Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种二次注塑的电子通讯产品的边框结构,其包括通过注塑进行连接的金属外壳和软质塑胶组成的内框,所述金属外壳分为三段,还包括单独成型的金属按键,金属按键对应的软质塑胶内框处设有通孔,通孔内设有按键挡布。如果将铝合金边框和TPE采用粘接融合生产工艺技术,避免了金属硬对硬,将机器刮花,而是由TPE与机器上的金属接触,又起到了防撞和减振的效果,铝合金边框和TPE采用粘接融合生产工艺技术充分解决了边框产品无法做表面工艺的缺陷。产品与机器装配机器无刮花的风险。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子通讯产品的配件领域,尤其涉及金属边框与TPE或TPU二次注塑结构。
背景技术
边框结构在电子通讯产品的配件中现已被广泛应用于手机及周边数码电子产品中,目前市场上的边框产品绝大多数都是采用PC+TPE、PC+TPU贴皮等材质组合进行套啤(二次注塑),上述套啤产品由于产品的融合性及可塑性生产时较为方便,但塑胶产品在高温成型过程中比较容易产生披峰,产品成型后由于材质的特殊性会出现变形、开裂等问题,而且PC产品无法喷砂及氧化工艺,达不到金属效果。市面上一般都是直接采用纯铝合CNC(数控机床)加工成边框,作为保护,但因铝合金本身是金属材质,很多机器上也是金属外壳,硬对硬则会刮花机器。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术中问题,本实用新型提供了一种二次注塑的电子通讯产品的边框结构,其包括通过注塑进行连接的金属外壳和软质塑胶组成的内框,所述金属外壳分为三段,还包括单独成型的金属按键,金属按键对应的软质塑胶内框处设有通孔,通孔内设有按键挡布。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述金属外壳的三段为,上边框、左边框和右边框。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述上边框的两端延伸有弧形段,所述弧形段与左边框和右边框对接。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述左边框和右边框的一端分别延伸出弧形段,形成下边框的一部分。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述按键挡布与软质塑胶内框通过粘合连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
如果将铝合金边框和TPE采用粘接融合生产工艺技术,避免了金属硬对硬,将机器刮花,而是由TPE与机器上的金属接触,又起到了防撞和减振的效果,铝合金边框和TPE采用粘接融合生产工艺技术充分解决了边框产品无法做表面工艺的缺陷。产品与机器装配机器无刮花的风险。
使用热塑性聚胺脂橡胶TPE与铝合金无缝粘合套啤,铝合金位置分成三段,降低生产难度的同时在处理披峰问题上让其变得更简单,本产品使用一柔一刚的材料及铝合金的分段式处理让TPE软材无缝镶接,也让变形与断裂变得不再是问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明。
TPE(热塑性弹性体)和PC(聚碳酸酯)TPU(热塑性聚氨酯)。
本实用新型使用氧化镭雕后的铝合金材质与热塑性聚胺脂橡胶TPE两种材质进行套啤,经过反复试验取得成功,通过铝合金与热塑性聚胺脂橡胶TPE套啤技术;铝合金模内定位技术;模内注塑防止热塑性聚胺脂橡胶TPE材质变形技术;五金材料与塑胶材料粘接融合生产工艺技术,在反复调配及在传统材料上进行新的元素配比,旨在解决当前五金材料与塑胶材料粘接融合生产工艺技术在套啤中产品粘接不牢、变形、定位、毛边等不良现象。采用新结构后,五金材料与塑胶材料粘接融合生产工艺技术可实现金属材质与塑胶材质的套啤结合。由于产品是一方材质为金属而另一方材质为软材,所以在模具加工时它们精度要求非常高,公差误差必须控制在0.01~0.03mm以内。
使用热塑性聚胺脂橡胶TPE(TPU)与铝合金无缝粘合套啤(二次注塑),铝合金位置进行分成三段,降低生产难度的同时在处理披峰问题上让其变得更简单,本产品使用一柔一刚的材料及铝合金的分段式处理让TPE软材无缝镶接,也让变形与断裂变得不再是问题,使产品更好的拆装机器。
采用铝合金与热塑性聚胺脂橡胶TPE套啤(二次注塑)结构,用户在使用时不再需要担心产品太软经不起折腾就变形的问题,也不需要担心产品硬度太高导致产品变脆易裂伤手,还可享受铝合金与TPE套啤产品带来的属于金属独有视觉、触觉、感觉,高端时尚、尊而无忧。
如图3所示:
A1~A3为金属外边,材质为铝合金;
Z1~Z2为金属按键,材质为铝合金;
C1~C2为按键挡布,材质为超纤绒布;
D1为软胶内框,材质为TPE或TPU;
A1~A3,Z1~Z2金属零件,通过铝材高温挤压成成品要求大小的毛坯料,再通过计算机数字控制机床,利用计算机将其译码控制数字单元让机床做出产品所需的结构指令而进行加工。由于机床执行规定好了的动作,从而使刀具切削将毛坯料加工成半成品的成品零件;然后放入模具治具中进行定位、数据等一系列调试,OK后,用注塑机注入热塑性聚胺脂橡胶TPE溶液进行塑形,镶接,待冷却后取出流入细加工流水线,进行手工贴挡布,做成成品。

1.一种二次注塑的电子通讯产品的边框结构,其特征在于:其包括通过注塑进行连接的金属外壳和软质塑胶组成的内框,所述金属外壳分为三段,还包括单独成型的金属按键,金属按键对应的软质塑胶内框处设有通孔,通孔内设有按键挡布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的二次注塑的电子通讯产品的边框结构,其特征在于:所述金属外壳的三段为,上边框、左边框和右边框。
3.根据权利要求2所述的二次注塑的电子通讯产品的边框结构,其特征在于:所述上边框的两端延伸有弧形段,所述弧形段与左边框和右边框对接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的二次注塑的电子通讯产品的边框结构,其特征在于:所述左边框和右边框的一端分别延伸出弧形段,形成下边框的一部分。
5.根据权利要求1所述的二次注塑的电子通讯产品的边框结构,其特征在于:所述按键挡布与软质塑胶内框通过粘合连接。
