Abstract
本发明提供一种板状聚苯乙烯发泡体遮蔽材料及其成型模具,该遮蔽材料表面和/或背面有纵与横的凹槽和凹状排气孔痕迹。该成型模具由上模和下模组成,该上模和/或下模的模面上开有口部向外突伸的排气孔。所述遮蔽材料没有凸状阻碍物,可与被遮蔽材料表面密实粘合,保证该部份表面不受表面处理介质的作用,使用方便,效果优异。
Description
本发明涉及一种对构件材料进行表面处理时用的遮蔽材料及其成型模具,特别是涉及一种可以把构件材料在进行涂覆、电镀、真空蒸镀金属等表面处理中不需进行处理部份遮蔽保护起来的板状聚苯乙烯泡沫遮蔽材料以及制备该遮蔽材料的成型模具。
这种类型的遮蔽材料已提出的有板状聚苯乙烯发泡体如实开昭62-5852所述。在所述的板状聚苯乙烯表面和/或背面有纵和横的凹槽在对构件进行表面处理时,先用手或钳等工具在该遮蔽材料上沿凹槽切割下与构件材料表面不需进行表面处理部份相应大小的遮蔽材料,用粘合剂等将切割下的材料粘贴到构件材料表面不需进行表面处理的部位上。
又如在欧洲专利EP-A-0207720中也提出一种聚苯乙烯发泡体遮蔽材料,这种遮蔽材料的表面和/或背面上有方块式网格状凹槽,在一侧表面上涂有粘合剂,在该粘合剂层上覆有可剥离的保护层,在该保护层上刻有连续的或成点孔状的切割线。使用时,按所需遮贴面积的大小,沿相应切割线取下所需的遮蔽材料,除去保护层,利用该保护层下的粘合剂将该遮蔽材料贴在不需进行表面处理的构件表面上即可。
用于这些遮蔽材料成型的成型模具如德国专利DE3115773所述由上模和下模组成,该上模和/或下模的模具面上设有使遮蔽材料形成凹槽的纵和横的凸条,由这些凸条围成的块状区域的全部或一部份设有使成型模具向外开口的排气孔。从该成型模具的加料口中把水蒸汽和发泡性聚苯乙烯珠状体组
成的予备发泡成型的材料吹送填入模具中,经加热发泡而使遮蔽材料成型。模具内的空气、水蒸汽以及发泡剂气体可经排气孔向外排除,使成型材料均匀地充填在模具内并且发泡均匀。由上述方法制得的遮蔽材料表面当然有着因排气孔存在而形成的痕迹。在已有技术中,上述成型模具的排气孔开口部是凹入上模和/或下模的模面内的,由此制得的遮蔽材料表面形成的排气孔痕迹是由遮蔽材料表面向外突出的,要把这种有着由表面向外突出的排气孔痕迹的遮蔽材料粘贴到构件材料表面上,在向遮蔽材料表面涂布粘合剂时,这样的排气孔痕迹妨碍粘合剂的均匀涂布,而且把该遮蔽材料向构件材料表面粘合时,这些排气孔痕迹使遮蔽材料从构件材料表面上拱,粘贴的紧密性差,在进行表面处理前或表面处理中,遮蔽材料发生移位甚至脱落,或产生表面处理剂从遮蔽材料和构件材料表面的空隙间侵入之类的弊病。
本发明的目的是提供一种能按所需面积的大小,牢固而密着地粘贴在受表面处理材料所需遮蔽的表面上,保护该材料表面不受进行表面处理介质影响的遮蔽材料。为此,本发明还提供一种用于制造上述遮蔽材料的成型模具,用所述的模具制造出的遮蔽材料的表面上具有的排气孔痕迹是凹状的,保证由此制得的遮蔽材料可以牢固而密着地保护所需遮蔽的表面。
本发明的任务是这样实现的:提供一种用于该遮蔽材料的成型模具,该模具由上模和下模组成,在上模和/或下模模面上开有排气孔,该排气孔的开口部向上模和/或下模的模面突出。从上述由上下模组成的成型模具的加料口中将聚苯乙烯发泡性珠状体充填到模具内,此时模具内的空气由排气孔排出,当水蒸汽和聚苯乙烯发泡性珠状体一同加入到模具内时,水蒸汽也从排气孔排出使上述聚苯乙烯发泡性珠状体可均匀地充填到模具内,当加热发泡使遮蔽材料成型时,产生的发泡剂气体也由排气孔排出,使可发泡性体在模具内均匀发泡
而形成均匀的发泡材料,由此而形成的遮蔽材料表面和/或背面有着因排气孔存在而形成的凹状痕迹。
