Abstract

本发明提供一种壳体的制造方法,其包括以下步骤:提供一缓冲垫;提供一注塑模具,将该缓冲垫固定在该注塑模具内;将该注塑模具合模后向其内注射注塑材料;冷却后,该缓冲垫嵌置在该注塑材料上以形成该壳体。该壳体的制造方法将缓冲垫在壳体注塑成型过程中直接结合在注塑材料上,减少了后续工人将该缓冲垫通过粘胶粘贴在该壳体上的工序,提高了加工效率。

壳体的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种壳体的制造方法,尤其涉及一种应用注塑模具制造具有缓冲垫的壳体的方法。
背景技术
在电子装置使用的过程中难免会因为脱落、撞击等原因使电子装置受到外力的冲击,当电子装置受到强大的冲击力时,壳体内的电路板或其他元件会与壳体壁发生碰撞,从而可能导致其内部的电路板及其他电子元件遭到损坏。
为防止上述现象的发生,通常在壳体内对应易受外力冲击而损坏的元件的位置设置一缓冲垫。例如在电子装置的壳体内部显示窗的边缘处设置该缓冲垫,再将该壳体罩设在液晶显示屏(LCD,Liquid Crystal Display)上。当电子装置显示窗受到外力撞击时,该缓冲垫可缓解并吸收外力对LCD的作用力,防止LCD受损。
现有技术中在壳体内设置该种缓冲垫时,通常在该壳体成型后由工人将该缓冲垫的一侧粘贴双面胶或粘胶,再将该缓冲垫粘贴在壳体内。然而,该种由工人在壳体内粘贴缓冲垫的制造方法不仅增加了制造该壳体的步骤,而且增加了生产周期,降低了生产效率。
发明内容
鉴于以上缺点,有必要提供一种加工步骤较少的具有缓冲垫的壳体的制造方法。
提供一缓冲垫;
提供一注塑模具,将该缓冲垫固定在该注塑模具内;
将该注塑模具合模后向其内注射注塑材料;
冷却后,该缓冲垫嵌置在该注塑材料上以形成该壳体。
与现有技术相比,本发明壳体的制造方法是将缓冲垫在壳体注塑成型过程中直接结合在注塑材料上,减少了后续工人将该缓冲垫通过粘胶粘贴在该壳体上的工序,提高了加工效率。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明较佳实施例的壳体的制造方法以手机壳体100的制造方法为例加以说明。
该手机壳体100包括一本体20及一缓冲垫40。该本体20包括一透明视窗202,该透明视窗202凹设于该本体20的内表面。该缓冲垫40为一框体,其可设置于该透明视窗202内。该缓冲垫40由布、橡胶、泡棉等具有缓冲作用的材料制成。
该具有缓冲垫40的壳体100的制造方法包括如下步骤:
请参阅图2,首先提供一注塑模具,其包括一公模60及一与该公模60配合的母模80。该公模60设置有一凸起602,该凸起602上凸设一定位部604,该定位部604为一矩形块,其高度与缓冲垫40的厚度大致相同。该母模80开设有一模穴802,同时一流道804贯穿该母模80,并与模穴802相通。
然后,在注塑模具开模的状态下将缓冲垫40套设在公模60的定位部604上。
请参阅图3,再将该母模80与该公模60合模,并由母模80与该公模60围成一模腔90,该缓冲垫40容置在该模腔90内。
然后进行注塑成型,在模温为255℃的情况下将熔融的注塑材料通过流道804注射入该模腔90内。该注塑材料可为塑料、橡胶或硅胶,其中塑料材料可为聚氯乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、丙烯睛-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚合物(ABS,acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene)、聚碳酸酯(PC,polycarbonate)、聚醯亚胺、液晶聚合物、聚醚醯亚胺、聚苯硫、聚飒、聚苯乙烯、乙二醇改性聚酯及聚丙烯聚合物中的一种或多种。当所述熔融的注塑材料将所述模腔90充填满时,该模腔90内的缓冲垫40可嵌置在该注塑材料上。
最后冷却该注塑模具,该注塑材料形成该本体20,该缓冲垫40结合在该本体20上以形成该手机壳体100。
请参阅图4,该注塑模具另一优选结构也可采用真空吸附的方式将该缓冲垫40固定在该公模60上,即在公模60上对应固定该缓冲垫40的位置开设若干气孔606,由气孔606吸气从而将缓冲垫40吸附在该公模60上。
可以理解,该定位部604的高度可以大于该缓冲垫40的厚度,在注塑成型时,该定位部604与该母模80的模穴802底部接触,从而使该手机壳体100上形成一视窗开口。
可以理解,该定位部604也可由至少三定位柱组成,由所述定位柱将该缓冲垫40固定在该公模上。
本发明的壳体的制造方法将缓冲垫在壳体注塑成型过程中直接结合在该壳体的本体上,减少了后续工人将该缓冲垫通过粘胶粘贴在该本体上的工序,提高了加工效率。

Claims (9)

1.一种壳体的制造方法,其特征在于:该壳体的制造方法包括以下步骤:
提供一缓冲垫;
提供一注塑模具,将该缓冲垫固定在该注塑模具内;
将该注塑模具合模后向其内注射注塑材料;
冷却后,该缓冲垫嵌置在该注塑材料上以形成该壳体。
2.如权利要求1所述的壳体的制造方法,其特征在于:该缓冲垫由布、橡胶或泡棉制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的壳体的制造方法,其特征在于:该注塑模具包括一公模及一与该公模配合的母模,该公模设置有一凸起,该凸起上凸设一定位部,该母模开设有一模穴。
4.如权利要求3所述的壳体的制造方法,其特征在于:该缓冲垫套设在该定位部上。
5.如权利要求4所述的壳体的制造方法,其特征在于:该定位部为一矩形块,其凸设于该凸起上的高度与缓冲垫的厚度相同。
6.如权利要求4所述的壳体的制造方法,其特征在于:该定位部的高度大于该缓冲垫的厚度。
7.如权利要求4所述的壳体的制造方法,其特征在于:该定位部包括至少三定位柱,以固定该缓冲垫。
8.如权利要求1所述的壳体的制造方法,其特征在于:该注塑模具包括一公模及一与该公模配合的母模,该公模上开设若干气孔,由气孔吸气将缓冲垫吸附在该公模上。
9.如权利要求1所述的壳体的制造方法,其特征在于:该注塑成型所采用的材料为聚氯乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、丙烯睛-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚合物、聚碳酸酯、聚醯亚胺、液晶聚合物、聚醚醯亚胺、聚苯硫、聚飒、聚苯乙烯、乙二醇改性聚酯及聚丙烯聚合物中的一种或多种。
