现有陶瓷砖花色繁多,图案丰富多彩,但其质感生硬,不够润透,没有天然玉石润透的质感和不够美观,不耐看。但是天然玉石没有陶瓷砖很好的物理性能,比较容易断裂,硬度低表面容易划伤、吸污,还有一定的放射性,价格也比较昂贵,普通消费者难以承受。
现有技术也有提供生产玉质陶瓷的工艺方法,如公开号为CN1018988887A、发明名称为“半透明陶瓷材料仿玉质陶瓷薄板及其制备方法”的中国专利申请。其公开的技术方案是:提供的板透明陶瓷材料的主要化学成分重量百分比如下:SiO260-75%、Al2O310-20%、CaO1-4%、MgO0.3-3%、K2O+Na2O+Li2O5-12%、ZnO0-3%、P2O50-3%。将占面料80-100%的半透光性陶瓷材料布在底料上,经压制成型后烧结而成的仿玉质陶瓷薄板。该配方和方法为生产此类产品提供了一种方法。
但现有技术仍然存在着产品质量不稳定、通透性不够等问题。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的在于提供一种玉质陶瓷砖,所述的玉质陶瓷砖晶莹剔透,具有润透玉质美感,更加接近天然玉石效果。纹理清晰,图案花色自然逼真,立体感强,装饰效果高雅有品位。同时,无放射性、耐磨度高且防污性好,是天然石材的良好替代品。
本发明的第二目的在于提供一种所述的玉质陶瓷砖的生产方法,该方法具有操作简单、成本更低、产品质量更好等优点。
本发明的第三目的在于提供一种所述的玉质陶瓷砖的生产方法,该方法同样具有操作简单、成本更低、产品质量更好等优点,同时提供了另外一个可行的方案。
为了实现本发明的上述目的,特采用以下技术方案:
一种玉质陶瓷砖,以质量百分比计,包括:
SiO2 50-80%、Al2O35-25%、CaO0.2-9%、MgO0.2-2%、K2O 2-13%、Na2O2-13%、ZnO2-15%、BaO0.5-18%、V2O5 0-3%、SrO0-8%、PbO0-10%、B2O3 0-5%。
优选地,所述的玉质陶瓷砖,以质量百分比计,包括:
SiO2 60-70%、Al2O315-20%、CaO0.5-8%、MgO0.5-1%、K2O6-8%、Na2O 6-8%、ZnO2-3%、BaO0.5-8%、V2O5 2-3%、SrO2-3%、PbO0-10%、B2O3 0-5%。
优选的成分有利于获得质量更好,装饰效果更佳的产品。
可选地,所述玉质陶瓷砖的原料选自釉用钠长石、釉用钾长石、釉用高岭土、釉用膨润土、白云石、方解石、硅灰石、氧化铝、石英粉、釉用熔块、釉用增强剂、釉用减水剂、坯用钠长石粉、坯用钾长石粉、白滑石、坯用增强剂和坯用减水剂。
上述原料价格低廉,来源丰富,无污染。
优选地,所述釉用熔块,以质量百分比计,包括:
SiO2 50-70%、Al2O30.5-15%、CaO0.3-9%、MgO0.3-5%、K2O 0.5-9%、Na2O0.5-9%、ZnO2-15%、BaO1-15%、V2O5 0-5%、SrO0-5%、PbO0-5%、B2O3 0-6%。
更加优选地,所述釉用熔块,以质量百分比计,包括:
SiO2 62%、Al2O313%、CaO3.2%、MgO0.5%、K2O3.5%、Na2O2%、ZnO5%、BaO3%、V2O5 0.8%、SrO1.5%、B2O3 5.5%。
一种所述的玉质陶瓷砖的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
A.选取原材料称重后加入球磨机中,加水进行球磨至所需细度;
B.放浆、除铁后,进行喷雾制粉,入仓经陈腐均化得到粉料,然后压制成砖;
C.干燥后进行喷墨渗花,然后烧成、抛光,分级和包装即可。
优选地,所述粉料中,水的质量含量为3-4%;所述细度控制为250目筛余0.8-1%。
进一步优选地,步骤C中,所述烧成方法为:最高烧成温度1170℃,保温5min,烧成周期为60-120min。
一种所述的玉质陶瓷砖的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
D.选取面料的原材料称重后加入球磨机中,加水进行球磨至所需面料细度;放浆、除铁后,进行喷雾制粉,然后入仓经陈腐均化得到面料;然后对所述面料进行干混着色,得到着色面料;
