技术领域
本公开涉及一种真空吸尘器。更具体地讲,本公开涉及一种通过将紫外光线照射到清洁表面上而对清洁表面进行消毒的管嘴组件以及一种具有这种管嘴组件的真空吸尘器。
背景技术
通常,真空吸尘器具有用于吸入清洁表面上的污物(即,将被清洁的表面上的污物)的管嘴组件。这种管嘴组件使用由安装在真空吸尘器的机身内的抽吸电机产生的吸力吸入与清洁表面接触的灰尘或者污物。
具体地讲,在各种管嘴组件中,用于立式真空吸尘器的管嘴组件可旋转地连接到真空吸尘器的机身的下侧,并包括用于刷去清洁表面(例如,地毯)上的污物的鼓刷(drum brush)。然而,这种传统的管嘴组件不能消除清洁表面上的病毒或者细菌。
发明内容
本公开的实施例的一方面在于解决至少上述问题和/或缺点,并提供至少下述优点。因此,本公开实施例的一方面在于提供一种管嘴组件,所述管嘴组件不仅包括用于对清洁表面进行消毒的紫外光(UV)产生单元,而且能够通过简单的操作选择性地打开或者关闭UV产生单元。
为了实现本公开的实施例的上述和其它方面,提供一种管嘴组件,该管嘴组件包括:管嘴主体,在清洁表面上运动;鼓刷单元,形成在管嘴主体上,并包括延伸单元;紫外光(UV)产生单元,形成在鼓刷单元上,以被折叠或者展开,从而UV产生单元选择性地面对清洁表面;开关,根据UV产生单元被折叠还是被展开而关闭或者打开UV产生单元。
如果UV产生单元被展开以面对清洁表面,则UV产生单元可产生UV线,如果UV产生单元被折叠而不面对清洁表面,则UV产生单元可不产生UV线。
UV产生单元可还包括:壳体,具有可枢转地连接到鼓刷单元的延伸单元的壳体臂;格栅单元,结合到壳体,并包括多个孔;UV灯,形成在壳体和格栅单元之间。
所述开关装置可包括通过壳体臂的选择性的抵触而被打开或者关闭的微动开关。
微动开关可形成在壳体臂上。
微动开关可形成在延伸单元上。
管嘴组件还可包括:弹性构件,在UV产生单元被折叠的方向上弹性地支撑UV产生单元;锁定单元,当UV产生单元被展开时,保持UV产生单元的展开状态。
弹性构件可包括形成在壳体臂的枢轴处的弹簧。
锁定单元可包括:钩构件,形成在鼓刷单元上以竖直地运动,并包括位于上部的按钮和位于下部的钩子;弹簧,向上弹性地支撑钩构件;锁定部分,形成在壳体上,当UV产生单元被展开以面对清洁表面时,锁定部分被钩构件的钩子钩住。
如果钩构件的按钮被按压,则被钩构件的钩子钩住的锁定部分可被解锁。
为了实现本公开的实施例的上述和其它方面,提供一种管嘴组件,该管嘴组件包括:管嘴主体,在清洁表面上运动;鼓刷单元,形成在管嘴主体上,并包括延伸单元;UV产生单元,形成在鼓刷单元上,以被折叠或者展开,从而UV产生单元选择性地面对清洁表面,其中,如果UV产生单元被展开以面对清洁表面,则UV产生单元产生UV线;如果UV产生单元被折叠而不面对清洁表面,则UV产生单元不产生UV线。
为了实现本公开的实施例的上述和其它方面,可通过将上述管嘴组件和真空吸尘器机身结合而实现一种真空吸尘器。

具体实施方式
现在对本公开的本实施例进行详细的描述,其示例表示在附图中,其中,相同的标号始终表示相同的元件。下面通过参照附图对实施例进行描述以解释本公开。
以下,参照图1至图5描述根据本公开的示例性实施例的包括紫外光(UV)产生单元的管嘴组件100。
图1是示出根据本公开的示例性实施例的具有安装有UV产生单元的管嘴组件100的立式真空吸尘器10的透视图。如图1所示,具有UV产生单元的管嘴组件100可旋转地安装在包括旋风单元23和灰尘容器25的真空吸尘器机身20的下侧。管嘴组件100包括管嘴主体110、鼓刷单元120、锁定单元140和UV产生单元150。
管嘴主体110可与鼓刷单元120一体或者分开地形成。在将被连接到形成在鼓刷单元120中的空气入口128(见图3)的管嘴主体110中形成空气路径(未示出)。因此,通过空气入口128吸入的含尘空气通过管嘴主体110的空气路径而到达真空吸尘器机身20。此外,用于驱动鼓刷122的驱动电机(未示出)或者将通过被吸入到管嘴主体110中的空气而旋转的涡轮(未示出)可形成在管嘴主体110中。由于管嘴主体110的构造在相关领域是公知的,因此这里不重复对其的详细描述。
