Abstract

本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,属于一种透明PC/PET复合材料及其制备方法,该复合材料由下述组分质量份制备而成:PC(聚碳酸酯)70-90%,PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)10-30%,相容剂0-0.5%,透明剂0.1-0.3%,抗氧剂0-0.5%。本发明材料透光度>80%,23℃下的悬臂梁缺口冲击强度10-55KJ/m2,弯曲模量2100-2400MPa,260℃、5Kg时的熔融指数10-30g/10min,0.45MPa热变形温度>130℃。该透明PC/PET复合材料具有高透明度、高力学性能、耐热性及尺寸稳定性好的特点,在保证PC透明性和力学性能的同时,改善了PC的耐油性、耐溶剂性、耐磨损性、耐应力开裂和加工流动性。可广泛应用于家电、电子电器、建材、汽车等领域。

Description

一种透明PC/PET复合材料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种透明PC/PET复合材料的制备方法。 
背景技术
PC(聚碳酸酯)具有优异的透明性、力学强度、热稳定性,是五大通用工程塑料之一。然而PC存在熔体粘度高、成型加工难、不耐油和溶剂等缺点。PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)是结晶性材料,耐油性和耐溶剂性优异,然而PET单独使用时,存在耐热性差、力学强度不高等缺点。 
目前国内对PC/PET复合材料研究不多,尤其关于透明PC/PET复合材料几乎没有。如,中国专利《一种PC/PET合金的制备方法》,专利申请号:200710074569.2,报道了一种非透明PC/PET复合材料的制备方法;中国专利《一种PC/PET合金的制备方法》,专利申请号:200710019829.6,报道一种PC/PET复合材料的制备方法,该方法属于材料成型加工领域,加工过程较为复杂,需通过预结晶、干燥、混炼塑化、口模成型、冷却压光等工序制得PC/PET合金片材。该发明虽有提及合金材料透明性,但并没有提供相关数据且没有详细说明。因此,如何通过简易的加工工序制备出透明性高、力学强度优良的PC/PET复合材料,以替代PC用于对透明性、耐油耐溶剂性、耐热性较高的领域,将具有重要的实际应用价值,相关途径还未见报道。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足而提供一种制备容易、低成本、透明性好、热稳定性佳、力学性能优异的透明PC/PET复合材料的制备方法。 
本发明的上述目的可以通过以下技术方案实现: 
一种透明PC/PET复合材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤: 
(1)以下组分按重量百分比为: 
(A)PC                70-90%; 
(B)PET               10-30%; 
(C)相容剂            0-0.5%; 
(D)透明剂            0.1-0.3%; 
(E)抗氧剂            0-0.5%; 
上述各组分配方树脂比例总和为100%; 
(2)将PC、PET树脂于110℃-120℃鼓风干燥3-6小时; 
(3)将干燥好的PC和PET树脂、相容剂、透明剂、抗氧剂依次加入搅拌机中,在300-500转/分的转速下搅拌混合3-5分钟; 
(4)将上述混合物加入双螺杆挤出机中,经熔融挤出造粒即得成品。加工工艺如下:螺杆挤出机一区温度200-215℃,二区温度220-240℃,三区温度220-240℃,四区温度220-240℃,五区温度200-220℃,六区温度225-245℃,机头温度225-245℃,压力为11-17MPa,螺杆转速为250-400rpm;水槽温度20-40℃;切粒机转速为600-1000rpm。 
所述的PC分子量为20000-30000g/mol。 
所述PET的特性粘度为0.6-1.0dl/g。 
所述相容剂为透明琥珀液体的丙烯酸酯类接枝物。 
所述的透明剂为芳基磷酸酯类、由梨糖醇类化合物中的一种或其混合物。 
所述的抗氧剂为为酚类抗氧剂、亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂、金属钝化剂中的任一种或两种以上的混合物。 
所述的相容剂为KO-311。 
所述的透明剂为芳基磷酸酯类化合物NA-21。 
所述的抗氧剂为酚类抗氧化剂1010。 
本发明所述配方及工艺制得的透明PC/PET复合材料采用ISO标准检测,性能如下: 
密度:                  1.21-1.25g/cm3
断裂伸长率:            150-250% 
拉伸强度:              58-66MPa 
弯曲模量:              2100-2400MPa 
悬臂梁缺口冲击强度:    10-55KJ/m2
熔融指数:              10-30g/10min(260℃,5Kg) 
热变形温度(0.45MPa)     130-133℃ 
透光率:                >80% 
其有益效果是:常规PC/PET复合材料由于PET的加入,影响了PC的透明性,阻碍该耐油、耐溶剂复合材料在透明制品上的应用。本发明通过透 明剂对PET晶区晶核的减小以提高复合材料的可见光透光率,提供一种透明PC/PET复合材料,可替代PC用于对透明材料的耐油、耐溶剂、耐热等要求较高的领域。 
具体实施方式
实施例1: 
下述组分按重量百分比为: 
(1)PC                89.1%; 
(2)PET               10%; 
(3)相容剂            0.5%; 
(4)透明剂            0.2%; 
(5)抗氧剂            0.2%; 
先将PC、PET树脂于110℃鼓风干燥4小时,将干燥好的PC和PET树脂、相容剂、透明剂、抗氧剂依次加入搅拌机中,在500转/分的转速下搅拌混合3分钟。然后将上述混合物加入双螺杆挤出机中,经熔融挤出造粒即得成品。加工工艺如下:双螺杆挤出机一区温度210℃,二区温度230℃,三区温度230℃,四区温度230℃,五区温度200℃,六区温度235℃,机头温度240℃,压力为15MPa,螺杆转速为300rpm;水槽温度40℃;切粒机转速为800rpm; 
所得透明PC/PET复合材料经检测性能如下: 
密度:                  1.21g/cm3
断裂伸长率:            205% 
拉伸强度:              65MPa 
弯曲模量:              2345MPa 
悬臂梁缺口冲击强度:    45KJ/m2
熔融指数:              17.8g/10min(260℃,5Kg) 
热变形温度(0.45MPa)     133℃ 
透光率:                83%。 
实施例2: 
下述组分按重量百分比为: 
(1)PC                80%; 
(2)PET               19.05%; 
(3)相容剂            0.5%; 
(4)透明剂            0.25%; 
(5)抗氧剂            0.2%; 
先将PC、PET树脂于110℃鼓风干燥4小时,将干燥好的PC和PET树脂、相容剂、透明剂、抗氧剂依次加入搅拌机中,在500转/分的转速下搅拌混合3分钟。然后将上述混合物加入双螺杆挤出机中,经熔融挤出造粒即得成品。加工工艺如下:双螺杆挤出机一区温度210℃,二区温度230℃,三区温度230℃,四区温度230℃,五区温度200℃,六区温度235℃,机头温度240℃,压力为15MPa,螺杆转速为300rpm;水槽温度40℃;切粒机转速为800rpm; 
所得透明PC/PET复合材料经检测性能如下: 
密度:                1.23g/cm3
断裂伸长率:               225% 
拉伸强度:                 60MPa 
弯曲模量:                 2205MPa 
悬臂梁缺口冲击强度:       41KJ/m2
熔融指数:                 21.4g/10min(260℃,5Kg) 
热变形温度(0.45MPa)        132℃ 
透光率:                   83%。 

