Abstract

8.一种用于自动变速器中驱动电机的密封件,包括:
金属环,该金属环具有外表面、内表面、第一端和与所述第一端轴向间隔开的第二端,所述第一端具有向内弯曲部分,所述第二端具有向外弯曲部分;固定到所述外表面的外密封件;和固定到所述内表面的内密封件,
其中所述第一端的所述第一向内弯曲部分径向向内延伸超过所述内密封件。
9.如权利要求8所述的驱动电机密封件,其中所述向外弯曲部分被包围在所述外密封件内。
10.如权利要求8所述的驱动电机密封件,其中所述第一端包括平行于所述环的轴线的第一表面。
11.如权利要求8所述的驱动电机密封件,其中所述第二端包括平行于所述环的轴线的第二表面。
12.如权利要求8所述的驱动电机密封件,其中所述外密封件包括至少两个肋。
13.如权利要求8所述的驱动电机密封件,其中所述内密封件包括至少两个肋。
14.一种用于自动变速器的密封组件,包括:
具有多个润滑油孔的驱动电机壳体;
一对环形密封件,该密封件件绕着所述壳体布置以限定与所述孔连通的周向流动通道,所述密封件每个都包括:环,所述环具有外表面、内表面、第一端和与所述第一端轴向间隔开的第二端;固定到所述外表面的外密封件;和固定到所述内表面的内密封件,其中所述第一端具有向内弯曲部分,所述第二端具有向外弯曲部分。
15.如权利要求14所述的密封组件,其中所述第一端向所述内密封件的径向内侧延伸。
16.如权利要求14所述的密封组件,其中所述第二端被包围在所述外密封件内。
17.如权利要求14所述的密封组件,其中所述外密封件包括至少两个肋。
18.如权利要求14所述的密封组件,其中所述内密封件包括至少两个肋。
19.如权利要求14所述的密封组件,还包括变速器壳体,该变速器壳体具有与所述一对密封件接合的内表面。
20.如权利要求14所述的密封组件,其中所述环是金属的。
