Abstract

本发明提供一种点胶装置和点胶方法。所述点胶装置具有一个加热装置,在点胶过程中,加热装置对被点胶工件进行加热使其温度升高,被点胶工件的温度高于被点胶工件表面的胶水的温度,因此,胶水被预固化,从而缩短整个固化的时间。

点胶装置和点胶方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种点胶装置和点胶方法,尤其涉及一种可进行预固化的点胶装置和点胶方法。
背景技术
镜头模组一般主要包括镜片组、滤光片和间隔环,镜片组、滤光片和间隔环紧密地结合在一起。在镜头模组的组装过程中,一般是通过点胶工艺用胶水来固定滤光片和间隔环(请参见A New Method of Flip Chip Assembly Using a Light Silver Filled Glue,Flectronics System integration Technology Conference,2006.1st,PublicationDate:September 2006,Volume:1,P540-543),使用点胶针头将胶水涂于滤光片与间隔环的交接处,待胶水固化后,滤光片和间隔环便胶合在一起。
一般选用具有中高度黏度的、热固性的胶水,即便此种胶水具有良好的结合强度,但固化条件却需要依赖在比较高的温度下,在烤箱烘烤一定时间才能完全固化,此种固化方法需要大量的时间等待胶水固化。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种花费较少时间固化胶水的点胶装置和点胶方法。
一种点胶装置,通过点胶针头给被点胶工件涂布胶水,其包括承载台和设置在所述承载台上的加热装置。
一种点胶方法,其包括以下步骤:提供一点胶装置,所述点胶装置包括承载台、点胶针头和设置在所述承载台上的加热装置;将被点胶工件固定在承载台上;加热装置对被点胶工件加热至预定温度,所述预定温度高于胶水的温度;通过点胶针头在被点胶工件的点胶位置涂布胶水,所述胶水受到被点胶工件的温度而预固化;将另一工件放置在被点胶工件上。
与现有技术相比,本发明实施例点胶装置和点胶方法使得被点胶工件的温度高于胶水的温度,使得胶水到达被点胶工件表面,即可感受到高于自身的温度,从而预先进行固化,预先固化后再进行加强固化,从而使得整个固化过程需要较少的时间。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
请参阅图1,其为本发明实施例提供的点胶装置10,其用来对工件20进行点胶。
点胶装置10包括承载台11、加热装置12、支撑臂13、点胶针头14、运动组件15和控制单元16。
本实施例中,加热装置12设置在承载台11朝向点胶针头14一侧的表面上,用来给固定在其上的工件20加热。加热装置12与控制单元16相连,控制单元16实时检测并控制加热装置12的温度,从而使得加热装置12的温度保持恒定且高于从点胶针头14中流出的胶水的温度,且,工件20的温度比胶水的温度高5至20度。
支撑臂13呈龙门形状,垂直设置在承载台11上用来承载运动组件15,运动组件15滑动地设置在支撑臂13上,运动组件15可沿平行于承载台11的方向运动。
点胶针头14固定在运动组件15上,用来将胶水涂布在工件20上。由于运动组件15可以运动,从而使得点胶针头14具有与运动组件15相同的运动方向。
控制单元16除了与加热装置12相连外,也连接运动组件15和点胶针头14。控制单元16不仅控制运动组件15的运动方向和速度,而且控制点胶针头14的出胶量和出胶速度。
对工件20点胶时,将工件20固定在加热装置12上,使加热装置12的温度升高到大于点胶针头14中胶水的温度,胶水由点胶针头14的开口流出并到达工件20的表面,由于工件20的温度大于胶水的温度,因而,胶水在工件20上被预固化,此时将另一工件放置在工件20上面,施压保证二者的结合紧密,然后,将其放入烤箱烘烤以进行加强固化。由于工件20在进烤箱之前,已预先固化,较少的时间便可达到加强固化的效果,从而可减少整体的固化时间。
当控制单元16检测到加热装置12的温度降低、变化不均匀或者温度过高时,便发出指令使加热装置12的温度发生变化,以达到预先设定的恒定温度,使工件20上各处的胶水均匀预固化。
可以理解,加热装置12也可以设置在承载台11的内部,或者背向点胶针头14一侧的表面上。加热装置12可以为加热平板,也可以为加热炉。
另外,本领域技术人员还可以在本发明精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种点胶装置,通过点胶针头给被点胶工件涂布胶水,所述胶水为热固性胶水,其包括承载台,其特征在于:进一步包括设置在所述承载台上的加热装置,所述加热装置对被点胶工件加热使所述被点胶工件的温度高于胶水的温度。
2.如权利要求1所述的点胶装置,其特征在于:所述加热装置为加热平板或加热炉。
3.如权利要求2所述的点胶装置,其特征在于:进一步包括垂直所述承载台的支撑臂,所述点胶针头设置在所述支撑臂上。
4.如权利要求3所述的点胶装置,其特征在于:所述点胶针头通过一个运动组件设置在所述支撑臂上。
5.如权利要求1至4任一项所述的点胶装置,其特征在于:进一步包括一个控制单元,所述控制单元与所述加热装置、运动组件和点胶针头相连,用来控制所述加热装置的温度以及所述运动组件和所述点胶针头的运动。
6.如权利要求5所述的点胶装置,其特征在于:所述加热装置设置在所述承载台表面上或者所述承载台内部。
7.一种点胶方法,其包括以下步骤:
提供一点胶装置,所述点胶装置包括承载台、点胶针头和设置在所述承载台上的加热装置;
将被点胶工件固定在所述承载台上;
加热装置对被点胶工件加热至预定温度,所述预定温度高于胶水的温度;
通过点胶针头在被点胶工件的点胶位置涂布胶水,所述胶水受到被点胶工件的温度而预固化;
将另一工件放置在被点胶工件上。
8.如权利要求7所述的点胶方法,其特征在于:进一步包括将被点胶工件和另一工件放入烤箱烘烤的步骤。
9.如权利要求7所述的点胶方法,其特征在于:点胶过程中,采用一个控制单元实时检测、控制所述加热装置的温度。
10.如权利要求7所述的点胶方法,其特征在于:所述预定温度比胶水的温度高5至20度。