E.选取底料的原材料称重后加入球磨机中,加水进行球磨至所需底料细度;放浆、除铁后,进行喷雾制粉,然后入仓经陈腐均化得到底料;
F.使用所述着色面料和所述底料进行二次多管布料,压制成砖、干燥后进行烧成、抛光、分级和包装即可。
优选地,所述底料细度控制为250目筛余0.8-1%,所述面料细度控制为250目筛余1-1.2%;
所述步骤F中,烧成的方法为:最高烧成温度1165℃,保温10min,烧成周期为60-120min。
控制细度和烧成温度,可以有效地保障产品质量及通透性。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本申请提供的玉质陶瓷砖具有天然玉石质感且性能优良,无放射性,不易发生断裂;
(2)本申请提供的生产方法,工艺操作简单、成本低、产品质量稳定。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例对本发明的实施方案进行详细描述,但是本领域技术人员将会理解,下列实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限制本发明的范围。实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
需要说明的是,本申请所指的%均为质量百分比。
实施例1
选取釉用钾长石、坯用钾长石粉、釉用钠长石、釉用膨润土、釉用高岭土、釉用熔块及坯用增强剂、釉用减水剂。其中,釉用熔块的成分为:SiO2 50%、Al2O315%、CaO0.3%、MgO5%、K2O0.5%、Na2O9%、ZnO2%、BaO 15%、V2O5 0.8%、SrO 0.8%、PbO 0.8%、B2O30.8%。
控制陶瓷砖总体成分为:SiO250%、Al2O325%、CaO0.2%、MgO 2%、K2O2%、Na2O13%、ZnO 2%、BaO 5.4%、V2O5 0.1%、SrO 0.1%、PbO 0.1%、B2O3 0.1%。
按照上述配比称重60吨入球磨加水球磨,细度控制250目筛余0.8%,放浆,除铁,然后进行喷雾制粉入仓,经陈腐均化后得到粉料,然后压制成砖,干燥,喷墨渗花,然后烧成、抛光,分级和包装即可。其中粉料水分3%,最高烧成温度1170℃,保温5分钟,烧成周期80分钟。
抛光、分级和包装即可得到玉质陶瓷砖。
实施例2
选取釉用熔块、釉用高岭土、釉用膨润土、超细石英粉。称重60吨入球磨加水进行球磨,球磨面料细度250目筛匀1.0%,放浆,除铁过筛,然后进行喷雾制粉入仓,经陈腐均化作为面料,将干混色料锆铁红、镨黄、白(釉用硅酸锆粉料)三种备好,面料进行干混着色得到着色面料;干混色料添加量占面料量的百分比为:红色0.1%,黄色0.3%,白色5%。
选取釉用钾长石、坯用钠长石粉、釉用钠长石、釉用膨润土、釉用高岭土、白云石、方解石、釉用熔块及坯用增强剂,釉用减水剂。按照上述配比称重60吨入球磨加水球磨,底料细度控制250目筛余1%,放浆,除铁,然后进行喷雾制粉入仓,经陈腐均化后得到底料;
其中,釉用熔块的成分为:SiO270%、Al2O30.5%、CaO9%、MgO0.3%、K2O9%、Na2O0.5%、ZnO9.7%、BaO 1%;
面料与底料的质量比为2:8,控制陶瓷砖总体成分为:SiO2 80%、Al2O35%、CaO7.7%、MgO 0.2%、K2O 2.1%、Na2O 2%、ZnO 2.5%、BaO 0.5%。
使用着色面料和底料进行二次多管布料,压制成砖、干燥烧成,最高烧成温度1165℃,保温10分钟,烧成周期120分钟。
抛光、分级和包装即可得到玉质陶瓷砖。
实施例3
选取釉用钾长石、坯用钾长石粉、釉用钠长石、釉用膨润土、釉用高岭土、釉用熔块、氧化铝、硅灰石及釉用增强剂、坯用增强剂、釉用减水剂。其中,釉用熔块的成分为:SiO262%、Al2O313%、CaO3.2%、MgO0.5%、K2O3.5%、Na2O2%、ZnO5%、BaO3%、V2O5 0.8%、SrO1.5%、B2O3 5.5%。
控制陶瓷砖总体成分为:SiO2 60%、Al2O315%、CaO9%、MgO 0.5%、K2O 2%、Na2O6%、ZnO2%、BaO1%、V2O52%、SrO2%、B2O3 0.5%。