Claims (9)

1.一种透明PC/PET复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤,
(1)以下组分按重量百分比为:
(A)PC            70-90%;
(B)PET           10-30%;
(C)相容剂        0-0.5%;
(D)透明剂        0.1-0.3%;
(E)抗氧剂        0-0.5%;
上述各组分配方树脂比例总和为100%;
(2)将PC、PET树脂于110℃-120℃鼓风干燥3-6小时;
(3)将干燥好的PC和PET树脂、相容剂、透明剂、抗氧剂依次加入搅拌机中,在300-500转/分的转速下搅拌混合3-5分钟;
(4)将上述混合物加入双螺杆挤出机中,经熔融挤出造粒即得成品。加工工艺如下:双螺杆挤出机一区温度200-215℃,二区温度220-240℃,三区温度220-240℃,四区温度220-240℃,五区温度200-220℃,六区温度225-245℃,机头温度225-245℃,压力为11-17MPa,螺杆转速为250-400rpm;水槽温度20-40℃;切粒机转速为600-1000rpm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明PC/PET复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的PC分子量为20000-30000g/mol。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明PC/PET复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述PET的特性粘度为0.6-1.0dl/g。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明PC/PET复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述相容剂为透明琥珀液体的丙烯酸酯类接枝物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明PC/PET复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的透明剂为芳基磷酸酯类、山梨糖醇类化合物中的一种或其混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明PC/PET复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂为为酚类抗氧剂、亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂、金属钝化剂中的任一种或两种以上的混合物。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种透明PC/PET复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的相容剂为KO-311。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种透明PC/PET复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的透明剂为芳基磷酸酯类化合物NA-21。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种透明PC/PET复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂为酚类抗氧化剂1010。
