本发明属汽车零部件,具体涉及一种汽车V型推力杆。
背景技术:
现有多桥汽车推力杆是由拉杆两端上固连吊耳构成,车辆行驶转弯是靠吊耳内的衬套进行缓冲,其缺点是当转弯扭力过大时会使吊耳内衬套破损,推力杆长度变化定位不准,桥与桥之间失去平行和各桥轮胎不行一线,加重轮胎的磨损,降低了轮胎的使用寿命。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、不易产生定形性弯曲,在正常行驶时保证桥与桥之间的平行和各桥轮胎行一线的强度高的汽车V型推拉杆。
本发明的技术方案是:一种汽车V型推力杆,其特征是:前吊耳为“V”字型,在前吊耳的“V”字型开口端上对称设有穿钉拉杆套,穿钉拉杆套内设螺套,穿钉拉杆一端设钉帽位于穿钉拉杆套内,另一端由螺套中孔穿出与后吊耳螺纹连接,在穿钉拉杆上设有与其螺纹连接的弹簧调整螺帽,弹簧调整螺帽与螺套之间的穿钉拉杆上设有弹簧。
其中,为了阻止灰尘进穿钉拉杆套内,在穿钉拉杆上设密封圈,密封圈通过压盖固装于穿钉拉杆套的开口端上。
由于采用上述技术方案,呈V型设有两个推力杆,在汽车转弯时,内推力杆的弹簧受力缩短,使桥与桥之间形成外圈宽,内圈窄,轮胎随从转弯的状态,减少了轮胎与路面横向磨擦和行车阻力,穿钉拉杆不易弯曲变形,直行后,穿钉拉杆在弹簧的作用下复位,保持桥与桥之间的标准位置,因而具有不易产生定形性弯曲,在正常行驶时保证桥与桥之间的平行和各桥轮胎行一线,能提高轮胎使用寿命的优点。

参考图1图2,一种汽车V型推力杆,前吊耳1为“V”字型,在前吊耳1的“V”字型开口端上对称设有穿钉拉杆套7,穿钉拉杆套7内设螺套8,穿钉拉杆2一端设钉帽位于穿钉拉杆套7内,另一端由螺套8中孔穿出与后吊耳5螺纹连接,在穿钉拉杆2上设有与其螺纹连接的弹簧调整螺帽4,弹簧调整螺帽4与螺套8之间的穿钉拉杆2上设有弹簧3。为了阻止灰尘进穿钉拉杆套内,在穿钉拉杆2上设密封圈6,密封圈6通过压盖固装于穿钉拉杆套7的开口端上。

1.一种汽车V型推力杆,其特征是:前吊耳(1)为“V”字型,在前吊耳(1)的“V”字型开口端上对称设有穿钉拉杆套(7),穿钉拉杆套(7)内设螺套(8),穿钉拉杆(2)一端设钉帽位于穿钉拉杆套(7)内,另一端由螺套(8)中孔穿出与后吊耳(5)螺纹连接,在穿钉拉杆(2)上设有与其螺纹连接的弹簧调整螺帽(4),弹簧调整螺帽(4)与螺套(8)之间的穿钉拉杆(2)上设有弹簧(3)。
2.按权利要求1所述的一种汽车V型推力杆,其特征是在穿钉拉杆(2)上设密封圈(6),通过压盖固装于穿钉拉杆套(7)的开口端上。