按照上述配比称重60吨入球磨加水球磨,细度控制250目筛余1%,放浆,除铁,然后进行喷雾制粉入仓,经陈腐均化后得到粉料,然后压制成砖,干燥,喷墨渗花,然后烧成、抛光,分级和包装即可。其中粉料水分4%,最高烧成温度1170℃,保温5分钟,烧成周期60分钟。
抛光、分级和包装即可得到玉质陶瓷砖。
实施例4
选取釉用熔块、釉用高岭土、釉用膨润土、超细石英粉、白滑石、方解石。称重60吨入球磨加水进行球磨,球磨面料细度250目筛匀1.2%,放浆,除铁过筛,然后进行喷雾制粉入仓,经陈腐均化作为面料,将干混色料锆铁红、镨黄、白(釉用硅酸锆粉料)三种备好,面料进行干混着色得到着色面料;干混色料添加量占面料量的百分比为:红色0.1%,黄色0.3%,白色5%。
选取釉用钾长石、坯用钠长石粉、釉用钠长石、釉用膨润土、釉用高岭土、白云石、方解石、釉用熔块及坯用增强剂,釉用减水剂。按照上述配比称重60吨入球磨加水球磨,底料细度控制250目筛余0.8%,放浆,除铁,然后进行喷雾制粉入仓,经陈腐均化后得到底料;
其中,釉用熔块的成分为:SiO255%、Al2O30.5%、CaO8%、MgO0.3%、K2O8.7%、Na2O0.5%、ZnO15%、BaO 1%、PbO5%、B2O3 6%;
面料与底料的质量比为4:6,控制陶瓷砖总体成分为:SiO2 70%、Al2O37.6%、CaO0.5%、MgO 1%、K2O 13%、Na2O 2%、ZnO 3%、BaO 0.5%、PbO 1.2%、B2O3 1.2%。
使用着色面料和底料进行二次多管布料,压制成砖、干燥烧成,最高烧成温度1165℃,保温10分钟,烧成周期60分钟。
抛光、分级和包装即可得到玉质陶瓷砖。
实施例5
选取釉用钾长石、坯用钠长石、坯用钾长石粉、釉用钠长石、釉用膨润土、釉用高岭土、釉用熔块、氧化铝、硅灰石及釉用增强剂、坯用增强剂、釉用减水剂、坯用减水剂。其中,釉用熔块的成分为:SiO2 60%、Al2O313%、CaO3%、MgO0.5%、K2O3.5%、Na2O2%、ZnO5%、BaO3%、V2O5 5%、SrO5%。
控制陶瓷砖总体成分为:SiO250%、Al2O35%、CaO8%、MgO 0.5%、K2O 2%、Na2O3%、ZnO2.5%、BaO18%、V2O53%、SrO8%。
按照上述配比称重60吨入球磨加水球磨,细度控制250目筛余0.9%,放浆,除铁,然后进行喷雾制粉入仓,经陈腐均化后得到粉料,然后压制成砖,干燥,喷墨渗花,然后烧成、抛光,分级和包装即可。其中粉料水分4%,最高烧成温度1170℃,保温5分钟,烧成周期120分钟。
抛光、分级和包装即可得到玉质陶瓷砖。
实施例6
选取釉用熔块、白云石、釉用高岭土、釉用膨润土、超细石英粉、白滑石、方解石。称重60吨入球磨加水进行球磨,球磨面料细度250目筛匀1.1%,放浆,除铁过筛,然后进行喷雾制粉入仓,经陈腐均化作为面料,将干混色料锆铁红、镨黄、白(釉用硅酸锆粉料)三种备好,面料进行干混着色得到着色面料;干混色料添加量占面料量的百分比为:红色0.1%,黄色0.3%,白色5%。
选取釉用钾长石、坯用钠长石粉、坯用钾长石、釉用钠长石、釉用膨润土、釉用高岭土、白云石、方解石、釉用熔块及坯用增强剂,釉用减水剂。按照上述配比称重60吨入球磨加水球磨,底料细度控制250目筛余0.8%,放浆,除铁,然后进行喷雾制粉入仓,经陈腐均化后得到底料;
其中,釉用熔块的成分为:SiO260%、Al2O30.5%、CaO8%、MgO1%、K2O9%、Na2O0.5%、ZnO15%、BaO 1%、PbO5%;
面料与底料的质量比为8:2,控制陶瓷砖总体成分为:SiO250%、Al2O320%、CaO0.6%、MgO 0.6%、K2O 6%、Na2O 2.3%、ZnO 15%、BaO0.5%、PbO 5%。
使用着色面料和底料进行二次多管布料,压制成砖、干燥烧成,最高烧成温度1165℃,保温10分钟,烧成周期100分钟。
抛光、分级和包装即可得到玉质陶瓷砖。
实施例7
与实施例6不同之处在于,调整原料,控制陶瓷砖总体成分为:SiO250%、Al2O35%、CaO 0.2%、MgO 0.2%、K2O 8%、Na2O8%、ZnO 2.6%、BaO 8%、SrO 3%、PbO10%、B2O3 5%。
按照实施例1-7的方案各生产1万块,检测平均成品率高达99.8%。