参照图1和图3,鼓刷单元120包括鼓刷122和鼓刷盖124。鼓刷122旋转并击打清洁表面,从而可将污物与清洁表面分离。鼓刷122可旋转地形成在鼓刷盖124的内部,以被鼓刷盖124包围。鼓刷122连接到管嘴主体110的驱动电机(未示出)或者涡轮(未示出),从而可被旋转。由于鼓刷122的构造在相关领域是公知的,因此这里不重复对其的详细描述。延伸单元126一体地或者通过螺纹连接形成在鼓刷盖124的前部的两侧,从而UV产生单元150可以可旋转地连接到鼓刷单元120的前部。安装空间121形成在鼓刷盖124的前部的中央,用于安装锁定单元140。微动开关160(见图5,稍后将被详细描述)形成在延伸单元126的内部。
参照图1和图3,锁定单元140安装于在鼓刷盖124的前部的安装空间121中,并包括钩构件142和弹性构件144。钩构件142竖直地运动,并包括位于上部的按钮单元146和位于下部的钩子143。钩子143与UV产生单元150的壳体151的锁定部分152选择性地锁定。
参照图3至图5,UV产生单元150包括壳体151、格栅单元154、UV灯156和微动开关160。
参照图4,壳体臂153从壳体151的上表面的两侧向上成对角地突出。壳体臂153的一端连接到从位于鼓刷盖124的前部的延伸单元126延伸的旋转轴126a。弹簧157形成在壳体臂153的一端153a上,以弹性地支撑壳体151。也就是说,弹簧157允许壳体151朝着鼓刷单元120的上部被折叠。锁定部分152形成在壳体151的后部的中央,以与钩构件142的钩子143锁定。
格栅单元154结合到壳体151的下部,UV灯156被安装在通过结合格栅单元154与壳体151而限定的空间中。形成在格栅单元154上的多个格栅孔154a允许由UV灯156产生的紫外光线通过而到达清洁表面。
参照图5,微动开关160用于打开或者关闭UV灯156,并形成在延伸单元126的内部。按钮161形成在微动开关160的一侧,从而可通过按压按钮161打开或者关闭微动开关160。按钮161穿透延伸单元126,并从延伸单元126突出。如果通过UV产生单元150的旋转而使壳体臂153按压按钮161,则微动开关160被打开,从而使UV灯156产生UV线。如果壳体臂153不按压按钮161,则微动开关160被关闭,使得UV灯156不产生UV线。
下面将描述根据本公开示例性实施例的具有UV产生单元150的管嘴组件100的操作。
参照图1至图5,如图2所示,当UV产生单元150被折叠在鼓刷单元120的上部时,为了使用户利用UV产生单元150对清洁表面进行消毒,用户使用他/她的手或者脚旋转UV产生单元150,使得UV产生单元150的格栅单元154面对清洁表面。在这种情况下,由于在壳体臂153的一端153a处的弹簧157沿着与弹力相反的方向被压迫,并且锁定部分152与钩子143锁定,所以UV产生单元150通过锁定单元140被固定在鼓刷单元120上。壳体臂153通过相对于延伸单元126向下旋转而按压微动开关160的按钮161。因此,微动开关160被打开,使得UV产生单元150的UV灯156照射UV线。结果,用户可通过来回移动管嘴组件100并使UV线穿过格栅单元154的格栅孔154a照射到清洁表面上而对清洁表面进行消毒。
如果用户想不使用UV产生单元150进行清洁,则用户通过向下按压钩构件142上的按钮单元146释放锁定部分152与钩子143之间的连接。因此,通过位于壳体臂153的一端153a上的弹簧157的弹力使UV产生单元150向上旋转,并且UV产生单元150被折叠在鼓刷盖124的上部。此外,由于壳体臂153也与UV产生单元150一起被向上旋转,所以微动开关160的被按下的按钮161被释放,使得微动开关160关闭。因此,UV灯156不照射UV线。
