Abstract
本发明提供一种具有视窗镜片的壳体组件,其包括一视窗镜片及一外围壳体,该视窗镜片的周缘设有一夹持槽,该壳体组件还包括一加强件,该加强件包括一本体部及连接于该本体部一侧的折边,该外围壳体与该本体部其中之一上凸设有若干卡扣,另一上开设有与所述卡扣配合的扣合孔,该加强件贴合于该外围壳体内,该卡扣与该扣合孔相扣合,该加强件的折边夹持于该夹持槽内。
Description
技术领域
本发明是关于一种具有视窗镜片的壳体组件。
背景技术
电子装置如移动电话、个人数码助理等一般都会有显示系统,显示系统一般都会包括一视窗及一显示装置。其中视窗主要对显示装置起保护及提供更好的视觉效果作用,其主要为一些透明材质制成。显示装置显示时,显示装置的光线透过视窗进入用户的视野,则用户看到显示装置显示的内容。为了能够更好的欣赏显示的内容及获得更好的视觉效果,在总体积相当的情况下,用户更加愿意选择具有较大视窗的电子装置。
一种现有的具有视窗镜片的壳体组件,是通过粘胶将视窗镜片粘接在已经成型好的塑料外围壳体上,从而形成一具有视窗镜片的壳体。该具有视窗镜片的壳体组件由于其视窗镜片与外围壳体直接粘合,而塑料材质的外围壳体在强度上存在一定缺陷,在外力撞击下塑料壳体容易变形而挤压视窗镜片,导致视窗镜片破裂。
另外,视窗镜片与外围壳体是经过粘胶连接,易出现视窗镜片外围壳体粘接不牢固的现象,且随着产品的使用时间增加,粘胶的粘性减少,视窗镜片可能从外围壳体脱落,造成性能不稳定。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种结合牢固、强度较高的具有视窗镜片的壳体组件。
一种具有视窗镜片的壳体组件,其包括一视窗镜片及一外围壳体,该视窗镜片的周缘设有一夹持槽,该壳体组件还包括一加强件,该加强件由金属材质制成,以提高视窗镜片的强度;该加强件为一框体,该加强件包括一呈框体的本体部及连接于该本体部一侧的折边,该折边由该本体部的一侧边缘向其内表面方向弯折延伸形成,该外围壳体与该本体部其中之一上凸设有若干卡扣,另一上开设有与所述卡扣配合的扣合孔,该加强件贴合于该外围壳体内,该卡扣与该扣合孔相扣合,该加强件的折边夹持于该夹持槽内。
与现有技术相比,所述具有视窗镜片的壳体组件在视窗镜片与外围壳体之间增加一提高强度的金属加强件,因此可以将该视窗镜片做到较大化的同时具有较高的强度。此外,该加强件通过其折边夹持于视窗镜片周缘的夹持槽内与视窗镜片组装在一起,该结合方式牢固,可以有效防止视窗镜片从外围壳体脱落。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明较佳实施例的具有视窗镜片的壳体组件100包括一视窗镜片10、一加强件20及一外围壳体30。视窗镜片10嵌装于加强件20上,加强件20贴合于外围壳体30的内侧。
视窗镜片10为一夹层玻璃,其大体呈矩形。视窗镜片10包括一第一玻璃层12、一粘结层14及一第二玻璃层16。
粘结层14可以为有机硅橡胶、丙烯酸型树脂、聚氨酯、环氧树脂等光学胶,也可以为光学透明双面胶带。本实施例优选光学透明双面胶带,比如,3M公司生产的3M814型号光学透明双面胶带。粘结层14的厚度应保证第一玻璃层12与第二玻璃层16充分粘合在一起,同时,其厚度还应保证粘结层14的透光性,为了达到此目的粘结层14的厚度优选为0.02毫米~0.1毫米。
请同时参阅图1及图4,第二玻璃层16的一表面的边缘被部分切掉而形成一倒角162。第一玻璃层12、第二玻璃层16通过粘结层14粘结叠合在一起形成该视窗镜片10,且第二玻璃层16设有倒角162的一面朝向该第一玻璃层12,由此,在视窗镜片10的周缘上形成一夹持槽18。第一玻璃层12及第二玻璃层16的材料可以为普通玻璃。第一玻璃层12与第二玻璃层16的厚度按照需要可以为任意厚度,本实施例将第一玻璃层12与第二玻璃层16的厚度均优选为0.4毫米~0.5毫米。
可以理解,为了增加视窗镜片10的强度,可以在第一玻璃层12远离该第二玻璃层16的表面增加一防爆膜(图未示)。
