本发明涉及一种显示装置。
背景技术
电视机一般包含有显示屏及背板。而在现有技术中,该显示屏与该背板通常采用卡钩卡合或螺丝锁附的方式进行结合。然而,对于螺丝锁附固定方式,锁附作业工时长,且锁附时,螺丝的高速旋转易产生碎屑掉入电视机内部,从而造成电视机内部异物;对于卡钩卡合固定方式,如果卡合不到位或卡钩脱落,会造成外观及功能不良,且在组装及拆解时容易使外框上的卡钩断裂,且外框卡钩断裂后需要更换,影响效率。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种结构简单、易卡合且易拆解的显示装置。
一种显示装置,该显示装置包括一外框及一背板,该外框包括一侧框,该背板包括一侧板,该侧框上形成有一截面为T字型的卡钩,该侧板上形成有一贯穿该侧板的T字型的卡槽,该卡槽包括一纵向槽及一横向槽;组装时,向该侧板的方向推动该外框,该卡钩从该纵向槽内进入该卡槽,并向该横向槽的远离该纵向槽的方向推动该外框,该卡钩在该横向槽内滑动至该横向槽的末端并卡合在该横向槽的两侧;拆解时,反方向滑动该外框至该纵向槽,并向远离该侧板的方向推动该外框至该卡钩从该纵向槽内脱离。
进一步地,该卡钩包括一第一部及一与该第一部垂直的第二部,该第一部垂直固定在该侧框上,该第二部平行于该侧框;组装时,该第一部收容在该横向槽内,该第二部卡合在该横向槽的两侧。
进一步地,该纵向槽与该横向槽贯通。
进一步地,该纵向槽的延伸方向与该卡钩的该第二部的延伸方向一致。
进一步地,该纵向槽的尺寸等于或大于该卡钩的该第二部的尺寸。
进一步地,该横向槽的宽度等于或大于该卡钩的该第一部的宽度且小于该卡钩的该第二部的长度。

本发明提供的该显示装置的外框上包括有一截面为T字型的卡钩,该背板上形成有有一T字型的卡槽,该T字型的卡钩能够从该纵向槽内进出该卡槽并能够在该横向槽内滑动且能够通过其第二部卡合在该横向槽的两侧。因此,本发明提供的该显示装置不仅能够避免卡合不到位或卡钩脱落及卡钩断裂的问题,从而达到快速组装及拆解的目的并提高工作效率,还可以避免螺丝锁附所产生的碎屑掉入电视机内。

其中,该外框10包括一横框11及一形成在该横框11上的侧框12。其中,该横框11及该侧框12之间可以是固定连接,也可以是一体成型。在本实施例中,该横框11及该侧框12之间是一体成型的。

本发明提供的该显示装置100的外框10上包括有一截面为T字型的卡钩13,该背板20上形成有有一T字型的卡槽23,该T字型的卡钩13能够从该卡槽23的该纵向槽231内进出该卡槽23并能够在该卡槽23的该横向槽232内滑动,且能够通过其第二部132卡合在该卡槽23的该横向槽232的两侧。因此,本发明提供的该显示装置100不仅能够避免卡合不到位或卡钩脱落及卡钩断裂的问题,从而达到快速组装及拆解的目的并提高工作效率,还可以避免螺丝锁附所产生的碎屑掉入显示装置内。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施方式而已,并非对本发明任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已是较佳实施方式揭露如上,并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述揭示的技术内容做出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施方式,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施方式所做的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种显示装置,该显示装置包括一外框及一背板,该外框包括一侧框,该背板包括一侧板,其特征在于,该侧框上形成有一截面为T字型的卡钩,该侧板上形成有一贯穿该侧板的T字型的卡槽,该卡槽包括一纵向槽及一横向槽;组装时,向该侧板的方向推动该外框,该卡钩从该纵向槽内进入该卡槽,并向该横向槽的远离该纵向槽的方向推动该外框,该卡钩在该横向槽内滑动至该横向槽的末端并卡合在该横向槽的两侧;拆解时,反方向滑动该外框至该纵向槽,并向远离该侧板的方向推动该外框至该卡钩从该纵向槽内脱离。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,该卡钩包括一第一部及一与该第一部垂直的第二部,该第一部垂直固定在该侧框上,该第二部平行于该侧框;组装时,该第一部收容在该横向槽内,该第二部卡合在该横向槽的两侧。
3.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,该纵向槽与该横向槽贯通。
4.如权利要求2所述的显示装置,其特征在于,该纵向槽的延伸方向与该卡钩的该第二部的延伸方向一致。
5.如权利要求2所述的显示装置,其特征在于,该纵向槽的尺寸等于或大于该卡钩的该第二部的尺寸。
6.如权利要求2所述的显示装置,其特征在于,该横向槽的宽度等于或大于该卡钩的该第一部的宽度且小于该卡钩的该第二部的长度。
7.如权利要求2所述的显示装置,其特征在于,该第一部的长度等于或大于该侧板的厚度。
8.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,该背板还包括一与该侧板垂直连接的主体板;该主体板垂直于该侧框。
9.如权利要求8所述的显示装置,其特征在于,该显示装置还包括一中框及一显示面板,该中框固定在该主体板上,该侧板位于该中框及该侧框之间,该显示面板固定在该中框的远离该主体板的一端上。
10.如权利要求9所述的显示装置,其特征在于,该显示装置还包括一光学组件,该光学组件固定在该主体板上且面向该显示面板。
