如图 1-4所示, 本实用新型所述的床铺清洁机 1具有一壳体 2, 壳体 2上设置于把手 3, 壳体 2内部设有吸排气过滤通道 4、 积尘装置 5以及抽真空电机 13, 所述吸排气过滤通道包 括吸气通道 41和排气通道 42, 吸气通道上方设有一密封板 9。
如图 2-5所示, 所述吸气通道 41的吸气口 411上方设有一清扫滚筒 6, 其通过一转轴 14 铰接在壳体 2内壁上。 清扫滚筒 6的转轴 14上设有从动同步带轮 61, 所述清扫滚筒 6上还 设有若干毛刷 72。 清扫滚筒 6上设置的毛刷 72可在清扫滚筒 6转动时, 可卷扫床铺上的灰 尘, 从而使床铺上的灰尘更容易吸入清洁机中。 作为本实用新型的另一种实施形式, 如图 5 所示,所述毛刷 72也可用凸台 73代替。清扫滚筒 6上设置的凸台 73可在清扫滚筒 6转动时, 进一步拍打床铺, 从而使床铺上的灰尘更容易被吸入清洁机 1中。吸气通道 41内还设有一风 轮 7, 其通过一轮轴 15铰接壳体 2内壁上, 作为优选, 所述风轮 7设于吸气通道 41正中间, 这样吸入空气能够较好的带动风轮 7转动。 所述风轮 7的轮轴 15上还设有主动同步带轮 71。
如图 3所示, 上述主动同步带轮 71和从动同步带轮 61通过同步带 8连接。
如图 4所示,所述壳体 2底部末端设有一震动器 10。所述壳体 2底部设有一紫外灯管 11, 该紫外灯管 11外设有一透明封板。所述壳体底部还设有一控制该紫外灯管 11的限位开关 12。 该限位开关 12被挤压时, 控制紫外灯管 11启动, 松开时, 控制紫外灯管 11关闭。
使用时, 将床铺清洁机 1接通电源, 壳体 2内的各部件由电路控制, 抽真空电机 13从吸 气通道 41的吸入口 411吸入空气, 风轮 7在吸入空气的带动下转动(图中箭头为空气流动方 向), 清扫滚筒 6在同步带 8的带动下滚动。抓住把手 3将床铺清洁机 1压在床铺上, 震动器 10不断震动, 清扫滚筒 6上的毛刷 62不断卷扫床铺上的灰尘, 然后将灰尘从吸入口 411内 吸入。 由于床铺清洁机 1压在床铺上, 挤压限位开关 12, 从而控制紫外灯管 11开启, 在清 洁床铺时可杀菌。
