Abstract

一种显示屏框体组件,其包括框体及装与框体的显示模组,框体上设有通槽,该显示屏框体组件还包括成型于该框体上的加强体及缓冲体,该加强体罩于该通槽上与通槽围成一收容槽,该缓冲体一体成型于通槽内形成该收容槽的周侧壁,显示模组收容于该收容槽内。本发明还涉及一种制造该显示屏框体组件的方法。

显示屏框体组件及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种显示屏框体组件及其制造方法,还涉及一种电子装置壳体组件。
背景技术
现有的便携式电子装置体积都比较轻薄,而塑胶件要一定厚度方可达到强度要求为满足强度要求,所以电子装置的壳体、电路板或者显示屏框体组件一般需要设置加强结构,比如在显示屏框体组件的外框体内增加金属板,增加该显示屏的强度。为满足广大用户对电子装置外观薄型化的要求,业界亦使用嵌件成型方法,即通过将一铁件装入塑模内,与塑胶件模内成型而形成显示屏外框体。该种外框体虽然增加了显示屏的强度,但是并不能对显示屏增加缓冲的保护效果,当电子装置收到外力撞击时,容置造成损伤。而现有技术中的在框体周围装入缓冲泡棉,如此需要人工组装并精准定位,增加组装困难。
发明内容
针对上述问题,有必要提一种保护显示模组的显示屏框体组件。
还有必要提供一种上述显示屏框体组件的制造方法。
一种显示屏框体组件,其包括框体,框体上设有通槽,该显示屏框体组件还包括成型于该框体上的加强体及缓冲体,该加强体罩于该通槽上与通槽的槽周壁围成一收容槽,该缓冲体一体成型于通槽内形成该收容槽的周侧壁,该收容槽用以收容显示模组。
一种显示屏框体组件的制造方法,提供一金属板体,将该金属板体冲压形成一加强体;
提供熔融状态的塑胶体及弹性胶体;
将该加强体装入一第一模具内,通过模内注塑塑胶体于该加强体外围形成一框体,并与所述加强体围成一收容槽;
冷却后,将上述结合于加强体的框体置于第二模具中,注塑熔融的弹性橡胶体于该收容槽内形成一缓冲体,该缓冲体成为收容槽的周侧壁;再次冷却,形成一收容显示模组的显示屏框体组件。
一种电子装置壳体组件,其包括框体,框体上设有通槽,该电子装置壳体组件还包括成型于该框体上的加强体及缓冲体,该加强体罩于该通槽上与通槽的槽周壁围成一收容槽,该缓冲体一体成型于通槽内形成该收容槽的周侧壁,该收容槽用以收容电子装置元件。
上述的显示屏框体组件包括框体及成型与框体的加强体及缓冲体,框体、加强体及缓冲体形成一收容槽,用于收容显示模组,并且该缓冲体作为该收容槽的周侧壁,对现实模组起到缓冲作用。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
本发明显示屏框体组件100适用于移动电话、数码相机、电脑等电子装置。请参阅图1与图2,本发明较佳实施例的显示屏框体组件100包括框体10、加强体30及缓冲体40。
该框体10为一塑胶板体,其可以为电子装置的中壳并通过模内注塑成型。该框体10包括外表面11、与外表面11相对的内表面12及贯穿该框体的通槽13。该通槽13包括槽周壁131。该槽周壁131上间隔开设有数个与该通槽13贯通的卡持槽。本实施例中,该卡持槽包括数个梯形的第一卡槽133及四个矩形第二卡槽134。该四个矩形第二卡槽134间隔排列于该数个第一卡槽133之间。该通槽13为屏幕区,用以装配一显示模组20。
该加强体30为金属材质制成,如不锈钢制成。本实施例中,该加强体30为金属片体冲压一槽状体形成,其包括底板31及设于底板31周缘的侧板32。该侧板32上相对该框体10的第二卡槽134位置设有缺口33。
该缓冲体40为橡胶等弹性材质模内成型,其为中空的矩形框体。该缓冲体40包括外周面41。该外周面41上间隔凸设有数个卡持块。本实施例中,该卡持块包括数个梯形的第一卡块43及四个矩形第二卡块44。该第一卡块43与该第一卡槽133卡持,该第二卡块44与该第二卡槽134卡持。
请一并参阅图3,该加强体30从内表面12上装于该框体10上,并且该底板31将该通槽遮蔽,该侧板32嵌设于该框体10内,该缺口33与该第二卡槽134相对并贯通,该底板31与该通槽13形成一收容所述显示模组20的收容槽(图未标),所述缓冲体40于通槽13内嵌设于该槽周壁131内侧;此时,该卡持块与该卡持槽卡持。
请复参图1,最后该显示模组20装于该收容槽15内,该加强体30的底板31支撑该显示模组,该缓冲体40位于该显示模组20周缘,当该显示屏框体组件受到撞击或跌落时,该框体10对显示模组20产生一定的冲击力,此时,该加强体30增强了框体10的强度,而且缓冲体40由于框体10的冲击力而变形,对显示模组20起到保护的作用。
