的闭锁
技术领域
本发明涉及一种闭锁元件,用来闭锁注射装置的配量机构,特别在与双腔安瓿一起使用时,双腔安瓿中含有两种相互隔开的物质,它们在通过注射装置分配之前应该尽可能地充分混合。
背景技术
如果双腔安瓿不能全部地或只能部分地拧入注射装置中,则存在这样的可能性,即位于双腔安瓿中的物质不能混合或混合得不充分,在接下的注射过程中,从混合不充分的双腔安瓿中不能给出期望的物质,双腔安瓿例如还会给出未混合的流出材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,建议一种用于注射装置的元件,借助它可确保注射装置特别在与双腔安瓿一起使用时的使用安全性。
此目的通过独立权利要求的内容得以实现。有利的实施例由从属的权利要求中得出。
按本发明的闭锁元件的作用是,对例如构成为单路注射器的注射装置或注射笔的调节、灌注或配量机构或者说调节、灌注或配量元件进行闭锁。所述闭锁元件具有至少一个优选可活动地、特别是灵活地构成的保持元件,其可例如与注射装置的配量机构或配量元件这样来共同作用,即在闭锁元件的起始位置上,配量元件的灌注、配量或调节运动或调节过程,例如旋转或移动和例如拔出动作,都例如由于与闭锁元件的卡锁而被阻止,只有在至少一个的保持元件移动或运动后才能实现,所述移动或运动例如是通过安瓿的插入或安瓿插入后,通过闭锁元件的移动来触发或引起的。因此在推进到注射装置中的安瓿、特别是双腔安瓿例如与闭锁元件贴靠在一起之前,或闭锁元件移动例如2mm的预定路程,通过把插入到配量机构中的保持元件移出来,从而使配量机构松开之前,通过按本发明的闭锁元件,可避免为调节剂量或灌注注射装置而操作配量机构、调节元件或配量元件。
闭锁元件优选构成环形,优选具有用于安瓿或安瓿套筒的接触面,因此插入或完全或几乎完全旋转在注射装置上的安瓿就可与闭锁元件贴靠在一起,并例如在推进运动或旋进运动的最后部段上相对于注射装置或相对于调节机构,来与之一起驱动。此至少一个的保持元件优选是径向朝内或径向朝外预张紧的保持元件,其例如嵌入到配量元件或配量装置的槽口或凹槽中,并例如在闭锁元件抗扭地安装在注射装置上时,可阻止配量元件的旋转运动或拔出。有利的是,设置两个或多个保持元件,例如两个在环形闭锁元件上相互对置的保持元件,它们在安瓿还没有完全装上时,在起始位置上可例如径向朝内预张紧,并例如插入到配量机构或配量元件中,在安瓿径向朝外推后,才用来松开配量元件或配量机构。

总的说来,在本发明的意义中,保持元件应该是指可与其它元件形成耦合、例如扭转制动的每个元件、槽口或穿孔。例如,可活动的或灵活的、径向朝内或朝外预张紧的保持元件可设置在闭锁元件和/或配量元件或配量机构上,它可与其它的保持元件、槽口或例如各个相对元件上的凹陷处或凹槽、还有例如配量元件或配量机构、闭锁元件共同作用,用来在闭锁元件的这一面和配量元件或配量机构的那一面之间实现可松开的耦合。如果安瓿已引入到注射装置中预定的长度,则优选应该松开耦合,其中例如可通过至少一个的保持元件的移动来实现耦合的松开,所述移动由安瓿的推进来限定并例如通过引导型材来实施。
在另一方面,本发明还涉及一种注射装置,其具有如上所述的配量机构和安瓿的推入部分,例如安瓿套筒或安瓿体,其在推入时可与闭锁元件、配量元件或配量机构共同作用,也就是例如与闭锁元件或配量机构贴靠在一起,在配量机构或闭锁元件相对于注射装置或注射装置的壳体、通过安瓿的推入运动所引起的移动或者说移开会使配量机构或配量元件松开。闭锁元件在此也可以是指配量机构的一部分。