本发明提供了一种玉质陶瓷砖,达到天然玉石的润透质感,比现有的技术方案更加润透更加接近天然玉石效果。纹理清晰,图案花色自然逼真,立体感强,质感晶莹剔透,装饰效果高雅有品位。同时,本发明的产品无放射性、耐磨度高且防污性好,是天然石材的良好替代品。
尽管已用具体实施例来说明和描述了本发明,然而应意识到,在不背离本发明的精神和范围的情况下可以作出许多其它的更改和修改。因此,这意味着在所附权利要求中包括属于本发明范围内的所有这些变化和修改。

Claims (10)

1.一种玉质陶瓷砖,其特征在于,以质量百分比计,包括:
SiO2 50-80%、Al2O35-25%、CaO0.2-9%、MgO0.2-2%、K2O 2-13%、Na2O 2-13%、ZnO2-15%、BaO0.5-18%、V2O5 0-3%、SrO0-8%、PbO0-10%、B2O3 0-5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玉质陶瓷砖,其特征在于,以质量百分比计,包括:
SiO2 60-70%、Al2O3 15-20%、CaO0.5-8%、MgO0.5-1%、K2O6-8%、Na2O 6-8%、ZnO2-3%、BaO0.5-8%、V2O5 2-3%、SrO2-3%、PbO0-10%、B2O3 0-5%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的玉质陶瓷砖,其特征在于,所述润透玉质陶瓷砖的原料选自釉用钠长石、釉用钾长石、釉用高岭土、釉用膨润土、白云石、方解石、硅灰石、氧化铝、石英粉、釉用熔块、釉用增强剂、釉用减水剂、坯用钠长石粉、坯用钾长石粉、白滑石、坯用增强剂和坯用减水剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的玉质陶瓷砖,其特征在于,所述釉用熔块,以质量百分比计,包括:
SiO2 50-70%、Al2O30.5-15%、CaO0.3-9%、MgO0.3-5%、K2O 0.5-9%、Na2O 0.5-9%、ZnO2-15%、BaO1-15%、V2O5 0-5%、SrO0-5%、PbO0-5%、B2O3 0-6%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的玉质陶瓷砖,其特征在于,所述釉用熔块,以质量百分比计,包括:
SiO2 62%、Al2O3 13%、CaO3.2%、MgO0.5%、K2O3.5%、Na2O2%、ZnO5%、BaO3%、V2O5 0.8%、SrO1.5%、B2O3 5.5%。
6.一种权利要求1-5任一项所述的玉质陶瓷砖的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A.选取原材料称重后加入球磨机中,加水进行球磨至所需细度;
B.放浆、除铁后,进行喷雾制粉,入仓经陈腐均化得到粉料,然后压制成砖;
C.干燥后进行喷墨渗花,然后烧成、抛光,分级和包装即可。
7.根据权利要求6所述的生产方法,其特征在于,所述粉料中,水的质量含量为3-4%;所述细度控制为250目筛余0.8-1%。
8.根据权利要求7所述的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤C中,所述烧成方法为:最高烧成温度1170℃,保温5min,烧成周期为60-120min。
9.一种权利要求1-5任一项所述的玉质陶瓷砖的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
D.选取面料的原材料称重后加入球磨机中,加水进行球磨至所需面料细度;放浆、除铁后,进行喷雾制粉,然后入仓经陈腐均化得到面料;然后对所述面料进行干混着色,得到着色面料;
E.选取底料的原材料称重后加入球磨机中,加水进行球磨至所需底料细度;放浆、除铁后,进行喷雾制粉,然后入仓经陈腐均化得到底料;
F.使用所述着色面料和所述底料进行二次多管布料,压制成砖、干燥后进行烧成、抛光、分级和包装即可。
10.根据权利要求9所述的生产方法,其特征在于,所述底料细度控制为250目筛余0.8-1%,所述面料细度控制为250目筛余1-1.2%;
所述步骤F中,烧成的方法为:最高烧成温度1165℃,保温10min,烧成周期为60-120min。
