Abstract

本发明提供一种起重机垂直吊装激光监视装置,包括借鉴现有以铅垂线为基准观察起重机垂直吊装的状况,其特点是在起重机臂杆上端装设激光发生器,在起重机上安设探头,将起重机吊装时的提升和激光光束图象,经画面斜率处理器后显示于司机操作台旁的屏幕上。以便司机以铅垂的基准激光光束为准,参看提升滑轮组提升绳偏斜角度被放大的画面和沿四周散射的辅助激光光束画面,调控起重机吊装消除吊钩的偏角。在流动式起重机等起重机上设置起重机垂直吊装激光监视装置,可提高控制垂直吊装的精度。

起重机垂直吊装激光监视装置
技术领域  起重机垂直吊装激光监视装置(本装置,下同)属于起重机吊装监控技术领域,确切地说它是监视流动式起重机等起重机垂直吊装和为控制垂直吊装提供依据的一种装置。
背景技术  流动式起重机抬吊立式重物时,辅机抬送速度应与主机提升速度相匹配,要求辅机抬送速度与主机提升速度的比值,要随着被吊立式重物与水平间夹角的增大不断改变,当辅机抬送速度跟不上或过快时,起重机吊钩均会产生偏角,而流动式起重机稳定性差要求垂直吊装,其吊钩偏角应小于3°,为此起重机抬吊时对其提升的垂直度要进行监视,有的采用激光经纬仪,有的通过吊线观察起重机吊钩的垂直状态。
发明内容  为了提高起重机垂直吊装控制的精度发明本装置。本装置包括:在臂杆上装设具有发出铅垂朝下基准激光光束同时发出与基准激光光束夹角为一定值向四周散射的辅助激光光束功能的激光发生器,在起重机上选择二个位置,各安设一个不同方向的探头,将起重机吊装工件时提升滑轮组的提升和激光光束的图像,经具有单独将图象横向放大功能的画面斜率处理器后,显示于司机操作台旁的屏幕上,二个画面的取舍由司机操控。吊装时司机以铅垂朝下的激光光束为基准,参看提升滑轮组提升吊钩偏角被放大的画面和辅助激光光束的画面,及时调控提升滑轮组提升绳的方向,消除吊钩偏角实现垂直吊装。
在流动式起重机等起重机上设置本装置,并依据其显示的画面调控起重机,可提高起重机垂直吊装的精度。
具休实施方式  ①通过连接件和球绞将激光发生器装设于与提升滑轮组定滑轮并排的起重机臂杆上端。由于经过球绞联结(即与激光发生器联结带长柄的球头,置于经连接件与臂杆联结的球穴之中),在激光发生器的自重(必要时加重)和球绞(球头和球穴的球面接触)自动调整下,在起重机提升过程中激光发生器始终发出铅垂朝下深红色基准激光和与基准激光光束夹角为3°向四周散射的黄色辅助激光光束。
②在起重机上选择二个位置,通过支架各安设一个不同方向的探头,各自将吊装时提升滑轮组的提升和激光光束的图象,经加入画面斜率处理编程的具有单独将图象横向放大功能的专用计算机,各显示于司机操作台旁的屏幕上,二个画面的取舍由司机操控。
由于图象中铅垂的直线经单独将图象横向放大后其方向不变,而非铅垂的直线斜率的绝对值则变小。吊装时司机仍以铅垂的激光光束为基准,参看提升滑轮组提升绳偏斜角度被放大的画面和辅助激光光束画面,调控提升滑轮组提升角度,实现起重机的垂直安装。

Claims (4)

1.起重机垂直吊装激光监视装置,其特征是,在与起重机提升滑轮组定滑轮并排位置上装设激光发生器,在起重机上安设探头将起重机提升滑轮组的提升和铅垂朝下的基准激光光束以及辅助激光光束图象,经画面斜率处理器单独将图象的横向放大后,显示于司机操作台旁的屏幕上。
2.根据权利1所述的起重机垂直吊装激光监视装置,其特征是,激光发生器在起重机提升过程始终发出铅垂朝下基准激光光束和辅助激光光束,图象中铅垂的基准激光方向从探头经画面斜率处理器至显示屏的全过程不变,始终铅垂朝下。
3.根据权利1所述的起重机垂直吊装激光监视装置,其特征是,画面斜率处理器具有单独将图象横向放大的功能,进入画面斜率处理器的图象中属于铅垂的直线经图象横向放大后方向不变;属于非铅垂的直线经图象横向放大后斜率的绝对值变小。
4.根据权利1所述的起重机垂直吊装激光监视装置,其特征是,激光发生器允许作成只发射铅垂朝下基准激光光束的类型。