本实施例中的显示屏框体组件100的制备方法为:
将一不锈钢片材冲压形成所述加强体30;
将所述加强体30置于一第一模具内,通过模内注塑熔融塑胶体于所述模具内形成所述框体10结合于所述加强体10外围;
将所述结合于加强体30的框体10置于第二模具中,注塑熔融的弹性橡胶体于所述模具中形成所述缓冲体40结合于所述框体10与加强体30上并形成一收容槽15。
具体为:先冲压成型所述加强体30,然后将该加强体21放入注塑模具内,提供熔融状态的塑胶体及弹性胶体,通过模内注塑塑胶体成型所述框体10,使该加强体30的侧板嵌于该框体10的槽周壁131内,进而使该加强体30与该框体10结合固定,该加强体30的底板31作为该收容槽15的槽底壁;待冷却后,再次注塑,使该缓冲体40成型于该槽周壁131内侧,并且该卡持块与该卡持槽卡持。如此所述缓冲体40作为该收容槽15的周侧壁,不需要人工组装,也节省粘帖材料。
可以理解,该缓冲体40可以为截面呈“L”型的框体,当该缓冲体40成型于该框体的通槽13内,缓冲体40有一部分与该加强体30抵持,显示模组20装于收容槽15内,其表面周缘可与该缓冲体40抵持。
所述的显示屏框体组件100包括框体10及成型于框体10的加强体30以及二次成型于该框体10上的缓冲体40。该加强体30作为框体10的收容槽15的槽底壁,并嵌设于槽周壁131内,增强了装于该收容槽15内显示模组20的强度,并且该缓冲体40成型于该通槽13的槽周壁131上成为该收容槽15的槽周壁,对显示模组起到缓冲作用。上述显示屏框体组件100可以作为电子装置的壳体组件,以对电子装置内部电子元件达到保护效果。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明较佳实施方式权利要求公开的范围和精神内做其他形式和细节上的各种修改、添加和替换。当然,这些依据本发明较佳实施方式精神所做的各种修改、添加和替换等变化,都应包含在本发明较佳实施方式所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种显示屏框体组件,其包括框体,框体上设有通槽,其特征在于:该显示屏框体组件还包括成型于该框体上的加强体及缓冲体,该加强体罩于该通槽上与通槽的槽周壁围成一收容槽,该缓冲体一体成型于通槽内形成该收容槽的周侧壁,该收容槽用以收容显示模组。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示屏框架组件,其特征在于:该加强体包括底板及设于底板的侧板,该侧板嵌设于该通槽周缘的框体内,该底板与该槽周壁形成所述收容槽且底板为该收容槽的槽底壁。
3.如权利要求2所述的显示屏框体组件,其特征在于:该框体还包括内表面及与内表面相对的外表面,该通槽贯通该内表面及外表面并形成所述槽周壁,该侧板从内表面装设于该框体内,该槽周壁上设有数个卡持槽。
4.如权利要求3所述的显示屏框体组件,其特征在于:该缓冲体成型于该槽周壁上,并设于与该卡持槽相对的卡持块。
5.如权利要求1所述的显示屏框体组件,其特征在于:该加强体为金属板冲压形成。
6.如权利要求1所述的显示屏框体组件,其特征在于:该缓冲体为弹性材料制成的框体。
7.一种显示屏框体组件的制造方法,提供一金属板体,将该金属板体冲压形成一加强体;
提供熔融状态的塑胶体及弹性胶体;
将该加强体装入一第一模具内,通过模内注塑塑胶体于该加强体外围形成一框体,并与所述加强体围成一收容槽;
冷却后,将上述结合于加强体的框体置于第二模具中,注塑熔融的弹性橡胶体于该收容槽内形成一缓冲体,该缓冲体成为收容槽的周侧壁;再次冷却,形成一收容显示模组的显示屏框体组件。
8.如权利要求7所述的显示屏框体组件的制造方法,其特征在于:该框体上形成有通槽,通槽设有槽周壁,该加强体包括底板及设于底板的侧板,该侧板嵌设于该槽周壁内,该底板与该通槽形成所述收容槽且底板为该收容槽的槽底壁。
9.如权利要求8所述的显示屏框体组件的制造方法,其特征在于:该槽周壁上设有数个卡持槽,该缓冲体成型于该槽周壁上,并设于与该卡持槽相对的卡持块。
10.一种电子装置壳体组件,其包括框体,框体上设有通槽,其特征在于:该电子装置壳体组件还包括成型于该框体上的加强体及缓冲体,该加强体罩于该通槽上与通槽的槽周壁围成一收容槽,该缓冲体一体成型于通槽内形成该收容槽的周侧壁,该收容槽用以收容电子装置元件。
