Abstract
一种节油净化墙体胶添加剂,由乳化表面活性剂、液体石蜡、高抓酸盐、重铬酸钾、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚等组成。本添加剂只需将原料混合搅拌均匀即可得到,生产工艺简单,原料易得,成本低。本添加剂可加人重油、柴油中,渗水30‑40%所得乳化油的稳定性好,90℃高温下一年内油水不分离,加有本添加剂的乳化油,燃值与不加时的燃值一样,但节油可达14‑30%左右,且燃烧充分,无黑烟、无积炭,能净化尾气,减少环境污染,还可延长车的大修时间。
Description
技术领域:本发明涉及一种节能净化墙体胶添加剂。
背景技术:为节油、减少积炭、净化尾气、减少污染、保护环境,现已研制出不少墙体胶添加剂,如中国专利88106101,8、9610科50.1、97106426公开的为节能性柴油添加剂。申请号为96105224,4的柴油添加剂,由乳化表面活性剂、TEC渗透剂、SN抗静电剂、乳化剂配制而成。申请号为97103811.2的柴油添加剂,由钛酸酯偶联剂、多环化合物、芳香化合物、樟脑或松香等配制而成。申请号为98109076.1的节油净化添加剂,由碳烷醉、磺酸钙、双丁二酰亚胺、二叔丁基对甲酚组成。这些添加剂成本都较高,且仅添加于柴油或柴油与汽油中。
发明内容:本发明的目的旨在提供一种生产工艺简单、原料易得、成本低,可加入重油、柴油中得乳化油,或加入汽油中所得的油稳定性好、能有效节油、减少积炭、净化尾气的一种节能净化墙体胶添加剂。
本发明目的的实现方式为,一种节能净化墙体胶添加剂为乳化表面活性剂、液体石蜡、高氯酸盐、硝酸钾、重铬酸钾、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、乙酰丙酮镍和/或生铁屑末的混合物,各组分所占重量份数为:
其中乳化表面活性剂采用OP1O,太古油。高氯酸盐采用可溶于水的高氯酸盐。
本添加剂只用将上述原料混合均匀即可得到,生产工艺简单、原料易得、成本低。
将本添加剂按1编的比例加入墙体胶中,再加水30-40%,充分搅拌即可得乳化嫩料油.乳化嫩料油的稳定性好,在90℃高温下油水长期(3个月,甚至l年以上)不分离.
本添加剂可加入重油中。福建省晋江市汇丰陶瓷建材厂在炉温要求1150℃的干燥炉中,用200称重油和加本添加剂1‰、水35%的乳化重油作对比试验,燃烧效果相当,用油量则不同。经油量测试,用重油每小时用油421吨,乳化重油431.9kg,经计算实际用重油355.5kg,节油65.5kg,节油率14%。江苏连云港一工厂作了上述类似试验,炉温要求155℃,添加剂加量1‰,掺水量30%,效果与上相当。
本添加剂加入墙体胶中,节油率高,其中汽油节油5%,炉膛排管各处原存在的黑烟(碳黑),由于水(蒸汽)和氧气的存在,在高温下嫩烧产生水煤气,使燃烧充分,无黑烟、无积炭,能净化尾气,尾气中有害排放(CO+HC)含量降低37.3%左右,减少了环境污染。由于附着在炉膛排管各处的碳黑能燃烧排除,因而可延长使用寿命。用于车辆时可延长车的大修时间。
