Abstract

本发明公开一种用松轻油制备的高温清洁工业燃料技术,其主要的技术方案为:松轻油分别以一定的比例与甲醇,乙醇,石油醚在调和罐里进行充分混合,最后得到均匀的乳液就是高温清洁工业燃料油。本发明不但降低工业清洁燃油的成本,还大大减轻了燃料燃烧后的尾气污染。这个温度和热量适合高级陶瓷和工艺品的烧制及高温清洁冶炼行业等。

技术领域:
本发明属于一种工业燃料的制备方法,尤其是一种用松轻油制备的高温清洁工业燃料技术。
技术背景:
当前,工业清洁燃料主要以柴油和生物柴油为主,相对来讲虽然要比石油渣高级很多,清洁不少。但是,使用成本也大大提高,而且燃烧时排出的二氧化碳和积碳的程度也是不容忽视。用松轻油制备的清洁燃料不但成本低,而且燃烧时排出的污染要比柴油少的多,几乎达到无积碳的程度。此清洁燃料的最高燃烧温度为1300度,总热量为9000大卡。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种用松轻油制备的高温清洁工业燃料的技术,应用此方法有效的降低了清洁燃料的成本,还大大的减轻了燃烧尾气的污染。此清洁燃料的最高燃烧温度为1300度,总热量为9000大卡。这个温度和热量适合高级陶瓷和工艺品的烧制及高温清洁冶炼行业等。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
乌油经过深蒸馏提出轻质馏分后为松轻油和有机溶剂重新有机的组合形成一种新的高温清洁工业燃料。其工艺步骤为:
将乌油轻质馏分后的松轻油(3)与95%以上的甲醇(4)按质量比1∶0.01-0.2在常温混合于密闭调和罐(1)里,充分搅拌后形成乳液A;再与90%以上的乙醇(4)按质量比1∶0.01-0.2混合加入经搅拌成均匀的乳液B;最后与石油醚(4)按照质量比1∶0.01-0.2加入密闭调和罐(1)里经搅拌后形成均匀的乳液,既是高温清洁工业燃料,最后把成品燃料油利用压力差放进燃料油罐(2)准备使用。

具体的实施方案:
实施例一:(松轻油与加入有机溶剂的比例)
将100kg乌油轻质馏分后的重油(3)与95%以上的甲醇(4)按质量比1∶0.1在常温混合于密闭调和罐(1)里,充分搅拌后得到110kg得混合液,再与90%以上的乙醇(4)按质量比1∶0.1混合加入经搅拌得到120kg的均匀混合液,最后与石油醚(4)按照质量比1∶0.1加入密闭调和罐(1)里,经搅拌后形成均匀乳液130kg,既是高温清洁工业燃料,最后把成品燃料油利用压力差放进燃料油罐(2)。

Claims (1)

1.一种用松轻油制备高温清洁工业燃料的方法,是将100kg乌油轻质馏分后的松轻油与95%以上的甲醇按质量比1∶0.1在常温混合于密闭调和罐(1)里,充分搅拌后得到110kg混合液;再与90%以上的乙醇按质量比1∶0.1混合加入经搅拌得到120kg的均匀混合液;最后与石油醚按照质量比1∶0.1加入密闭调和罐里经搅拌后形成均匀的乳液130kg,得到高温清洁工业燃料,最后把成品燃料油利用压力差放进燃料油成品罐(2)准备使用;
所述高温清洁工业燃料的最高燃烧温度为1300度,总热量为9000大卡。
