Claims (10)
- 【权利要求1】一种切削液净化机,其包括集油装置及除油装置,该集油装置包括集油器及泵,该集油器设于机床的切削液槽中,该集油器包括一个集油件及一个中空底座,该集油件用于收集切削液槽中需要净化的液体至中空底座,该泵的抽入口与中空底座相连通,该排泄口与除油装置相连通,其特征在于:该集油件可滑动地设于中空底座上,除油装置包括一个分离箱及一个刮油机构,该分离箱内设有至少一个可将切削液与浮油分离的过滤单元,该过滤单元包括一个隔离板及位于隔离板两侧的第一容纳腔及第二容纳腔,隔离板在邻近底部处开设有连通第一容纳腔及第二容纳腔的连通间隙;该刮油机构设于分离箱的过滤单元上,其包括一个用于将分离后的浮油刮离出分离箱的刮油件。
- 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的切削液净化机,其特征在于:该切削液净化机还包括一个杀菌装置,该杀菌装置包括气液混合泵及与气液混合泵相连的臭氧发生器,该气液混合泵与机床的切削液槽相连通。
- 【权利要求3】如权利要求1所述的切削液净化机,其特征在于:该集油件包括集油斗、套筒及增浮块,集油斗一端与套筒相连,增浮块设于套筒内。
- 【权利要求4】如权利要求3所述的切削液净化机,其特征在于:该集油斗呈斗状,其包括吸油部及与吸油部相连的安装部,该安装部与该套筒一端配合,该增浮块由轻质材料制成。
- 【权利要求5】如权利要求1所述的切削液净化机,其特征在于:该浮油、粉屑处理装置还包括一个用于控制泵将液体抽入或抽出中空底座的控制部件。
- 【权利要求6】如权利要求5所述的浮油、粉屑处理装置,其特征在于:该控制部件为控制泵的正转和反转的压力开关,通过泵的正转和反转使液体抽入或抽出中空底座。
- 【权利要求7】如权利要求5所述的切削液净化机,其特征在于:该控制部件包括一个电磁阀及一个压力传感器,压力传感器用于感测泵内合液体的压力,电磁阀根据压力传感器的压力状况来切换位置以使泵将液体抽入或抽出中空底座。
- 【权利要求8】如权利要求1所述的切削液净化机,其特征在于:该中空底座包括储油筒及连接于储油筒底部的座体,该座体上开设有多个螺纹孔,底座的通孔开设于储油筒靠近底端的侧壁上,该集油器还包括多个与中空底座的座体的螺纹孔配合的调整螺柱。
- 【权利要求9】如权利要求1所述的切削液净化机,其特征在于:该切削液净化装置包括多个过滤单元,且相邻过滤单元通过一个间隔板隔开,该间隔板靠近其上端位置开设有用于连通相邻的过滤单元的连通孔。
- 【权利要求10】如权利要求1所述的切削液净化机,其特征在于:该刮油机构还包括输送带、主动轮、从动轮及驱动电机,该刮油件设置于输送带上,输送带绕于主动轮及从动轮上,驱动电机可驱动主动轮转动,该刮油件为钢片或者毛刷。
