Abstract

一种增韧型纳米永磁材料的制备方法:将纳米SrCO3和Fe2O3按一定比例进行配料,采用球磨对原料粉末的充分混合和再次细化,并球磨过程中加入一定比例稀土氧化物La2O3和Co2O3。将球磨后的原料进行喷雾造粒,置于高温炉中进行固相反应;将合成的Sr1-xLaxFe12-yCoyO19粉末进行二次球磨,然后将球磨后的粉末进行磁场成型;最后置于高温炉中进行烧结。采用此方法制备出的锶永磁铁氧体具有优良的磁性能和力学性能。本发明采用纳米级SrCO3和Fe2O3作为原料,与传统采用微米或者更大粒度原料相比,固相反应充分,产物纯度高,反应温度低;与其它方法相比,工艺简单,经济,生产周期短,更适合于工业化生产。

Description

增韧型纳米永磁材料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种永磁铁氧体的制备方法,具体地说是一种具有强韧性的高性能的增韧型纳米永磁材料的制备方法。
背景技术
目前,随着我国汽车工业的迅猛发展(2007年的汽车产量为880万辆,到2010年将增加到1000万辆,成为全球第三大生产国),国内对于高性能永磁铁氧体的需求量日益旺盛。但是由于汽车运行环境的比较恶劣,比如工作温度,要在-50℃~125℃温度范围;运行时振动大,对磁性材料的强度要求特别高,普通的材料在汽车强振动中很容易断裂,因此国内企业要想获得发展,必须要突破这些技术上的难关,开发出具有更高断裂韧性和具有更宽工作温度的高性能永磁铁氧体材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有强韧性的增韧型纳米永磁材料Sr1-xLaxFe12-yCoyO19的制备方法,这种方法是通过纳米技术和稀土搀杂改性技术来提高锶永磁铁氧体的力学性能和磁性能。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:其特征在于:首先将纳米SrCO3和Fe2O3按一定比例进行配料,然后于乙醇溶液环境中,使用玛瑙磨球进行球磨,球磨过程中还加入有占总重量百分比的0.2~2.0%的La2O3和Co2O3,将球磨后的原料进行喷雾造粒,置于高温炉中进行固相反应,烧结时采用空气气氛,温度为900℃~1150℃,保温12小时,而合成Sr1-xLaxFe12-yCoyO19粉末;
将上述合成的Sr1-xLaxFe12-yCoyO19粉末进行二次球磨,然后进行磁场成型,最后置于高温炉中进行等静压烧结,烧结温度为1100℃~1200℃,保温2小时后即为本发明的成品;
上述纳米SrCO3和Fe2O3的摩尔百分比为1∶5.6~5.9。
所述的La2O3和Co2O3为用于搀杂改性的稀土氧化物La2O3和Co2O3
本发明喷雾造粒的粒径为0.5~2.5毫米。
本发明在预烧前,采用喷雾造粒技术对纳米级SrCO3和Fe2O3进行混料造球,将合成的SrFe12O19粉末进行二次球磨,然后将球磨后的粉末干燥并过筛,最后采用等静压烧结的方法,将成型和烧结合二为一。
本发明所采用的纳米SrCO3和Fe2O3的粒度分别为60nm和25nm,纯净度均大于99.5%。
由于高温固相反应之后,合成的预烧料粉末会有部分的结块,这会减小烧结时的驱动力。同样需要采用乙醇和玛瑙磨球,进行二次球磨,然后将球磨后的粉末进行磁场成型。最后置于高温炉中进行烧结,最终烧结温度为950~1150℃。
本发明直接采用纳米级SrCO3和Fe2O3作为原料,与传统采用微米或者更大粒度原料相比,固相反应充分,产物纯度高,反应温度低;而与其它化学法(如柠檬酸法、共沉淀法、溶胶-凝胶法等)相比,工艺简单,经济,生产周期短,更适合于工业化大生产。
本发明直接采用稀土氧化物La2O3和Co2O3进行搀杂改性,与传统添加剂相比,有利于提高磁体的磁性能。
本发明在预烧前采用喷雾造粒技术对纳米级SrCO3和Fe2O3进行混料造球,有利于增强预烧过程中固相反应。
下面将通过实例对本发明作进一步详细说明,但下述的实例仅仅是本发明其中的例子而已,并不代表本发明所限定的权利保护范围,本发明的权利保护范围以权利要求书为准。
具体实施方式
实例1:
1、首先将纳米SrCO3和Fe2O3按1∶5.9的摩尔百分比进行配料,然后于乙醇溶液环境中,使用玛瑙磨球进行球磨,球磨过程中按重量比分别加入0.2%La2O3和0.6%Co2O3,以达到对原料粉末的充分混合和再次细化的目的;将球磨后的原料进行喷雾造粒,其粒径为0.5~2.5毫米,然后,置于高温炉中进行固相反应,烧结时采用空气气氛,温度为900℃~1150℃,保温12小时而合成Sr1-xLaxFe12-yCoyO19粉末;
2、将合成的粉末进行二次球磨,然后进行磁场成型进行二次球磨,然后进行磁场成型,最后置于高温炉中进行等静压烧结,烧结温度为1100℃~1200℃,保温2小时后即为本发明的成品。
实施例2:
1、首先将纳米SrCO3和Fe2O3按1∶5.6的摩尔百分进行配料,然后于乙醇溶液环境中,使用玛瑙磨球进行球磨,球磨过程中按重量比分别加入0.5%La2O3和0.5%Co2O3;将球磨后的原料进行喷雾造粒,置于高温炉中进行固相反应。烧结时采用空气气氛,温度为900℃~1150℃,保温12小时;
2、将合成的Sr0.85La0.15Fe11.5Co0.15O19粉末进行二次球磨,然后进行磁场成型;最后置于高温炉中进行烧结,烧结温度为1100℃~1200℃,保温2小时后即为本发明的成品。

Claims (2)

1.一种增韧型纳米永磁材料的制备方法,其特征在于:首先将纳米SrCO3和Fe2O3按一定比例进行配料,然后于乙醇溶液环境中,使用玛瑙磨球进行球磨,球磨过程中还加入有占总重量百分比的0.2~2.0%的La2O3和Co2O3,将球磨后的原料进行喷雾造粒,置于高温炉中进行固相反应,烧结时采用空气气氛,温度为900℃~1150℃,保温12小时,而合成Sr1-xLaxFe12-yCoyO19粉末;
将上述合成的Sr1-xLaxFe12-yCoyO19粉末进行二次球磨,然后进行磁场成型,最后置于高温炉中进行等静压烧结,烧结温度为1100℃~1200℃,保温2小时后即为成品;
上述纳米SrCO3和Fe2O3的摩尔比为1∶5.6~5.9。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增韧型纳米永磁材料的制备方法,其特征在于:喷雾造粒的粒径为0.5~2.5毫米。
