Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种屋顶下方隔板(under-roof screen)以及制备该屋顶下方隔板的方法。
背景技术
已知屋顶下方隔板包括用沥青浸渍的合成保温层。这种屋顶下方隔板的刚性使其能够固定到相隔90cm的主椽(main rafter)上。然而,这种屋顶下方隔板不易于制备和使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是提出一种不具有现有技术的缺点的屋顶下方隔板。
为此目的,本发明提出的屋顶下方隔板包括:
由形成热反射阻挡层的第一金属材料或镀金属材料制成的第一层;
由第二编织材料制成粘合到所述第一层上的第二层;
由第三保温材料制成并粘合到所述第二层上的第三层;以及
由形成热反射阻挡层的第四金属材料或镀金属材料制成并粘合到所述第三层上的第四层;
所述第一层和第二层提供有微穿孔(micro-perforations),该微穿孔提供透水汽性和不透水性,并且所述第四层提供有穿孔,该穿孔提供透水汽性。
优选地,各所述层彼此之间的粘合通过热粘结实现。
优选地,所述微穿孔的直径小于或等于20μm。
优选地,所述第一材料和所述第四材料为铝或镀铝材料。
优选地,所述第二编织材料为编织玻璃纤维(woven glass fibre)。
优选地,所述第三保温材料为非编织玻璃纤维(non-woven glass fibre)。
本发明还提出了制备根据上述各种屋顶下方隔板之一的方法,该方法包括:
提供第一层的步骤,所述第一层由形成热反射阻挡层的第一金属材料或镀金属材料制成;
提供第二层的步骤,所述第二层由第二编织材料制成;
将所述第二层粘合到所述第一层上的步骤;
提供第三层的步骤,所述第三层由第三保温材料制成;

根据一种具体的实施方式,所述屋顶下方隔板包括由第五透气性材料(breathing material)制成的第五层,所述第五层粘合在所述第二层和第三层之间。
优选地,所述第五透气性材料为聚乙烯、聚氨酯或聚丙烯型,或者这些产品与碳酸钙的混合物。
本发明还提出了制备根据上述具体实施方式的屋顶下方隔板的方法,该方法包括:

根据一种具体实施方式,所述屋顶下方隔板包括由第六材料制成并置于所述第三层和第四层之间的第六层,所述第六材料由粘合到所述第四层上的编织板(woven sheet)组成。
优选地,所述第六层提供有与所述第四层内的穿孔对准的穿孔。
优选地,所述第六材料由由玻璃纤维制得的编织板组成。

具体实施方式
图1描述了屋顶下方隔板100,该屋顶下方隔板100包括:
由形成热反射阻挡层的诸如金属材料或镀铝材料类型的第一材料制成的第一层102;
由第二编织材料制成并粘合到所述第一层102上的第二层108;
由第三保温材料制成并粘合到所述第二层108上的第三层106;以及
由形成热反射阻挡层的诸如金属材料或镀铝材料类型的第四材料制成的第四层104,并且该第四层104粘合到所述第三层106上。
所述第一层102和所述第二层108提供有微穿孔110,该微穿孔110提供透水汽性和不透水性,并且所述第四层104提供有穿孔112,该穿孔112提供透水汽性。
当所述屋顶下方隔板100安装在建筑物的屋顶下方时,所述第一层102朝向所述屋顶,也即朝向该建筑物的外部,而所述第四层104朝向所述建筑物的内部。
所述第一层102用作反射想要进入建筑物的外部热量的热阻挡层。所述第一层102可以为例如铝的金属材料,或例如镀铝材料的镀金属材料。
所述第四层104用作反射想要离开建筑物的内部热量的热阻挡层。所述第四层104可以为例如铝的金属材料,或例如镀铝材料的镀金属材料。
所述第二层108的材料由于编织而具有高的抗撕裂性,并因此使得所述屋顶下方隔板100更坚固。屋顶下方隔板100的这种更坚固的结构进而使其能被置于相隔90cm的主椽上。根据一种具体实施方式,所述第二层108由编织玻璃纤维制成,且该玻璃纤维的直径为约8-18μm。
除此之外,所述第三层106用作所述第一层102和所述第四层104之间的绝热体,从而防止热桥(heat bridge)的产生。根据一种具体的实施方式,所述第三层106为由非编织玻璃纤维制成的褥垫。
在所述第一层102的背部,也即朝向所述建筑物的内部,形成的水汽必须被释放到该第一层102的正面,也即朝向所述建筑的外部。为此目的,所述第一层102和第二层108提供有微穿孔110。所述微穿孔110具有能通过水汽但水滴不能穿透它们的大小。这是由于位于朝向所述第一层102外部的水汽在外界温度的作用下冷凝并在第一层102凝聚成滴但不穿透该层。所述第一层102因此形成了不透水但透水汽的阻挡层。
根据一种具体的实施方式,所述微穿孔110的直径大约为20μm,但可以在10-60μm之间变化。
为了使在建筑物内部形成的水汽能释放,所述第四层104提供有穿孔112。所述穿孔112允许水汽通过。由于这些穿孔112在所述屋顶下方隔板100对于来自所述第一层102外部的水的不可渗透性方面不发挥作用,该穿孔112能够具有大于或等于所述微穿孔110的直径。
根据一种具体实施方式,所述穿孔112具有约50-150μm的直径。
为了进一步地强化所述屋顶下方隔板100的严密度和透水汽性,该屋顶下方隔板100包括第五层120,该第五层120由第五透气性且不可渗透性材料制成。所述第五层120粘合在所述第二层108和所述第三层106之间。所述第五透气性材料可以为聚乙烯、聚氨酯或聚丙烯型,或这些产品与碳酸钙的混合物。根据一种具体实施方式,所述第五层120的厚度在20-50μm之间。该第五层120可以通过拉伸制成以产生允许水汽通过的微通道网络。
可以通过热粘结将各个所述层102、108、106、104、120粘合在一起。例如,可以用聚乙烯在各个所述层102、108、106和104之间形成粘合。
上述屋顶下方隔板100易于操作,并能够产生保温阻挡层和透水汽的阻挡层,其结构由于第二编织材料的存在而得到增强。
图2描述了制备根据上述实施方式之一的屋顶下方隔板100的装置200。
该制备装置200包括第一粘合装置220、第二粘合装置222、第三粘合装置224以及穿孔装置。
在此描述的本发明的实施方式中,各个粘合装置220、222、224采取成对的辊的形式,可以提高所述成对的辊中的一个或两个辊的温度,在压力下所述辊彼此相对地摆放,并且需要粘合的元件从辊之间通过。
形成热反射阻挡层的例如金属的第一材料以第一辊202的形式储存,第二编织材料以第二辊208的形式储存,所述第三保温材料以第三辊206的形式储存,以及形成热反射阻挡层的例如金属的第四材料以第四辊204的形式储存。
所述穿孔装置在此采取设计用来制备微穿孔110的第一穿孔辊210和设计用来制备穿孔112的第二穿孔辊212的形式。为此目的,所述第一穿孔辊210和第二穿孔辊212可以提供有长钉,该长钉凸出于所述穿孔辊210和212的表面并穿透在一侧的所述第一层102和第二层108以及另一侧的第四层104。
在所述屋顶下方隔板100具有第五层的情况下,所述制备装置包括第五辊和第四粘合装置,全部被放置在所述第一粘合装置220的下游和所述第二粘合装置222的上游。
在制备装置200中进行的制备屋顶下方隔板100的方法包括:
利用所述第一辊202提供第一层102的步骤,所述第一层102由形成热反射阻挡层的例如金属的第一材料制成;
利用所述第二辊208提供第二层108的步骤,所述第二层108由第二编织材料制成;