在根据本公开的示例性实施例的具有UV产生单元的管嘴组件100中,如果UV产生单元150从鼓刷单元120被展开,则UV线照射在清洁表面上。如果UV产生单元150被折叠在鼓刷单元120上,则不产生UV线。因此,用户可通过折叠或者展开UV产生单元150而将UV灯156关闭或者打开。
在本公开的示例性实施例中,微动开关160形成在延伸单元126中,并且微动开关160的按钮161突出到延伸单元126的外部。然而,微动开关160可形成在壳体臂153的内部,并且微动开关160的按钮161可突出到壳体臂153的外部,如图6所示。因此,如图7所示,在壳体臂153旋转时,可通过延伸单元126按压微动开关160的按钮161。
如上所述,本公开能够对清洁表面进行消毒,并能够通过相对于鼓刷单元120折叠和展开UV产生单元150而容易地关闭或者打开UV灯156,从而容易地使用真空吸尘器。
虽然已参照本发明的特定实施例表示和描述了本发明,但本领域技术人员应该理解,在不脱离由权利要求限定的本发明的范围和精神的情况下,可以对其进行形式和细节上的各种修改。

Claims (12)

1、一种管嘴组件,包括:
管嘴主体,在清洁表面上运动;
鼓刷单元,形成在管嘴主体上,并包括延伸单元;
紫外光产生单元,形成在鼓刷单元上,以被折叠或者展开,从而紫外光产生单元选择性地面对清洁表面;
开关,根据紫外光产生单元被折叠还是被展开而关闭或者打开紫外光产生单元。
2、如权利要求1所述的管嘴组件,其中,如果紫外光产生单元被展开以面对清洁表面,则紫外光产生单元产生紫外光线,如果紫外光产生单元被折叠而不面对清洁表面,则紫外光产生单元不产生紫外光线。
3、如权利要求1所述的管嘴组件,其中,紫外光产生单元还包括:
壳体,具有可枢转地连接到鼓刷单元的延伸单元的壳体臂;
格栅单元,结合到壳体,并包括多个孔;
紫外光灯,形成在壳体和格栅单元之间。
4、如权利要求3所述的管嘴组件,其中,所述开关包括通过壳体臂的选择性的抵触而被打开或者关闭的微动开关。
5、如权利要求4所述的管嘴组件,其中,微动开关形成在壳体臂上。
6、如权利要求4所述的管嘴组件,其中,微动开关形成在延伸单元上。
7、如权利要求3所述的管嘴组件,管嘴组件还包括:
弹性构件,在紫外光产生单元被折叠的方向上弹性地支撑紫外光产生单元;
锁定单元,当紫外光产生单元被展开时,保持紫外光产生单元的展开状态。
8、如权利要求7所述的管嘴组件,其中,弹性构件包括形成在壳体臂的枢轴处的弹簧。
9、如权利要求7所述的管嘴组件,其中,锁定单元包括:
钩构件,形成在鼓刷单元上以竖直地运动,并包括位于上部的按钮和位于下部的钩子;
弹簧,向上弹性地支撑钩构件;
锁定部分,形成在壳体上,当紫外光产生单元被展开以面对清洁表面时,锁定部分被钩构件的钩子钩住。
10、如权利要求9所述的管嘴组件,其中,如果钩构件的按钮被按压,则被钩构件的钩子钩住的锁定部分被解锁。
11、一种管嘴组件,包括:
管嘴主体,在清洁表面上运动;
鼓刷单元,形成在管嘴主体上,并包括延伸单元;
紫外光产生单元,形成在鼓刷单元上,以被折叠或者展开,从而紫外光产生单元选择性地面对清洁表面,
其中,如果紫外光产生单元被展开以面对清洁表面,则紫外光产生单元产生紫外光线,
如果紫外光产生单元被折叠而不面对清洁表面,则紫外光产生单元不产生紫外光线。
12、一种真空吸尘器,包括:
机身,包括灰尘收集单元;
管嘴组件,包括:
管嘴主体,在清洁表面上运动;
鼓刷单元,形成在管嘴主体上,并包括延伸单元;
紫外光产生单元,形成在鼓刷单元上,以被折叠或者展开,从而紫外光产生单元选择性地面对清洁表面,
其中,如果紫外光产生单元被展开以面对清洁表面,则紫外光产生单元产生紫外光线,如果紫外光产生单元被折叠而不面对清洁表面,则紫外光产生单元不产生紫外光线,
