−第1動作モードでは、供給ガス2、7は直接的にマニホルド11内に向けて送られ、それらの流量は、大なり小なり開口されたバタフライフラップ10b’によって調整される。
−第2動作モードでは、マニホルド11のガス供給は閉鎖されている。

Claims (9)
- 自動車両用熱エンジンのシリンダヘッド上にガスを導入するガス吸気装置にして、熱交換器(14)と、熱交換器(14)の流入口ハウジング(26)と、熱交換器(14)の流出口ハウジング(11)とを備えた装置であって、熱交換器(14)は装置の構成要素であり、流入口ハウジング(26)と流出口ハウジング(11)は熱交換器(14)上に固定されていることを特徴とする、装置。
- 熱交換器(14)が、熱を熱交換器(14)の包囲体を横断するガスと交換する手段(38)が延在した包囲体を画定した金属枠(34、35、36、37)を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 熱交換器(14)の枠がアルミニウムで製作され、ハウジング(26、11)はプラスチック材料で製作されている、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 流入口ハウジング(26)と流出口ハウジング(11)の固定がボルト締めによって実施される際に、装置は、流出口ハウジング(26)のボリューム内に、または流出口ハウジング(26)のボリュームと連通してボルトが位置付けられないように構成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- シリンダヘッド内にガスを導入するマニホルド(11)を備え、マニホルド(11)は熱交換器(14)の流出口ハウジング(11)を形成している、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記熱交換器(14)が、穴(61)が設けられた固定用前フランジ(60)を備え、前記収集器は、固定用前フランジの穴(61)に延びる対応した穴(62)を備え、ネジを通過させて前記装置を前記シリンダヘッドに固定するようにしている、請求項5に記載の装置。
- マニホルド(11)内にガスを供給する、マニホルド(11)内に直接的または熱交換器(14)を通じて間接的に開口した弁(10)を備え、弁(10)とマニホルド(11)は、エンジンのシリンダヘッド上に固定されることを目的としたユニットモジュール(20)として一体化され、前記モジュール(20)は熱交換器(14)上に固定されている、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 弁(10)が、流入口導管(10a)と、マニホルド(11)内に開口した直接流出口導管(10b)と、熱交換器(1)の流入口ハウジング(26)内に開口した間接流出口導管(10c)とを備えた二重弁(10)である、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 燃焼室(13)と、燃焼室(13)の流入口を形成したシリンダヘッド(12)と、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置の特徴を備えた、シリンダヘッド(12)内にガスを導入する装置とを備える、自動車両用熱エンジン。
