Description

燃料箱用连接器
技术领域
本发明涉及连接汽车等的燃料箱、和构成向该燃料箱送入燃料或从该燃料箱送出燃料以及从该燃料箱送出气体等的输送路径所使用的连接器的改良。
背景技术
作为至少连接使外面层由合成树脂构成的燃料箱和燃料供给管或通气管的连接器有如下技术,具备:基体,其具备覆盖透设在该燃料箱上的开口的大小的凸缘部和与该燃料箱管等连通的流道;配备在该基体的凸缘部的突出端部的外侧熔敷用突部;以及构成环状的内侧熔敷用部件(参照专利文献1:他开2002-211254号公报)。
在该专利文献1记载的连接器中,由于外侧熔敷用突部和内侧熔敷用部件由聚乙烯或包含它的合金材料构成,所以适应良好,外侧熔敷用突部和内侧熔敷用部件的相接部位可一体化。对此,在该连接器中,由阻气性合成树脂(难以透过由燃料产生的碳氢化合物等气体的合成树脂,在专利文献1记载的具体例中是聚缩醛)构成的基体与构成内侧熔敷用部件的合成树脂没有同用性,且该基体的凸缘部的下表面和内侧熔敷用部件的上部之间,通过插入了该基体的插入成形来形成内侧熔敷用部件,或者将两者同时成形的情况都不能一体化。因此,通过燃料箱的开口达到凸缘部的下表面的气体通过凸缘部的下表面和内侧熔敷用部件的上部的接触界面到达外侧熔敷用突部的内侧面,该气体的漏出并没有因外侧熔敷用突部的壁厚而减少。
本发明所要解决的问题点在于,通过提高这种连接器的对燃料箱的熔敷所使用的连接器部分和阻止由燃料产生的气体的漏出部分的一体性,进一步减少在对燃料箱熔敷后通过该熔敷部位的该气体的漏出。
发明内容
为了完成上述课题,在本发明中将燃料箱用连接器做成具备以下(1)~(5)的结构的连接器。
(1)一种燃料箱用连接器,用于连接燃料箱、和构成向该燃料箱送入燃料或从该燃料箱送出燃料以及从该燃料箱送出气体等的输送路径,
(2)该连接器具备:
基体,其具备覆盖设置在该燃料箱上的开口的大小的凸缘部和与上述输送路径连通的流道;
外侧熔敷用突部,其一体配备在该基体的至少上述凸缘部的突出端部上;以及,
内侧熔敷用部件,其以如下方式设置,构成具有使上述燃料箱的开口容纳在内侧的大小的环状,并且使上部与上述基体的凸缘部的下表面一体化,且使外侧面与上述外侧熔敷用突部的内侧面一体化,
(3)而且,外侧熔敷用突部由可熔敷在燃料箱的外面层的第一合成树脂构成,
(4)基体由难以透过由燃料产生的气体的第二合成树脂和上述第一合成树脂的合金材料、或者难以透过由燃料产生的气体且与上述第一合成树脂适应良好的第二合成树脂构成,
(5)内侧熔敷用部件由上述第一合成树脂构成。
在该连接器中,上述外侧熔敷用突部和内侧熔敷用部件由相同的第一合成树脂构成,并且基体是第一合成树脂和第二合成树脂的合金材料或者与第一合成树脂适应良好的第二合成树脂,所以外侧熔敷用突部和内侧熔敷用部件能够在其相接部位在熔融·一体化的状态下设置,而且基体和外侧熔敷用突部以及基体和内侧熔敷用部件在其相接部位也能够被熔融·一体化。由于通过构成基体的第二合成树脂阻止由燃料产生的气体从开口漏出,在连接器向燃料箱的熔敷部位使基体和外侧熔敷用突部以及内侧熔敷用部件如上述那样一体化而得到,所以能够尽可能地避免气体从该熔敷部位漏出。
如果通过插入上述内侧熔敷用部件的插入成形来形成连接器,则能够使内侧熔敷用部件和基体以及外侧熔敷用突部容易且适当地一体化。
另外,在通过这种插入成形来形成连接器的场合,如果第二合成树脂的熔点比第一合成树脂的熔点还高,则在该插入成形时,通过填充在成形模内的形成基体的部分的第二合成树脂,与插入的内侧熔敷用部件的成形基体相接的部位容易再次熔融,能够在已成形的连接器中使内侧熔敷用部件和基体牢固地一体化。