注射装置优选具有引导元件,例如坡道或相对于轴向方向倾斜延伸的型材,其相对于闭锁元件或配量机构的保持元件这样来设置,即使闭锁元件或配量机构相对于注射装置的轴向移动可导致,至少一个的保持元件可通过引导,使闭锁元件和配量元件或配量机构之间的啮合松开。
在注射装置上优选设置有法兰,其在双腔安瓿推入或拧进时,可压在安瓿的栓塞上,因此在安瓿拧入时,安瓿中的栓塞可压入到注射装置中,并因此让双腔安瓿中的物质进行混合。
在另一方面,本发明还涉及一种制备注射装置的方法,其用来从双腔安瓿中给出物质,其中双腔安瓿推入和优选拧入到注射装置中。当安瓿在注射装置中推入的深度可以使双腔安瓿中的物质优选能充分混合时,注射装置的调节元件或灌注元件的闭锁或抗扭就松开了。

具体实施方式
图1在透视图中示出了按本发明的配量机构的实施例,其可应用在注射装置中。闭锁套筒或壳体自身也具有穿孔8a,所述闭锁套筒在配量机构的插入状态下至少位于注射装置的壳体内部的前端或远侧中,设计成闭锁元件的闭锁环1的径向朝内预张紧的保持元件1a在拧入安瓿5之后插入到所述穿孔中。
例如借助壳体上的穿孔(此穿孔中插入了闭锁环1的元件例如保持元件1a),闭锁环1相对于注射装置或注射装置的壳体,抗扭地安装在图2示出的起始位置上,因此由于保持元件1a插入到在穿孔或配量套筒2的凹槽2a中,配量套筒抗扭地安装在注射装置中。闭锁环1示例性地在注射装置的远侧方向上通过弹簧力进行加载。
图2在侧视图中示出了图1所示的配量机构,其中闭锁环1的保持元件1a相对于套筒8的槽口8a这样放置,即槽口8a在图2右边所示的近侧端部之间还存在着间隔d。
图2A示出了沿图2的剖线C-C的侧视图,其中可看到的是,径向朝内预张紧的保持元件1a插入到配量套筒2的凹槽2a中,因此阻止了配量套筒2相对于注射装置的壳体3的旋转运动。如果装在安瓿套筒4中的安瓿5拧进了注射装置中,用来通过从注射装置中出来、设置在螺纹杆7上的凸缘6,把安瓿后面或近侧的栓塞5a推入到双腔安瓿5中,用来实现双腔安瓿5的混合,则在图2A右边示出的、安瓿套筒4的近侧端部与闭锁环1的前表面1b贴靠在一起,安瓿套筒4与位于其中的安瓿5在注射装置中拧入得如此深,使得凸缘6推入到安瓿5中,使得双腔安瓿能充分地或几乎充分地混合。如果安瓿套筒4继续拧进注射装置中,则由于安瓿套筒4的近侧端部紧贴在接触面1b上,在朝2A中朝右、也就是在近侧方向上推动闭锁环1。其作用是,设置在闭锁环1上的引导型材1c紧贴在相对于注射装置不可移动的坡道3a上,通过移动闭锁环1,保持元件1a克服保持元件1a径向朝内的预张紧而被向外压(如同在图3B所示的细节B中可看到的一样),由此松开保持元件1a在配量套筒2的凹槽2a中的啮合,配量套筒2相对于注射装置就不再是抗扭的了。
图3和3A示出了配量机构的状态,它是指为松开配量套筒2,闭锁环1在近侧方向上推动约间隔d后的状态。
在安瓿5充分混合后,而且配量套筒2的抗扭部件1a、2a因此松开后,配量套筒2可由使用者转动,例如用来调节剂量或灌注注射装置,用来在注射过程中从安瓿5中给出药剂。
因此,调节机构的机械闭锁是通过闭锁环的两个叉状的闭锁卡子来实现的,它们伸进了旋转或配量套筒2的相应下陷处2a中。因为注射笔是通过旋转环2的旋转来灌注的,这一点现在是不可能了,因为旋转被闭锁环1阻止了。
为了解除机构的闭锁,要把安瓿套筒4拧进去,其为实施双腔安瓿5的混合,拧入到配量或调节机构中。在拧进过程的最后约2mm中,闭锁环1通过安瓿套筒4由闭锁位置带到松解位置上。闭锁环1为此在两个叉状的闭锁卡子1a的内侧上具有斜面,它们与引导套筒或壳体的斜面3a相一致。因此把两个闭锁卡子1a压出来,并因此松开了配量套筒2或机构。