由于本发明所述的遮蔽材料的表面和/或背面上形成的排气孔痕迹是凹状的,在该遮蔽材料表面涂布粘合剂等就很容易涂布均匀。将该遮蔽材料粘贴到构件材料表面时,上述排气孔痕迹对于遮蔽材料和构件材料表面的粘贴紧密性没有任何影响。可以对被遮蔽的材料表面有效地进行保护,克服了已有技术提供的有向外突出的排气孔痕迹的遮蔽材料,可能产生的紧密性差等遮蔽性不佳的弊病。
以下将结合附图对发明作进一步详细描述。

参照图1-图8,(1)是遮蔽材料的成型模具,由上模(2)和下模(3)组成。上模(2)以及下模(3)的模面(2)A、(3)A上有着若干条纵和横方向排列的凸条(4)、(5),由该凸条(4)、(5)围成的块状区域上开有排气孔(6)、(7),该排气孔(6),(7)由模面
(2)A、(3)A向外有一定量的突伸,排气孔开口部设有径向配置的栅格(6)A、(7)A。该排气孔(6)、(7)的突伸量通常为0.2-0.5毫米。(8)是聚苯乙烯发泡性珠状体的加料部件,由水蒸汽导入管(8)A和与该水蒸汽导入管(8)A相连的聚苯乙烯发泡性珠状体导入管(8)B组成,在图3所示的加料部件(8)中,水蒸汽从水蒸汽导入管(8)A中按箭头方向导入,该水蒸汽流把聚苯乙烯发泡性珠状体(9)从聚苯乙烯发泡性珠状体导入管(8)B中吸引并向成型模具(1)中充填。此时,成型模具(1)内的空气以及被导入的水蒸汽从排气孔(6)、(7)中按箭头所示方向排出,聚苯乙烯发泡性珠状体(9)在成型模(1)内均匀成型。排气孔(6)、(7)中径向配置的栅格(6)A、(7)A的间隔比聚苯乙烯发泡性珠状体(9)的直径小一些,可防止聚苯乙烯发泡性珠状体(9)从排气孔(6)、(7)中漏出。充填在成型模具(1)内的聚苯乙烯发泡性珠状体(9)被加热发泡,形成图4所示的板状聚苯乙烯发泡体组成的遮蔽材料(10),在成型时,由于产生的发泡剂气体可从排气孔(6)、(7)排出,聚苯乙烯发泡体可在成型模(1)内均匀进行发泡而得到均匀发泡体组成的遮蔽材料(10)。如图4所示的上述方法成型的遮蔽材料的表面以及背面上有由于成型模具(1)的模面(2)A、(3)A上的凸条(4)、(5)而形成的凹槽(11),这些凹槽纵向和横向排列使板形成截块状,这些凹槽围成的块状区域的表面或背面有着因排气孔(6)、(7)而形成的凹状区(12)。如图5所示,该遮蔽材料的一面涂有粘合层(13),在粘合层上覆有用剥离纸等这类的脱模片材,由于该遮蔽材料(10)的表面有凹状区(12),粘合层(13)可均匀涂布其表面上。如图6所示,用手在该遮蔽材料(10)上沿着凹槽取下与构件材料(15)不需进行表面处理的区域(16)相应大小的遮蔽材料,将脱模性片材(14)剥离除去,由于均匀地涂上了粘合层(13),使取下的遮蔽材料很紧密地粘贴在下面的不需进行表
面处理的区域(16)上。用喷枪(17)等设备把涂料之类的材料向构件材料(15)上进行喷涂等涂覆处理。在涂覆之后,如图7所示,把该遮蔽材料(10)用手钩(18)等工具钩刺住而剥离除去,或者采用加热处理,使加热温度比形成遮蔽材料(10)的聚苯乙烯的软化点高出许多,遮蔽材料(10)会冷却后自行收缩脱离。
本发明不限于上述实施例的内容,例如遮蔽材料的表面或背面可以设有各种各样的凹状区,也可以在块状区的全部或一部份设有凹状区。此外,成型模具的上模或下模的模面上的凸条也不是必须的,也可用平的模面,采用这种模面成形后的遮蔽材料是平整的板材,在成型后的遮蔽材料上,用刀等工具切入成凹槽,使凹槽围成圆形、四角形等所希望的形状或大小,另外,遮蔽材料也可以根据需要成型为一块或几块。成型模具的排气孔也可如图8所示,设计有圆形或三角形等任意形状的小孔。
Claims (2)
1、一种板状聚苯乙烯发泡体遮蔽材料板,在所述材料的表面和/或背面上有纵和横的凹槽,其特征是所述的板状聚苯乙烯发泡体遮蔽材料的表面和/或背面上形成的排气孔痕迹是凹状的。
2、一种遮蔽材料的成型模具,该成型模具由上模和下模组成,该上模和/或下模的模面上开有排气孔,其特征是所述排气孔的开口部由所述的上模和/下模的模面向外突伸。
