Abstract

Description

用于牵引机构的导向辊
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于牵引机构如皮带、钢带或者链条的导向辊或者张紧装置,具有可回转设置在发动机部件上的张紧臂,上面通过滚动轴承可旋转地支承用于牵引机构的导向辊,还具有覆盖张紧辊轴承区域的保护罩,其力配合和/或合型地保持在导向辊上。
背景技术
导向辊或者张紧装置利用保护罩防止导向辊的轴承区域进入污物和溅射水。
公知导向辊的保护罩不是力量或者合型地与导向辊连接,而是作为保护盘构成,其与导向辊形成一个环形间隙。按照这种方式,旋转的导向辊和与其相对固定的保护盘之间产生迷宫式密封,但却达不到所要求的密封效果。
公知的还有在导向辊上利用金属板工作轮为可松开固定保护罩成型轮缘。但在这里例如轮缘的弯边通过滚压变形增加了制造导向辊的步骤,从而增加了成本。
专利文献DE 100 24 318 A1介绍了一种开头所述类型的张紧装置。正如该文献的图1所示,在导向辊的轮毂上轴向覆盖并力配合地保持一个保护罩。在采用金属板工作轮的这种设置中,此外公知在导向辊的轮毂上车削一个卡槽,保护罩可以利用凸起部卡入槽内,从而产生合型的连接。但在这里由于需要附加的车削步骤而是一种增加成本的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种具有导向辊保护罩单元的导向辊或者张紧装置,其保证有效防止污物和溅射水进入,其中,导向辊可以简单方法制造而无需附加步骤。
该目的依据本发明由此得以实现,即导向辊作为金属板工作轮构成并为支承保护罩而具有卡槽,该卡槽由金属板工作轮锥形向外变形的端部区域构成,其中,端部区域的厚度尺寸小于金属板工作轮的金属板厚度。
按照这种方式,作为金属板工作轮构成的导向辊完全通过单一的拉伸过程例如在多工位自动压力机上制造。在此方面,因此用于支承保护罩而提出的卡槽也在金属板工作轮的拉伸过程期间制造。在这种实施方式中,因此避免用于产生卡槽的附加制造过程,如通过滚压变形或者车削再加工使端部区域产生卷边。为制造卡槽,仅需将容纳保护罩的端部区域内的金属板工作轮的材料拉伸得薄于其他区域,由此端部区域锥形向外变形以形成卡槽。
由于依据本发明的卡接几何形状,保护罩很容易轴向插接在导向辊上并从那里取下,而不会对卡接功能产生不利影响。保护罩因此密封导向辊的轴承区域,防止污物和水进入。

具体实施方式
附图所示的单元分别保持在张紧臂1上,该张紧臂可回转支承在未示出的发动机部件上。发动机部件例如可以固定在内燃机上。在每个张紧臂1上均通过滚动轴承2可旋转地支承用于牵引机构的导向辊。滚动轴承2的旋转轴在此方面与张紧臂1的回转轴平行分布。轴承内圈轴向支承在张紧臂1的接触面3上并由旋入张紧臂1螺纹孔5内的螺栓4保持在那里。滚动轴承2的轴承外圈上固定工作轮13。滚动轴承2的轴承区域利用与导向辊的轴向末端连接的保护罩15覆盖且对外密封。
图2所示的单元具有作为金属板工作轮6构成的导向辊。其作为轮毂作用的内部件由作为保护盘7构成的保护罩包围,其中,金属板工作轮6与保护盘7之间保持环形间隙8。按照这种方式,滚动轴承2的区域形成迷宫式密封。但这种密封不能达到所要求的高度密封效果。
图3的单元同样具有作为金属板工作轮9构成的导向辊。金属板工作轮9具有成型的轮缘10,其由保护罩12的凸起部11环嵌。这种金属板工作轮9的缺点是,需要附加的方法步骤来制造轮缘10。
图4示出一个实心工作轮13及轮毂,在其两个轴向端部区域之间的外圆周上加工出卡槽14。导向辊13的轮毂上插接保护罩15并利用卡入相邻卡槽14内的成型凸起部保持在那里。这种结构需要在制造工作轮13时例如通过作为附加工序的车削形成卡槽14。
图1所示的导向辊保护罩单元具有保护罩15(如图4所示)和作为金属板工作轮16构成的导向辊。依据本发明,卡槽17在金属板工作轮16的轮毂件轴向端部区域内由此构成,即,金属板厚度“A”在这里小于金属板工作轮16其余分布上的金属板厚度“E”,以及该端部区域锥形向外变形。这种金属板工作轮16的优点是,它可与卡槽17在唯一一道工序或者工作方法中成型。

1.用于牵引机构如皮带、钢带或者链条的张紧装置,具有可回转地设置在发动机部件上的张紧臂(1),在该张紧臂上通过滚动轴承(2)可旋转地支承用于牵引机构的张紧辊或者导向辊,该张紧装置还具有覆盖张紧辊轴承区域的保护罩(15),其力配合地和/或合型地保持在张紧辊上,其特征在于,所述张紧辊或导向辊作为金属板工作轮(16)构成并且为了支承所述保护罩(15)而具有卡槽(17),该卡槽由所述金属板工作轮(16)锥形向外变形的端部区域构成,其中,所述端部区域的厚度尺寸(A)小于所述金属板工作轮(16)的金属板厚度(E)。
