Abstract

一种免蒸养加气砌块,其特征在于:组份为:水泥30-35份、水渣20-25份,粉煤灰30-35份,水10-15份,发泡剂0.5-1份。其生产方法依次包括以下步骤:1)配制发泡剂、2)原料混合、3)发泡、4)注模、5)养护。采用本发明,由于在发泡剂中上添加了偶氮二甲酰胺,加气砌块的收缩率低,克服了成品尺寸偏差的缺点,强度达到3.5mp,具有体积密度低导热系数小,耐火性强,吸水性差,隔音性能好,抗震性强等特性,有利于环保并能飘浮于水面。

一种免蒸养加气砌块及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及轻质墙材的建筑材料的制造技术,尤其是关于一种免蒸养加气砌块及其生产方法。
背景技术
目前,墙材市场的轻质材料主要是蒸压加气块。它是利用铝粉、石膏等材料化学反应发泡经蒸汽养护水化作用而制成的,其前期设备投资较高,制作成本偏高,采用水泥发泡混凝土技术生产的加气砌块容易产生收缩现象,问题不易解决。
发明内容
为了克服加气块容易收缩的缺陷,本发明的目的是利用物理制泡化学催化手段,制成的加气砌块,既有别于传统蒸养加气块的制作方法。又等同于蒸养加气块的品质特性。
本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的:一种免蒸养加气砌块,是由水泥30-35份、水渣20-25份,粉煤灰30-35份,水10-15份,发泡剂0.5-1份组成。
上述的1份发泡剂包括偶氮二甲酰胺1-5份、松香20-25份、骨胶17-23份、水溶性丙烯酸1-3份和氢氧化钠1-3份。
本发明的生产方法依次包括以下步骤:1)配制发泡剂、2)原料混合、3)发泡、4)注模、5)养护。其特征在于:
1)配制发泡剂是:将偶氮二甲酰胺、松香、骨胶、水溶性丙烯酸和氢氧化钠按以上比例混合,待用;
2)、原料混合是:取水泥、水渣,粉煤灰按以上比例混合经搅拌机搅拌2-5分钟,再按以上比例加水加发泡剂搅拌3-5分钟为混料;
3)、发泡是:将上述混料注入到贮液罐中,混料以6-8kg/cm2压力从进液口进入,同时在进汽口通入6-8kg/cm2等压气压,在气压和液压的作用下,发泡剂经雾化器将混料雾化,通过玻璃珠,筛网从出液口排出均匀连续泡抹;
所述的发泡装置是由进汽口、进液口和出液口组成,进汽口在发泡装置的顶部,进液口在侧部,在进液口的下部设有雾化器,出液口的上部和进液中的下部分别设有玻璃珠、筛网;
4)、注模是:将上述步骤3)中排出的混料经搅拌后注入定制模具成型;
5)、养护是:模具成型等其自然养护达到一定强度后,拆模,再经8小时、25℃保养后即形成密度为600-900kg/m3的加气砌块。
采用本发明,由于在发泡剂中上添加了偶氮二甲酰胺,加气砌块的收缩率低,克服了成品尺寸偏差的缺点,强度达到3.5mp,具有体积密度低导热系数小,耐火性强,吸水性差,隔音性能好,抗震性强等特性,有利于环保并能飘浮于水面。

具体实施方式
实施例1:一种免蒸养加气砌块,其配比为:水泥30份、水渣25份,粉煤灰29.5份,水15份,发泡剂0.5份。
1、首先制备发泡剂:1份发泡剂中取偶氮二甲酰胺2份、松香20份、骨胶20份、水溶性丙烯酸1份和氢氧化钠1份混均,配制的该发泡剂,具有发泡能力强、稳泡性好、泡沫均匀连续,持泡时间长等特点,并对加气砌块有补偿的功能。
2、原料混合:取水泥、水渣,粉煤灰(三级灰)经搅拌机搅拌2-5分钟,加水加发泡剂搅拌3-5分钟为混料。
3、发泡:将上述混料注入到贮液罐中,混料以6-8kg/cm2压力从进液口进入发泡装置,同时在进汽口通入6-8kg/cm2气压,在气压和液压的作用下,发泡装置中的雾化器将混料雾化,经过玻璃珠,筛网从出液口排出;本发泡装置,经过多次实践,改进并完善的一套装置,主要由进汽口、进液口、喷雾器、筛网、玻璃珠等组成。具有发泡均匀,泌水率低的特点。
4、注模:将上述混料搅拌均匀后注入定制模具成型。
5、养护:模具成型等其自然养护达到一定强度后,拆模,再经8小时、25℃保养后即形成密度为600-900kg/m3的加气砌块。其后期强度达到3.5mp,完全符合国家有关标准。有利于环保。

Claims (4)

1、一种免蒸养加气砌块,其特征在于:组份为:水泥30-35份、水渣20-25份,粉煤灰30-35份,水10-15份,发泡剂0.5-1份。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种免蒸养加气砌块,其特征在于:所述的1份发泡剂包括:偶氮二甲酰胺1-5份、松香20-25份、骨胶17-23份、水溶性丙烯酸1-3份和氢氧化钠1-3份。
3、一种制备权利要求1的生产方法,依次包括以下步骤:1)配制发泡剂、2)原料混合、3)发泡、4)注模、5)养护,其特征在于:
1)配制发泡剂是:将偶氮二甲酰胺、松香、骨胶、水溶性丙烯酸和氢氧化钠按以上比例混合,待用;
2)、原料混合:取水泥、水渣,粉煤灰经搅拌机搅拌2-5分钟,加水加发泡剂搅拌3-5分钟为混料;
3)、发泡:将上述混料注入到贮液罐中,混料以6-8kg/cm2压力从进液口(2)进入,同时在进汽口(1)通入6-8kg/cm2气压,在气压和液压的作用下,发泡装置中的雾化器(3)将混料雾化,经过玻璃珠(5)、筛网(4)从出液口(6)排出;
4)、注模:将上述步骤3)的混料搅拌均匀,注入定制模具成型;
5)、养护:模具成型等其自然养护达到一定强度后,拆模,再经8小时、25℃保养后即形成密度为600-900kg/m3的加气砌块。
4、根据权利要求3所述的一种免蒸养加气砌块的生产方法,其特征在于:所述的发泡装置是由进汽口(1)、进液口(2)和出液口(6)组成,进汽口(1)在发泡装置的顶部,进液口(2)在侧部,在进液口(2)的下部设有雾化器(3),出液口(6)的上部和进液口(2)的下部分别设有筛网(4)、玻璃珠(5)。