保持元件1a或闭锁环1在此这样构成,即它通过安瓿套筒4在近侧方向上移动,所述安瓿套筒在安瓿5拧入时为实现物质的混合拧入到注射笔中。例如设置在注射笔壳体上的坡道或滑动面3a的作用是,闭锁环1的保持元件1a径向朝外压,并因此松开了配量套筒2的抗扭性,所述保持元件通过安瓿套筒4相对于坡道3a移动。因此可在安瓿套筒4完全推进后,借助配量套筒2的旋转来设定剂量。
为此可确保,只有安瓿套筒4完全地拧进注射笔中后,也就是说,要一直等到安瓿套筒4碰到闭锁环1后,并在注射装置中移动一定距离后,配量套筒2才能转动。
图4以俯视图示出了带闭锁机构的注射装置,其沿着图4A的剖线A-A。如同从图4A中可看到的一样,径向朝内预张紧的、不必强制性设置在闭锁环上的保持元件1a插入到配量套筒2的凹槽2a中,并因此阻止了配量套筒2相对于注射装置的壳体3的旋转运动。如同图5和5A所示的一样,插入到安瓿套筒4中的安瓿5可在拧入到注射装置中,一旦安瓿套筒4的近侧端部达到接触面1b上,引导型材1c就紧贴在相对于注射装置不可移动的坡道3a上,通过保持元件1a的移动,克服径向朝内的预张紧,使保持元件1a朝外压,如同在图5A中可看到的一样。因此松开了保持元件1a在配量套筒2的凹槽2a中的啮合,因此配量套筒2相对于注射装置不再是抗扭的了。因此对于在图5A中所示的注射装置来说,安瓿可被完全或几乎完全地引入,由于松开了配量套筒2,可通过保持元件1a的向外运动来,来实现配量或调节运动。

Claims (14)

1.一种用于注射装置的配量机构的闭锁元件(1),其具有至少一个保持元件(1a),该保持元件(1a)可与该配量机构或该配量机构的配量元件(2)这样来共同作用,即,在该闭锁元件(1)的起始位置上,可以阻止该配量机构或该配量元件(2)的调节运动,直到所述闭锁元件(1)或所述保持元件(1a)移动或者说移开后才可以进行。
2.按权利要求1所述的闭锁元件,其特征在于,所述闭锁元件(1)构成为环形,和/或具有用于安瓿(5)或安瓿套筒(4)的接触面(1b)。
3.按上述权利要求之任一所述的闭锁元件,其特征在于,所述至少一个保持元件(1a)延径向朝内或延径向朝外预张紧。
4.按上述权利要求之任一所述的闭锁元件,其特征在于,所述闭锁元件具有至少两个保持元件(1a)。
5.一种用于注射装置的配量机构,其具有按上述权利要求之任一所述的闭锁元件(1),还具有配量元件(2),其中该配量元件(2)可通过所述闭锁元件(1)可松开的卡锁或固定。
6.按上述一个权利要求所述的配量机构,其特征在于,所述配量元件(2)具有至少一个保持元件(2a),其可与所述闭锁元件(1)的至少一个保持元件(1a)共同作用,用来实现配量元件(2)和闭锁元件(1)之间的耦合或抗扭性。
7.按上述的两个权利要求之任一所述的配量机构,其特征在于,所述闭锁元件(1)相对于所述配量元件(2)是可移动的。
8.按上述的三个权利要求之任一所述的配量机构,其特征在于,在所述配量机构上具有引导型材或坡道,该引导型材或坡道可与闭锁元件(1)的引导型材(1c)贴靠在一起,用来移动或者说移开闭锁元件(1)的保持元件(1a),并松开所述配量元件(2)和所述闭锁元件(1)之间的耦合。
9.一种注射装置,其具有按上述的四个权利要求之任一所述的配量机构,还具有安瓿(5)或安瓿推入元件或安瓿套筒(4),它们可与闭锁元件(1)这样共同作用,即,在安瓿推入元件或安瓿套筒(4)的预定的推进运动或推进路程之后,闭锁元件(1)可移动或者说移开成松开闭锁元件(1)和配量元件(2)之间的耦合(1a、2a)。