另外,如果将上述第一合成树脂采用与构成燃料箱的外面层的合成树脂相同的合成树脂,则通过利用了内侧熔敷用部件和外侧熔敷用突部的熔敷,能够使连接器适应性良好地紧固在燃料箱上。
本发明的效果如下。
在本发明的燃料箱用连接器中,能够提高对燃料箱的熔敷所使用的内侧熔敷用部件、和阻止有燃料产生的气体的漏出的基体的凸缘部的一体性,从而能够有效地减少向燃料箱熔敷后通过该熔敷部位的该气体的漏出。

具体实施方式
以下,基于图1至图5对本发明的典型的实施方式进行说明。
还有,在这里,图1表示将实施方式的连接器C安装在燃料箱T之前的样子,图2表示安装后的样子,另外,图3~图5分别表示该连接器C的外观。
该实施方式的燃料箱用连接器C是为了连接由合成树脂构成外面层Ta的汽车等的燃料箱T、和构成向该燃料箱T送入燃料或从该燃料箱T送出燃料以及从该燃料箱T送出气体等的输送路径L所使用的连接器。
作为该燃料箱T,典型的设计有具备聚乙烯或高密度聚乙烯制的外面层Ta和内面层,并且在该内面层和上述外面层Ta之间具备阻气层(使由燃料产生的气体不透过或难以透过的材料构成的层)的燃料箱。
另外,作为该输送路径L,典型的设计有由燃料供给管或通气管La构成的输送路径L。
另外该连接C具备:
基体1,其具备覆盖穿设在该燃料箱T上的开口的大小的凸缘部和与上述输送路径L连通的流道11;
外侧熔敷用突部2,其一体配备在该基体1的至少上述凸缘10突出端部10a上;
内侧熔敷用部件3,其以如下方式设置,构成具备将上述燃料箱T的开口Tb容纳在内侧的大小的环状,并且使上部30与上述基体1的凸缘部10的下表面10g一体化,且使外侧面31与上述熔敷用突部2的内侧面20一体化。
首先,在该实施方式中,上述基体1具有从上述燃料箱T的外侧进入该燃料箱T内的插入部12。
并且,在该插入部12的上部形成有凸缘部10,该凸缘部10具有在使该插入部12进入上述燃料箱T的开口Tb的状态下覆盖该开口Tb的大小。
具体地说,在该实施方式中,在构成圆板状的上板13的下表面一体形成有上述插入部12,并且,在该上板13的外缘和该插入部12的外周面12a之间,为了在环绕该插入部12的外周面12a某个部位确保大致相等的间隔,通过从该插入部12的外周面12a向侧方突出的上板13的外缘部形成有上述凸缘部10。
另外,在该实施方式中,在基体1的上部,在上述上板13的大致中央部一体设有使管一端连通到基体1内并向侧方突出的管状部14。并且,在该实施方式中,如后面所述,做成可将流入到上述插入部12内的气体通过该管状部14送出到燃料箱T的外部,上述插入部12作为可流入由位于燃料箱T内的燃料产生的气体的筒状体16a而构成。即,在该实施方式中,该管状体14被作为与上述输送路径L连通的流道11。在该实施方式中,做成将该管状部14的被折曲并向侧方延伸的部位可在气密状态下进入呈管状的通气管La的一端部内,并做成将通过该管状部14送出的上述气体借助于这样连接的通气管La向装运箱等送出。
另外,在该实施方式中,用外包层15覆盖这样构成的基体1的上述上板13的整个上表面13a和上述管状部14的整个外表面,并且在上述上板13的缘部即上述凸缘部10的突出端部10a上,以从该上板13的下表面突出的方式,与该外包层15一体形成有上述外侧熔敷用突部2。
具体地说,该外侧熔敷用突部2形成为构成沿上述凸缘部10的突出端部10a的环状。在该实施方式中,在上述凸缘部10的下表面10g上,在与其端面10b之间稍微隔开间隔形成有环周突条10c,上述外包层15从上述上板13的上表面绕入并以覆盖该端面10b和该环周突条10c的方式形成,并且从该环周突条10c的前端10e向下方伸出,该向下方伸出的部分成为上述外侧熔敷用突部2。