请同时参阅图1及图2,加强件20为一大体呈矩形的框体,其尺寸与所述视窗镜片10的外围相符。加强件20由弹性较好且硬度较高的金属材质制成,本实施例选用301O号不锈钢。
加强件20包括一矩形的本体部22及一折边24。
本体部22包括一内表面221及一外表面223。本体部22上间隔开设有若干呈梯形的扣合孔225,该扣合孔225贯通内表面221与外表面223。扣合孔225于内表面221一侧的开口大于外表面223一侧的开口。
折边24由本体部22的一侧边缘向其内表面221方向弯折延伸形成。该折边24由与本体部22连接的一端至远离本体部22一端的厚度逐渐变小。
请参阅图1及图3,外围壳体30为一大体呈矩形的框体,其形状与该加强件20的形状相符,其具有一尺寸可以贴合于加强件20内侧。外围壳体30的内壁上间隔凸设有若干与所述加强件20上的扣合孔225相配合的卡扣32,卡扣32呈与扣合孔225相配合的梯形。外围壳体30由收缩率较小的塑料制成。
请参阅图5及图6,上述加强件20贴合于外围壳体30内,外围壳体30的卡扣32与加强件20的扣合孔225相扣合。加强件20的折边24夹持于视窗镜片10的夹持槽18内。夹持槽18内可以涂覆一层粘结物,以缓冲折边24与第一玻璃层12、第二玻璃层16碰撞时的撞击力。
上述外围壳体30的成型及其与加强件20的结合可通过模内装饰镶嵌成型达成,即,先将加强件20与视窗镜片10组装后置于注塑成型模具内,再于该注塑成型模具内成型出外围壳体30与加强件20结合在一起。
可以理解,所述视窗镜片10的夹持槽18也可以通过在第一玻璃层12、第二玻璃层16相向的表面的边缘各形成一倒角来共同构成。
可以理解,所述扣合孔225也可以开设于外围壳体30上,而相应地将卡扣32设于加强件20上,只要扣合孔225与卡扣32能够配合将加强件20与外围壳体30结合于一体即可。
所述具有视窗镜片的壳体组件100在视窗镜片10与外围壳体30之间增加一提高强度的金属加强件20,因此可以将该视窗镜片10做到较大化的同时具有较高的强度。此外,该加强件20通过其折边夹持于视窗镜片10周缘的夹持槽内18与视窗镜片10组装在一起,该结合方式牢固,可以有效防止视窗镜片10从外围壳体30脱落。
Claims (8)
1.一种具有视窗镜片的壳体组件,其包括一视窗镜片及一外围壳体,其特征在于:该视窗镜片的周缘设有一夹持槽,该壳体组件还包括一加强件,该加强件由金属材质制成,以提高视窗镜片的强度;该加强件为一框体,该加强件包括一呈框体的本体部及连接于该本体部一侧的折边,该折边由该本体部的一侧边缘向其内表面方向弯折延伸形成,该外围壳体与该本体部其中之一上凸设有若干卡扣,另一上开设有与所述卡扣配合的扣合孔,该加强件贴合于该外围壳体内,该卡扣与该扣合孔相扣合,该加强件的折边夹持于该夹持槽内。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有视窗镜片的壳体组件,其特征在于:该视窗镜片包括一第一玻璃层、一粘结层及一第二玻璃层,该第一玻璃层、第二玻璃层通过该粘结层粘结叠合形成该视窗镜片。
3.如权利要求2所述的具有视窗镜片的壳体组件,其特征在于:该第二玻璃层朝向该第一玻璃层的表面的边缘形成有一倒角。
4.如权利要求2所述的具有视窗镜片的壳体组件,其特征在于:该第一玻璃层、第二玻璃层相向的表面的边缘各形成有一倒角。
5.如权利要求2所述的具有视窗镜片的壳体组件,其特征在于:该粘结层为有机硅橡胶、丙烯酸型树脂、聚氨酯、环氧树脂以及光学透明双面胶带中的一种。
6.如权利要求1所述的具有视窗镜片的壳体组件,其特征在于:该本体部包括一内表面及与该内表面相反的外表面,所述扣合孔间隔开设于本体部上,且贯通该本体部的内表面与外表面。
7.如权利要求6所述的具有视窗镜片的壳体组件,其特征在于:所述扣合孔呈梯形,且于该内表面一侧的开口大于外表面一侧的开口。
8.如权利要求1所述的具有视窗镜片的壳体组件,其特征在于:该夹持槽内涂覆有一粘结物层。
