本发明涉及一种硅胶花洒出水孔模具插穿或碰穿排气结构,其插穿结构包括:下模模腔、上模镶针、下模垃圾位、下模顶针;所述上模镶针与下模模腔插穿,下模模腔下方设有排气间隙;垃圾位设置在下模模腔出水口下方,与排气间隙相通;顶针设置在垃圾位的下方,在顶出作用下可上下移动,将垃圾位顶出,再回位。本发明通过在垃圾位下方设置顶针,成型件离模后,用顶针将垃圾位内的硅胶以及毛边一起顶出,有助于下一模生产时排气顺畅。

硅胶花洒出水孔模具排气结构 
技术领域
本发明涉及模具,尤其涉及硅胶花洒出水孔模具插穿或碰穿排气结构。 
背景技术
现有的硅胶花洒出水孔模具在模腔下方,即硅胶花洒出水口处因排气不良造成缺料,开设排气间隙用于排气溢料,用于存放因排气需要溢出的硅胶和毛边的垃圾位。随着模具反复的使用,垃圾位溢出的硅胶以及毛边越来越多,造成模腔内的排气不顺畅。 
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种硅胶花洒出水孔模具排气结构,可清除垃圾位的溢料和毛边,使下一模生产时排气顺畅。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的: 
插穿结构包括:下模模腔、上模镶针、下模垃圾位、下模顶针;所述上模镶针与下模模腔插穿,下模模腔下方设有排气间隙;垃圾位设置在下模模腔出水口下方,与排气间隙相通;顶针设置在垃圾位的下方,在顶出作用下可上下移动,将垃圾位顶出,再回位。本发明通过在垃圾位下方设置顶针,成型件离模后,用顶针将垃圾位内的硅胶以及毛边一起顶出,有助于下一模生产时排气顺畅。 
碰穿结构包括:下模模腔、上模镶针、下模垃圾位、下模顶针;所述上模镶针与下模顶针碰穿,下模模腔下方设有排气间隙;垃圾位设置在顶针外围,该垃圾位通过排气间隙与下模模腔相通;在顶出作用下可上下移动,将垃圾位顶出,利于风枪吹除垃圾,再回位。本发明通过在下模顶针上部外围设置垃圾位,成型件离模后,用顶针将垃圾位内的硅胶以及毛边一起顶出,用风枪清理干净,有助于下一模生产时排气顺畅。 
优选地,所述排气间隙为0.02mm。 
从以上技术方案可以看出,本发明在下模模腔下方设置顶针,成型件离模后,用顶针将垃圾位内的硅胶以及毛边一起顶出,有助于下一模生产时排气顺畅。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。 
参见图1及图2所示,本使用提供的一种硅胶花洒出水孔模具插穿排气结构,其包括:下模模腔1内的产品、上模镶针2、垃圾位3、下模顶针4;所述上模镶针2设置于上模上,当下模模腔合模成型时,上模镶针在下模模腔的硅胶花洒出水口处插穿,插穿结构在下模模腔与上模镶针2之间设置排气间隙11,即排气间隙设置在下模模腔下方。垃圾位3设置在下模模腔1出水口与下模顶针4之间,并与排气间隙11相通;下模顶针4设置在垃圾位3的下方,在顶出作用下可上下移动,将垃圾位顶出,再回位。 
参见图3及图4所示,本使用提供的一种硅胶花洒出水孔模具碰穿排气结构,其包括:下模模腔1内的产品、上模镶针2、垃圾位3、下模顶针4;所述上模镶针2设置于上模上,当下模模腔合模成型时,上模镶针与下模顶针4在 下模模腔的硅胶花洒出水口处的碰穿。在下模模腔与下模顶针的上部外围之间设置排气间隙22,即排气间隙设置在下模模腔下方。在下模模腔与下模顶针的外围设置垃圾位3,该垃圾位通过排气间隙与下模模腔相通;在顶出作用下可上下移动,将垃圾位顶出,再回位。 
模具开模后,顶针向上运动,将垃圾位内的废料顶出,再回位,有益于下一模生产时的排气顺畅。 
作为本发明的优选实施方式,所述排气间隙为0.02mm。

1.一种硅胶花洒出水孔模具插穿排气结构,其特征在于,包括:下模模腔、上模镶针、下模垃圾位、下模顶针;所述上模镶针与下模模腔插穿,下模模腔下方设有排气间隙;垃圾位设置在下模模腔出水口下方,与排气间隙相通;顶针设置在垃圾位的下方,顶针在顶出作用下可上下移动,将垃圾位顶出,再回位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硅胶花洒出水孔模具插穿排气结构,其特征在于:所述排气间隙为0.02mm。
3.一种硅胶花洒出水孔模具碰穿排气结构,其特征在于,包括:下模模腔、上模镶针、下模垃圾位、下模顶针;所述上模镶针与下模顶针碰穿,下模模腔下方设有排气间隙;垃圾位设置在顶针外围,该垃圾位通过排气间隙与下模模腔相通;下模顶针在顶出作用下可上下移动,将垃圾位顶出,利于风枪吹除垃圾,再回位。
4.根据权利要求3所述的硅胶花洒出水孔模具碰穿排气结构,其特征在于:所述排气间隙为0.02mm。
