Abstract

一种新型幻彩微粉抛光砖,包括花纹面料层和底料层,所述花纹面料层在光线照射下产生幻彩效果。本发明提供的幻彩微粉抛光砖,面料层局部或全部使用了全透明熔块原料,全透明熔块原料加入有有机粘结剂,全透明熔块原料化学成分为:SiO2 62~68%,Al2O3 6~12%,Fe2O3+TiO2 0.1~0.4%,CaO 4~6% MgO 0.5~2.5%,K2O 2~5%,Na2O 2~5%,BaO 1~3%。烧成抛光后产生幻彩效果,色彩鲜艳,纹理自然,使制品表面质感达到或超越了天然石材;幻彩微粉抛光砖经过1180~1220℃烧制并抛光,产品强度高;能适应机械化批量生产,可以替代天然石材,因此成本较低。

一种幻彩微粉抛光砖
技术领域:
本发明涉及建筑陶瓷砖技术领域,尤其是指一种地面或墙面装饰用的幻彩微粉抛光砖。
背景技术:
目前市场聚晶微粉抛光砖,为了达到仿石效果,在面料层中使用了一种或几种半透明料,现有半透明料为了适应生产成型要求,在配方中加入了10-25%的粘土原料,大量粘土的引入既提高了配方中铝的含量,产生部分乳浊效果,又使配方烧失变大,杂质增加,透明度下降。产品经抛光后半透明料的光泽度、透明度及防污性都受到影响。本发明用全透明熔块原料代替现有半透明料,大大提高了产品透明性及光泽度,发色效果也有明显改善。
发明内容:
本发明目的在于克服现有生产技术的不足,提供一种用全透明熔块原料代替现有半透明料,大大提高产品透明性、光泽度及发色效果,且表面色彩鲜艳,纹理自然,在光线照射下产生幻彩效果的幻彩微粉抛光砖。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种幻彩微粉抛光砖,包括花纹面料层和底料层,花纹面料层局部或全部使用全透明熔块原料;全透明熔块原料加入有有机粘结剂,全透明熔块原料化学成分为:SiO262~68%,Al2O36~12%,Fe2O3+TiO20.1~0.4%,CaO 4~6%MgO0.5~2.5%,K2O 2~5%,Na2O 2~5%,BaO 1~3%。
达到压机成型所需塑性要求的透明熔块原料加工方法有以下两种:a、全透明熔块原料与有机粘合剂混合球磨喷粉制备成一种花纹面料。其中有机粘合剂加入比例为0.3~2%;喷粉颗粒级配为:30目上:≥12%,60目上:≥65%,80目下:≤10%;b、将有机粘合剂破碎后与全透明熔块原料按比例15∶85混合制备成一种花纹面料,其中有机、粘结剂破碎为10~40目,全透明熔块原料级配为40~100目。
本发明幻彩微粉抛光砖是在现有瓷质砖生产工艺(粉料加工、布料干压成型、干燥、烧成)过程的基础上,使用全透明熔块原料替代面料层中的一种或几种微粉与其它常规花纹面料、底料加工成型。全透明熔块原料比例参数根据不同效果适当调整;全透明熔块可以着色实现不同的显色效果。
全透明熔块原料使用的有机粘合剂具有700℃下完全烧失、烧后无残留物、无异味的特征,如水性石蜡,聚乙二醇,聚乙烯醇等。
本发明生产的幻彩微粉抛光砖:面料层局部或全部使用了全透明熔块原料,烧成抛光后产生透明效果,色彩鲜艳,纹理自然,使制品表面质感达到或超越了天然石材;幻彩微粉抛光砖经过1180~1220烧制且抛光,产品强度高;本产品能机械化批量生产,可以替代天然石材,因此成本较低。

具体实施方式:
实施例1:
如图1所示,该实施例是通过在陶瓷基料层1上(基料层厚度15~18mm),通过压机布料器的动作和格栅的造型,布出各种仿石图案(如万寿红、伯利黄、绿星石、英国棕)的面料层2,在此图案基础上布上一层厚度0.5~2mm范围的其它色粉层3(厚度可调),再将一层粉料将多余的空位填补(俗称回填层4),用格栅将框内粉料填平,通过压机冲压成型。上述的面料层、色粉层、回填层可部分或全部使用本发明的全透明熔块原料,通过不同的色料着色达到不同的石材效果。全透明熔块原料化学成分为:SiO262~68%,Al2O36~12%,Fe2O3+TiO20.1~0.4%,CaO 4~6%MgO 0.5~2.5%,K2O 2~5%,Na2O 2~5%,BaO 1~3%。成型砖坯通过干燥、烧结、抛光得到本发明的抛光砖产品。本实施例的幻彩微粉抛光砖是在现有瓷质砖生产工艺:粉料加工、布料干压成型、干燥、烧成过程的基础上,在其花纹面料层中加入至少一种或几种透明熔块原料,与其它常规花纹面料、底料加工成型。
实施例2;
如图2所示,该实施例是通过在陶瓷基料层1上(基料层厚度15~18mm),通过压机布料器3~4个面料料斗将不同的着色粉料不均匀混合落到面料料斗中,通过格栅将面料布到基料层上,得到随机布料的仿石材效果,上述的着色粉料可部分或全部使用本发明的全透明熔块原料2,通过不同的色料着色达到不同的石材效果。全透明熔块原料化学成分为:SiO262~68%,Al2O3 6~12%,Fe2O3+TiO2 0.1~0.4%,CaO 4~6% MgO 0.5~2.5%,K2O 2~5%,Na2O 2~5%,BaO 1~3%。本实施例的幻彩微粉抛光砖是在现有瓷质砖生产工艺:粉料加工、布料干压成型、干燥、烧成过程的基础上,在其花纹面料层中加入至少一种或几种透明熔块原料,与其它常规花纹面料、底料加工成型。

Claims (4)

1.一种幻彩微粉抛光砖,包括花纹面料层和底料层,其特征在于:花纹面料层局部或全部使用全透明熔块原料;在全透明熔块原料中加入有机粘结剂,全透明熔块原料化学成分为:SiO2 62~68%,Al2O36~12%,Fe2O3+TiO2 0.1~0.4%,CaO 4~6% MgO 0.5~2.5%,K2O 2~5%,Na2O 2~5%,BaO 1~3%,上述各组分含量之和为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种幻彩微粉抛光砖,其特征在于:全透明熔块原料与有机粘结剂混合球磨喷粉制备成一种花纹面料,其中有机粘结剂加入比例为0.3~2%;喷粉颗粒级配为:30目上:≥12%,60目上:≥65%,80目下:≤10%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种幻彩微粉抛光砖,其特征在于:将有机粘结剂破碎后与全透明熔块原料按比例15∶85混合制备成一种花纹面料,其中有机粘结剂破碎为10~40目,全透明熔块原料级配为40~100目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种幻彩微粉抛光砖,其特征在于:所述的有机粘结剂为水性石蜡,聚乙二醇,聚乙烯醇中的一种或几种。
