本发明涉及一种自动涂胶装置，更具体的讲是一种冷藏蒸发器自动点胶装置，包括机架及设在所述机架上的点胶装置，在所述机架上设有模板，在所述模板四周设有夹板；所述的点胶装置包括控制器、加热器和张力器，所述的控制器连接于加热器并控制加热器的温度，所述的张力器安装在机架上，所述的加热器连接在张力器上；所述的控制器包括温度显示屏、温度调节按钮和开关按钮；所述的加热器为圆柱形结构，在所述加热器上设有对称的把手装置，在其上部安装有气管，在其底部安装有出胶针头。本发明结构简单，适用于企业广泛推广使用，在所述加热器上设有对称的把手装置能够方便员工手持操作，为降低劳动强度，本发明将加热器连接在张力器上。

本发明涉及一种自动涂胶装置，更具体的讲是一种冷藏蒸发器自动点胶装置。
背景技术
冷藏蒸发器即管板蒸发器是通过将蛇形弯管硫化到铝板上形成，采用热熔硫化工艺容易破坏硫化板背面的双面胶层，为此，制冷行业就提出了通过胶来固定蛇形弯管及铝板，为满足新工艺的要求，本发明就提出了一种冷藏蒸发器自动点胶装置。
发明内容
本发明是提供一种结构简单，适用于企业广泛推广使用的冷藏蒸发器自动点胶装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采取如下技术方案：
一种冷藏蒸发器自动点胶装置，包括机架及设在所述机架上的点胶装置，在所述机架上设有模板，在所述模板四周设有夹板；所述点胶装置包括控制器、加热器和张力器，所述控制器连接于加热器并控制加热器的温度，所述张力器安装在所述机架上，所述加热器连接在张力器上；所述控制器包括温度显示屏、温度调节按钮和开关按钮；所述加热器为圆柱形结构；在所述加热器上还设有对称的把手装置，在其上部安装有气管，在其底部安装有出胶针头。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果为：
本发明结构简单，适用于企业广泛推广使用，在在所述加热器上设有对称的把手装置能够方便员工手持操作，为降低劳动强度，本发明设计了将加热器连接在张力器上。

具体实施方式
参见附图1-4所示，一种冷藏蒸发器自动点胶装置，包括机架1及设在所述机架1上的点胶装置，在所述机架1上设有模板2，在所述模板2四周设有夹板3；所述点胶装置包括控制器4、加热器5和张力器6，所述控制器4连接于所述加热器5并控制加热器5的温度，所述张力器6安装在所述机架1上，所述加热器5连接在张力器3上；所述控制器5包括温度显示屏、温度调节按钮和开关按钮；所述加热器5为圆柱形结构，在所述加热器5上设有对称的把手装置5-1，在其上部安装有气管，在其底部安装有出胶针头7。
使用时将固态的胶安装在加热器5内，打开开关按钮，通过温度调节按钮调节到合适的温度，在温度显示屏可以看到实时温度，待胶体溶化后，通过踩动脚踏开关8控制设在加热器5上部的气管内部气体的开通，通过气体压力推动作用，液态的胶通过出胶针头7流出即可实时作业。

1.一种冷藏蒸发器自动点胶装置，包括机架及设在所述机架上的点胶装置，其特征在于：在所述机架上设有模板，在所述模板四周设有夹板；所述点胶装置包括控制器、加热器和张力器，所述控制器连接于加热器并控制加热器的温度，所述张力器安装在所述机架上，所述加热器连接在张力器上；所述控制器包括温度显示屏、温度调节按钮和开关按钮；所述加热器为圆柱形结构；在所述加热器上还设有对称的把手装置，在其上部安装有气管，在其底部安装有出胶针头。
