Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于连接螺钉的防松和输送保险装置,通过连接螺钉固定牵引工具驱动装置的结构部件。该连接螺钉最好用于固定牵引工具驱动装置的张紧轮、导向轮或者张紧装置。
背景技术
由DE 298 20 776 U1已知这种防松和输送保险装置(Verlier-undTransportsicherung)。这种用于牵引工具驱动装置的张紧轮或皮带轮的固定装置包括连接螺钉,它包括输送保险装置的机构。在此,该连接螺钉穿过滚动轴承内环的容纳孔,在滚动轴承上可旋转地支承张紧轮或皮带轮。作为保险装置设有一个密封片,通过它有效地保护张紧轮或皮带轮的滚动轴承免受粗大的污物如溅水和粗大的灰尘颗粒。由薄板制成的密封片在外圆周上与滚轮的毂部形成一个迷宫密封。该密封片在中心具有一个压穿部,在其端部部位上力锁合地固定螺钉杆。这种已知的连接螺钉的防松和输送保险装置包括一个复杂的薄板成形件,其加工引起高成本。另一缺陷是,该连接螺钉不能直接定心在轴承环中而是通过密封片的中心容纳孔定心,该密封片支承在轴承内环上。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,实现一种用于连接螺钉的防松和输送保险装置,它可以经济地制造和装配,以及能够实现有效的保险。
按照本发明这个目的通过一个由弹性材料制成的圆柱形套得以实现,它定位在连接螺钉的螺钉杆上并且在安装状态塑性变形。这样实现圆柱形套的尺寸设计,使该套通过一个尺寸的重合(Ueberdeckung)、一个重合、与连接螺钉共同地装进一个用于连接螺钉的孔里面。在安装位置,该套塑性变形,通过挤压进行安装,由此使套起到连接螺钉安装位置防松的作用。按照本发明的连接螺钉的保险装置,对于较大直径变化也是有利的,它可以装进规定用于连接螺钉的孔里面。由此可以有效地补偿加工公差。此外,设计为保险装置的弹性套,由于套的高弹性和与此相关的套变形,对于连接螺钉的拧紧力矩没有不利的影响。通过设计成弹性套的按照本发明的防松和输送保险装置可以有利地略微影响保持力。例如可以通过长度和/或壁厚的变化直接影响连接螺钉的保持力。有利的扩展结构是从属权利要求2至8的内容。
为了实现套的确定的固定位置,有利地的是,套的内径这样协调于连接螺钉的外径,使得一方面调节套的有效固定而另一方面调节套在螺钉杆上的无损坏装配。优选使套通过热技术热压套装在连接螺钉的螺钉杆上。
热压套装在螺钉杆上的套有利地适合作为保险装置。套在螺纹段区域设置在螺钉杆上用于套的进一步位置固定,由此同时调整套的力锁合和形锁合的固定。
通过装配辅助可使连接螺钉及用于防松的套易于装配,作为装配辅助,该套具有锥形延伸的外壳面。为此优选使套的最大直径在安装状态对准连接螺钉的螺钉头。这种套形状简化装配,使螺钉包括防松装置插进为其设置的容纳孔中得以简化。为此这样构成套,使外壳面的锥形分布(Verlauf)在端面侧不形成台阶,这对于装配是有利的。
用于连接螺钉防松的套有利地由聚合物材料、最好是聚酰胺制成。这种材料一方面具有与所需塑性变形性相关的足够强度并且还能够实现套的经济加工。
另一优点是,按照本发明的套,除了连接螺钉防松以外,还能够使另一结构部件防松。例如可以在预装配时使套这样配属于连接螺钉,该套附加地使垫片或间隔块防松,它定位在张紧轮或张紧装置的背离连接螺钉螺钉头的一侧上。
按照本发明的保险装置还可以用于实现连接螺钉的预定心,它尤其对于张紧轮和/或张紧系统的自动装配是有利的。为此按照本发明使用一个套,其长度几乎与结构部件的容纳孔或导向长度一致,在该结构部件中使用连接螺钉。对此也可以选择在连接螺钉上设有两个轴向相互分开定位的套,其有效地抑制连接螺钉相对于待固定结构部件的倾翻。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出内六角螺钉,它可作为连接螺钉1a用于牵引工具驱动装置的结构部件。一个螺钉杆2具有一个螺纹段3以及另一形成光滑表面的区段4,它在螺钉头5与螺纹段3之间延伸。该螺纹段3配有圆柱形套6a,它用于使连接螺钉1a防松,在这个螺纹段上例如把套装进用于连接螺钉1a的容纳孔里面并由此使容纳直径局部地变窄。通过变窄的直径和弹性的套6a,使连接螺钉1a防松地固定在容纳孔中。
图2示出连接螺钉1b与用热技术热压套装的套6b结合。这种固定方式保证套6b不可移动地固定在连接螺钉1b的螺纹段3上。为了实现连接螺钉1b无障碍地装配在对其规定的容纳孔里面,套6a具有一个锥形的外壳面23,由此在端侧在螺纹段3与套6a之间几乎没有台阶。为此使套6b这样放置在螺纹段3上,使其最大的直径朝向螺钉头方向定向。
图3示出连接螺钉1c,它防松地装进张紧装置8的枢转轴承7里面。该枢转轴承7包括一个毂部9,该毂部相对于旋转固定的内套10经由一个滑动轴承11是可转动的。在此该毂部9一体地与转臂12连接,在转臂上在端侧可旋转地设置一个滚轮13。所述张紧装置8还与一个在图3中未示出的弹性机构连接,通过它使滚轮13力加载地通过牵引工具驱动装置的牵引工具支承。在内套10的纵向孔14里面装进连接螺钉1c,它通过一个套6c防松地固定。在此,由弹性材料制成的、最好用热技术地固定在连接螺钉1c的螺纹段3上的套6c以相对于纵向孔14的过盈安装,由此使套6c以压紧力支承在纵向孔14的内壁上。
在图4中示出一个张紧轮15,它通过一个滚动轴承16可旋转地支承。为该张紧轮15配设一个间隔块17,通过它例如可以实现张紧轮15的确定的安装位置。连接螺钉1d与套6d相结合起到防松地和输送安全地相互固定张紧轮15的所有结构部件的作用。为此连接螺钉1d穿过在端面支承在滚动轴承16上的定心片18以及继续穿过间隔块17的中心孔。固定在连接螺钉1d螺纹段3上的套6d在外侧支承在间隔块17的中心孔19的内壁上并由此促使连接螺钉1d在间隔块17中有足够的保持力,由此同时使张紧轮15的所有其余结构部件相互固定。
在图5中示出另一张紧轮20,它也称为导向轮,它通过一个设计成两排球轴承的滚动轴承22可旋转地支承。为了防松且输送安全地固定连接螺钉1e,这个连接螺钉具有两个轴向相互错开的套6e,这两个套定位在滚动轴承22的内环21中。两个轴向相互错开设置的套6e有效地防止连接螺钉1e相对于滚动轴承22的内环21倾翻。由此调定的连接螺钉1e的定心能够实现张紧轮20的自动装配。

Claims (8)
1.用于连接螺钉(1a至1e)的防松和输送保险装置,该连接螺钉用于固定牵引工具驱动装置的结构部件、尤其是张紧轮(15,20)或张紧装置(8),其特征在于,所述连接螺钉(1a至1e)通过形锁合和/或力锁合地位置固定在螺钉杆(2)上的由弹性材料制成的圆柱形套防松,其中套(6a至6e)通过径向重合而装进一个确定用于连接螺钉(1a至1e)的孔中。