另外,在该实施方式中,在上述那样形成的外侧熔敷用突部2的内侧面20和上述插入部12的外周面12a之间设有内侧熔敷用部件3。在该实施方式中,该内侧熔敷用部件3将其下表面即该内侧熔敷用部件3的突出端面以位于与上述外侧熔敷用突部2的突出端面也就是该外侧熔敷用突部2的下表面大致相同面上的厚度形成。另外,该内侧熔敷用部件3由其上部30覆盖上述环周突条10c的前端10e面和内面10f,并且使该上部30与凸缘部10的下表面10g一体化,而且形成为使其外侧面31与上述外侧熔敷用突部2的内侧面20一体化。内侧熔敷用部件3通过该环周突条10c与基体1相接的部位变大,与基体1的一体性得到进一步提高。
并且,在该实施方式中,该外侧熔敷用突部2由可与燃料箱T的外面层Ta熔敷的第一合成树脂构成。
基体1由难以透过由燃料产生的气体的第二合成树脂和上述第一合成树脂的合金材料、或者难以透过由燃料产生的气体且与上述第一合成树脂适应良好的第二合成树脂构成。
内侧熔敷用部件3由上述第一合成树脂构成。
该连接器C在使上述基体1的插入部12进入该燃料箱T的开口Tb后直到上述外侧熔敷用突部2的下部21和内侧熔敷用部件3的下部32抵接上述燃料箱T的外表面的位置,通过利用超声波等方法使外侧熔敷用突部2和内侧熔敷用部件3熔融后硬化,使其在全周范围紧固在该燃料箱T的外面层Ta上,从而能够在封闭该开口Tb的状态下用基体1的凸缘部10安装在该开口Tb上。
另外,在将上述外侧熔敷用突部2的下部21和内侧熔敷用部件3的下部32加热熔融的状态下,该连接器C使上述基体1的插入部12进入该燃料箱T的开口Tb直到该外侧熔敷用突部2的下部21和内侧熔敷用部件3的下部32抵接上述燃料箱T的外表面的位置,通过这样熔融的外侧熔敷用突部2的下部21和内侧熔敷用部件3的下部32的稍后的硬化,使该外侧熔敷用突部2和内侧熔敷用部件3紧固在燃料箱T的外面层Ta上,从而也能够在封闭该开口Tb的状态下用基体1的凸缘部10安装在该开口Tb上。
在该实施方式的连接器C中,外侧熔敷用突部2和内侧熔敷用部件3由相同的第一合成树脂构成,并且基体1是第一合成树脂和第二合成树脂的合金材料或者是与第一合成树脂适应良好的第二合成树脂,所以外侧熔敷用突部2和内侧熔敷用部件3在其相接部位能够以熔融·一体化的状态而设置,而且基体1和外侧熔敷用突部2以及基体1和内侧熔敷用部件3在其相接部位也能够被熔融·一体化。阻止由燃料产生的碳氢化合物等的气体通过构成基体1的第二合成树脂从开口Tb漏出,由于在连接器C向燃料T的熔敷部位可使基体1和外侧熔敷用突部2以及内侧熔敷用部件3如上述那样一体化,所以能够尽可能地避免气体也从该熔敷部位漏出。
特别是在该例中,有效地阻止了通过基体1的凸缘部10的下表面10g和内侧熔敷用部件3的上部之间的气体的漏出。
如果通过插入该内侧熔敷用部件3的插入成形来形成连接器C的话,则能够使内侧熔敷用部件3和基体1以及外侧熔敷用突部2容易且适当地一体化。另外,在通过该内侧熔敷用部件3形成外侧熔敷用突部2后不久的时间,可不产生从所期望的位置朝向凸缘部10的内方塌入似的变形。该场合,既可在插入了内侧熔敷用部件3的状态下使基体1成形并在其后使外侧熔敷用突部2成形,也可以在插入了内侧熔敷用部件3的状态下使外侧熔敷用突部2和基体1同时成形。
另外,如果第二合成树脂的熔点比上述第一合成树脂的熔点还高,则在该插入成形时,通过填充在成形模内对基体1进行成形的部分的第二合成树脂,与插入的内侧熔敷用部件3的成形基体1相接的部位容易再次熔融,能够在已成形的连接器C中使内侧熔敷用部件3和基体1牢固地一体化。
