−両方のバタフライフラップ10b’、10c’が閉鎖されている第2モード。
−バタフライフラップ10b’が閉鎖され、バタフライフラップ10c’は開放されている第3モード。
−第1動作モードでは、供給ガス2、7は直接的にマニホルド11内に向けて送られ、それらの流量は、大なり小なり開口されたバタフライフラップ10b’によって調整される。
−第2動作モードでは、マニホルド11のガス供給は閉鎖されている。

Claims (16)
- 自動車両用熱エンジンのシリンダヘッド内にガスを導入するガス吸気装置であって、ガス吸気マニホルド(11)と、マニホルド(11)に直接的、かつ熱交換器(14)を通じて間接的に連通したマニホルド(11)のガス供給弁(10)とを備え、弁(10)とマニホルド(11)は、エンジンのシリンダヘッド上に固定して設けられたユニットモジュール(20)として一体化されている、装置。
- 弁(10)が、流入口導管(10a)、直接流出口導管(10b)、および間接流出口導管(10c)を備えた二重弁(10)であり、このような弁は、各導管内で供給ガス流量を制御する手段をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 熱交換器(14)が、ユニットモジュール(20)として弁(10)およびマニホルド(11)とも一体化されている、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 熱交換器(14)がガス流入口ハウジング(26)とガス流出口ハウジング(11)内に開口し、弁(10)の間接流出口導管(10c)はガス流入口ハウジング(26)内に開口し、直接流出口導管は上記熱交換器(14)の流出口ハウジング内に開口している、請求項3に記載の装置。
- マニホルド(11)が上記熱交換器(14)の流出口ハウジング(11)を形成している、請求項4に記載の装置。
- モジュール(20)が、上記熱交換器(14)の流入口ハウジング(26)と、マニホルド(11)と、上記熱交換器(14)用のケーシング(27)とが配置されたボリュームを、蓋(25)と共に画定した一体型ハウジング(24)を備える、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 熱交換器(14)が、モジュール(20)の構成要素を形成し、入力ハウジング(26)およびマニホルド(11)は上記熱交換器(14)上に固定されている、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記熱交換器(14)が、穴(61)が設けられた固定用前フランジ(60)を備え、前記収集器は、固定用前フランジの穴(61)を連続させる対応した穴(62)を備え、ネジを通過させて前記装置を前記シリンダヘッドに固定するようにしている、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 排出ガス吸気モジュール(17)がユニットモジュール(20)上に組み立てられ、マニホルド(11)内に開口している、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 弁が、マニホルド(11)内に導入される排出ガス流れ(17)に対する調整機能を果たす、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 弁(10)が、マニホルド内に直接的に導入されるガスの流量に対する調整機能、ならびに/あるいはガス流入口ハウジング内に導入されるガスの流量に対する調整機能を果たす、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 熱交換器の流入口ハウジングと流出口ハウジングがそれぞれ、熱交換器によって占拠されたケーシング(27)を超えて平行に延在した突出部(32a、32b)を備え、前記弁(10)は前記2つの突出部の間に収容されている、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 流入口ハウジングの前記突出部(32b)にはポート(23)が設けられ、上記流出口ハウジングにもポート(32a)が設けられ、それぞれはガス流入口ハウジング内と前記ガス流出口ハウジング内へのガスの流入のために設けられており、前記ポート(21、23)は互いに直面するように位置付けられ、前記間接流出口導管と直接流出口導管はそれぞれ前記ポート内に開口している、請求項12に記載の装置。
