背景技术

发明内容

根据本发明,采用权利要求1的特征来解决该问题。从属权利要求限定了合适的进一步的方案。
根据本发明的单元由进气装置和增压空气冷却器构成,其特征在于,燃烧空气可以经由进气装置的进气壳体被供给到内燃机的汽缸中,其中,整个单元必须经由进气壳体被固定在内燃机的汽缸盖处。在进气壳体中设有开口,该开口与汽缸盖中的相应汽缸入口连通。

增压空气冷却器3位于固定凸缘4的远离开口5的那侧。增压空气冷却器3被设置到进气壳体(在图1中未示出)中并被固定到固定凸缘4或者进气壳体的任何其它部件上。经由通向控制阀7的流入端口6来确保供给到进气装置和增压空气冷却器单元1的空气供给,根据控制阀7的位置,进入的燃烧空气从控制阀经由管部8被选择性地传送到增压空气冷却器3的入口侧,或者经由旁路9通过绕过增压空气冷却器3而直接被传送到空气管10中,该空气管10形成直接设置在固定凸缘4处的进气流入室,该空气管10与固定凸缘4中的开口5连通。尤其在冷启动后执行具有打开的旁路9和绕过增压空气冷却器3的该操作方法,以实现内燃机以及位于内燃机的下游的废气净化系统的快速变热。然而,在常规操作中,借助于控制阀9的相应转换位置来使旁路9关闭,并且进入的燃烧空气经由管部8被供给到增压空气冷却器3中,在增压空气冷却器3中,压缩后的燃烧空气被冷却下来。然后,冷却下来的燃烧空气在固定凸缘4处被供给到空气管10中,并经由开口从这里被供给到内燃机的汽缸入口中。为了转换控制阀7,设置用于该控制阀的致动器,借助于由内燃机的调整和控制单元发出的致动信号来致动该控制阀。固定凸缘4具有镗孔11,螺钉可以被插入通过该镗孔11,借助于此,整个单元1被固定在内燃机的汽缸盖处。增压空气冷却器3被集成到单元1中,使得以附图标记12表示的流过方向相对于固定凸缘4和被容纳在其中的开口5的平面被垂直定向。该实施例的优点是由被引入到单元1并流动通过单元1的燃烧空气带来的偏转数减少。具体地,一旦燃烧空气已经进入增压空气冷却器,就不需要任何偏转;燃烧空气当然可以直接向前流动通过增压空气冷却器3并可以被排出单元1。
在根据图2的实施例的示例中,可以看到进气壳体13,增压空气冷却器3被集成到该进气壳体13中。图2还示出了空气管10,该空气管10平行于固定凸缘4并横向于通过增压空气冷却器的流过方向延伸并直接抵靠在固定凸缘上。被容纳在固定凸缘4中的开口5从空气管10分叉。
在图2中示出了改进版本的通向单元1的空气进气部。两个分立的控制阀7a和7b中每一个被设计为节流阀并且在关闭位置和打开位置之间转换。第一节流阀7a位于管部8中,管部8从流入端口6分叉并通向增压空气冷却器的入口。第二节流阀7b位于旁路9中,通过绕过增压空气冷却器3来使流入端口6与空气管10连接。管部8通到流入管14中,该流入管14集成在进气壳体13中并被直接设置在增压空气冷却器3的上游。
从图3中可以看出,增压空气冷却器3具有封闭在底板15和盖板16之间的薄板结构,底板15和盖板16形成增压空气冷却器的壳体。底板15和盖板16被拧在一起。增压空气冷却器3可以被拧到进气装置2的进气壳体13上;为了实现该目的,焊接螺母17被设置在金属板15和16处。在另一实施例(未示出)中,增压空气冷却器可以由铜焊在一起的板的芯部形成,所述芯部被固定到进气壳体上。如在前述实施例中,一些翅片被设置在板之间,以增强热交换能力。
在根据图4的实施例的示例中,除了进气装置2和增压空气冷却器外,单元1还包括废气冷却器18,该废气冷却器被集成到进气装置2的壳体中或被附接到进气壳体的外部,使得废气冷却器18在构造意义上也是单元1的一部分。在功能上,废气冷却器18属于废气再循环系统,废气经由该废气再循环系统从废气系统经由再循环管路被传送到进气系统中,在进气系统中,废气被添加到燃烧空气。在该示例中,这一点可以经由通向空气管10的管路19来实现,空气管10经由固定凸缘4中的开口与汽缸入口连通。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于内燃机的进气装置和增压空气冷却器单元,该进气装置和增压空气冷却器单元具有进气装置(2)的进气壳体(13)以及增压空气冷却器(3),燃烧空气经由所述进气壳体(13)能够被供给到所述内燃机的汽缸中,其中,所述进气壳体(13)被附接到所述内燃机的汽缸盖上,并且所述燃烧空气经由开口(5)被传送到所述汽缸盖中的汽缸入口中,其特征在于,所述增压空气冷却器(3)被集成到所述进气壳体(13)中,使得所述燃烧空气沿着与容纳所述开口(5)的固定凸缘(4)垂直的方向流动通过所述增压空气冷却器(3),在所述进气壳体(13)中设置一控制阀(7),进入的空气流经由所述控制阀(7)能够被传送到所述增压空气冷却器(3)中或者被传送到绕过所述增压空气冷却器(3)的旁路(9)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的进气装置和增压空气冷却器单元,其特征在于所述固定凸缘(4)位于所述进气壳体(13)中,借助于所述固定凸缘(4),所述进气装置(2)被附接到所述内燃机的所述汽缸盖上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的进气装置和增压空气冷却器单元,其特征在于所述固定凸缘(4)具有使所述进气壳体固定到所述内燃机的上固定部件和下固定部件,其中,所述上固定部件和所述下固定部件分别位于所述开口(5)上方和所述开口(5)下方,并且其中所述固定凸缘(4)由此限定在所述上固定部件和所述下固定部件之间的高度h,并且其中,所述增压空气冷却器单元的高度h′小于所述高度h。
4.根据权利要求2所述的进气装置和增压空气冷却器单元,其特征在于在所述固定凸缘(4)中设置空气入口管(10)的开口(5)。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述的进气装置和增压空气冷却器单元,其特征在于所述增压空气冷却器(3)直接定位于所述固定凸缘(4)的上游。
6.根据权利要求1-4中的任一项所述的进气装置和增压空气冷却器单元,其特征在于所述增压空气冷却器(3)被装配在进气壳体(13)中并被附接在所述进气壳体(13)中。
7.根据权利要求6所述的进气装置和增压空气冷却器单元,其特征在于所述增压空气冷却器(3)以刚性装配或摩擦接合装配而被附接在所述进气壳体(13)中。
8.根据权利要求1-4中的任一项所述的进气装置和增压空气冷却器单元,其特征在于还包括设置在所述进气壳体(13)处的废气冷却器(18),经由一废气再循环装置的进气系统被再循环的废气经由所述废气冷却器(18)被冷却。
9.根据权利要求8所述的进气装置和增压空气冷却器单元,其特征在于所述废气冷却器(18)相对于所述燃烧空气的流动方向(12)布置在所述增压空气冷却器(3)旁边。