另外,如果将该第一合成树脂采用与构成燃料箱T的外面层Ta的合成树脂相同的合成树脂,则能够通过利用了内侧熔敷用部件3和外侧熔敷用突部2的熔敷将连接器C适应性良好地紧固在燃料箱T上。
在燃料箱T的外面层Ta由最典型的聚乙烯或高密度聚乙烯构成的场合,第一合成树脂采用聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯或改性聚乙烯。该场合,第二合成树脂采用聚酰胺、或聚酰胺和聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯或改性聚乙烯的合金材料。
第一合成树脂为高密度聚乙烯时,使第二合成树脂为聚酰胺和高密度聚乙烯的合金材料最合适,而且,第一合成树脂为改性聚乙烯时被认为使第二合合成树脂为聚酰胺最合适。
还有,图示的例子,基体1采用将上述插入部12作为燃料切断阀16的结构。即、上述基体1的插入部12作为使一方筒口与上述上板13的下表面一体连接的筒状体16a而构成。并且,在成为该插入部12的上述筒状体16a内容纳有浮标16b。该浮标16b位于使该浮标16b的底面与安装在该筒状体16a上的盖16d的内面相接的位置,以便通常以自重封闭上述筒状体16a的下端,在该位置不会使形成于浮标16b的上表面的阀突起16c落座于形成在与上述管状部14的连通部位上的阀座16e上。在该浮标16b的外面和上述筒状体16a的内面之间由形成于该筒状体16a的内面的未图示的肋确保间隙,在浮标16b下降的状态下,将通过形成于上述盖16d上的通孔16f以及形成于筒状体16a的侧面的通孔16f进入筒状体16a内的气体通过该间隙从上述管状部14向外部送出。另外,该浮标16b由比重比燃料稍重的材质构成,但是在该浮标16b的下表面和盖16d内面之间安装有压缩螺旋弹簧16g,在燃料从开设在上述盖16d的通孔16f以及筒状体16a的侧面的通孔16f进入该筒状体16a内的场合,利用该弹簧16g的作用迅速浮起,并使形成于浮标16b的上表面大致中央的阀突起16c落座于上述阀座16e上以阻止燃料向上述管状部14的流入。

Claims (4)

1.一种燃料箱用连接器,用于连接燃料箱和构成向该燃料箱送入燃料或从该燃料箱送出燃料以及从该燃料箱送出气体等的输送路径,其特征在于,
该连接器具备:
基体,其具备覆盖设置在该燃料箱上的开口的大小的凸缘部和与上述输送路径连通的流道;
外侧熔敷用突部,其一体配备在该基体的至少上述凸缘部的突出端部上;以及,
内侧熔敷用部件,其以如下方式设置,构成具有使上述燃料箱的开口容纳在内侧的大小的环状,并且使上部与上述基体的凸缘部的下表面一体化,且使外侧面与上述外侧熔敷用突部的内侧面一体化,而且,
外侧熔敷用突部由可熔敷在燃料箱的外面层的第一合成树脂构成,
基体由难以透过由燃料产生的气体的第二合成树脂和上述第一合成树脂的合金材料、或者难以透过由燃料产生的气体且与上述第一合成树脂适应良好的第二合成树脂构成,
内侧熔敷用部件由上述第一合成树脂构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃料箱用连接器,其特征在于,
通过插入内侧熔敷用部件的插入成形来形成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的燃料箱用连接器,其特征在于,
第二合成树脂的熔点比第一合成树脂的熔点更高。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的燃料箱用连接器,其特征在于,
第一合成树脂是与构成燃料箱的外面层的合成树脂相同的合成树脂。