图3描述了另一种实施方式,其中,所述屋顶下方隔板100包括由第六材料制成并置于所述第三层106和所述第四层104之间的第六层302,所述第六材料由粘合到所述第四层104上的编织板组成。所述第六层302由于编织而具有高的抗撕裂性,并因此使得所述屋顶下方隔板100更坚固。为了确保透水汽性,所述第六层302提供有与第四层104内的穿孔112对准的穿孔304。根据一种具体实施方式,所述第六材料由由玻璃纤维制得的编织板组成。
制备所述屋顶下方隔板100的方法还包括,在所述提供第四层104的步骤之前或之后,提供第六层302的步骤以及将该第六层302粘合到所述第四层104上的步骤。所述将第四层104粘合到第三层106上的步骤因而被将所述第六层302粘合到所述第三层106上所替换。
第一金属材料、第四金属材料、由玻璃纤维制得的第二材料以及由玻璃纤维制得的第三材料的使用能得到高度不可燃的屋顶下方隔板100。
由聚乙烯制成的第五材料的使用降低了这种不可燃的能力,但是保持低的第五材料的比例,所述屋顶下方隔板100的不可燃的能力仍然明显优于现有技术中的屋顶下方隔板的不可燃的能力。

10、根据权利要求9所述的屋顶下方隔板(100),其特征在于,所述第六层(302)提供有与所述第四层(104)内的穿孔(112)对准的穿孔(304)。
11、根据权利要求8或9所述的屋顶下方隔板(100),其特征在于,所述第六材料由由玻璃纤维制得的编织板组成。
12、制备权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的屋顶下方隔板(100)的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
提供第一层(102)的步骤,所述第一层(102)由形成热反射阻挡层的第一材料制成;
提供第二层(108)的步骤,所述第二层(108)由第二编织材料制成;
将所述第二层(108)粘合到所述第一层(102)上的步骤;
提供第三层(106)的步骤,所述第三层(106)由第三保温材料制成;
将所述第三层(106)粘合到如此被粘合的第二层(108)上的步骤;
提供第四层(104)的步骤,所述第四层(104)由形成热反射阻挡层的第四材料制成;
将所述第四层(104)粘合到如此被粘合的第三层(106)上的步骤;
在所述第一层(102)和第二层(108)内制备微穿孔(110)的步骤,所述微穿孔(110)提供透水汽性和不透水性;以及
在所述第四层(104)内制备穿孔(112)的步骤,所述穿孔(112)提供透水汽性。
13、制备权利要求7或8所述的屋顶下方隔板(100)的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
提供第一层(102)的步骤,所述第一层(102)由形成热反射阻挡层的第一材料制成;
提供第二层(108)的步骤,所述第二层(108)由第二编织材料制成;
将所述第二层(108)粘合到所述第一层(102)上的步骤;
提供第五层(120)的步骤,所述第五层(120)由第五透气性材料制成;
将所述第五层(120)粘合到如此被粘合的第二层(108)上的步骤;
提供第三层(106)的步骤,所述第三层(106)由第三保温材料制成;
将所述第三层(106)粘合到如此被粘合的第五层(120)上的步骤;
提供第四层(104)的步骤,所述第四层(104)由形成热反射阻挡层的第四材料制成;
将所述第四层(104)粘合到如此被粘合的第三层(106)上的步骤;
在所述第一层(102)和第二层(108)内制备微穿孔(110)的步骤,所述微穿孔(110)提供透水汽性和不透水性;以及
在所述第四层(104)内制备穿孔(112)的步骤,所述穿孔(112)提供透水汽性。
